It went great, as always. I have a large yard with a very old 6' wood privacy fence. Over the years, I have hired Fence Repair Co. to do repair work on several occasions - replacing rotted posts and fixing slats where needed. Fence Repair Co. is always on time, always professional, and their work is excellent. When I can afford to replace the entire fence, I will be calling them to do the work. Great company and service.

Careful planning resulted in a wider gate which both accommodate nearby shrubs and straddled a French drain.

A fallen tree branch had smashed a section of my chain link fence. In addition, repair also was needed for two leaning posts and a section of top rail. Two really ugly gates were replaced with new gates. All repairs were done in a surprisingly short period of time. I?m very happy with the results. Their estimate and repair work were provided in a timely manner. The replacement was very well done and they cleaned up after themselves so well that only the new fence proved that anything had been done.

It took 8 weeks to get the job done. Weather played a big part in that high winds damaged a lot of fences at the same time mine was damaged and then rainy weather took away a lot of work days. Overall they were easy to work with and the job was done right.

The Fence Repair Company did an excellent job. They sent someone out to look at the fence and estimate the work that needed to be done and the cost. They finished the job quickly, found a number of small places that needed repair in addition to the obvious problems and did a great job! Before I knew it, the fence was repaired and the job was done. This is an easy group of people to work with and their estimate and cost was exactly what was quoted. An overall great experience!

However, Jeff and team got right on it and replaced the posts allowing the gate to hang properly. Jeff followed-up immediately and came back that very night as the gate was not quite tight enough to keep my small dogs in the yard. The team added some new hardware and Jeff called to make sure everything was working. I am so happy with the service and highly recommend this company. Jeff proves customer-centric service is not dead after all!!!

Very prompt on-site estimate after first inquiry. Wait list was several weeks but this was explained up front. Once it was our turn, the installers showed up on time and were courteous and efficient. After a day and a half of work, we had a great looking new fence and gate. Everything was done according to our plan and the final price was right on the original estimate - no surprises.

Went great. They gave me a heads up that they would not get to my job right away, but they did complete it right around the time they had estimated. No hidden costs. No problems with the work. It looks great. There was one section of fence that I thought was not quite level, and they came back and fixed it without any fuss, and now it looks terrific. All appointments were punctual and the workers were respectful and capable. I will definitely call them again when I need anything else fence-related.

WE asked them to come out and evaluate the posts and rails and replace any wood that was rotting. They told us 10 posts and 6 rails needed to be replaced. Last week we went out to look at the fence in preparation to stain it. There was a rail at the back of the fence that was more rotted than any other rails we saw that wasnt replaced at all. Had they touched it too hard it would have broken...it was that rotted. That was bad and what really upset us was finding 2 horizontal rails that were next to each that should have been touching. There is a 1-2 inch gap between the 2. There is no excuse for that kind of unprofessional, substandard work. It wont be long until there is weakening of the wood due to water exposure. Really inexcusable

The project was estimated and scheduled in a professional manner. The quality of the new fence is great and the clean-up of the yard was completed as if nothing had been done.

They were awesome. They came on time, worked very h****** a very hot day, and cleaned up after. The fence looks great, and the gates work beautifully. They even changed the direction of one gate (without me asking) because it made it more accessible. I would recommend them to anyone.
