The work was done 1 week from the call to Kate. Two workers came out and had to work around other work being done on my yard. They finished everything and did a nice job. Compared to repairs done previously by the company that put the fence in originally (who did a poor job), I would recommend this company highly. I will use them in the future for any further repairs.

Went great. Appointment for bid, exactly on time. Work done efficiently. Excellent work site clean-up. Fence looks great, as does gate and hand rail. Kate is the contact person - returns calls and e-mails in a timely manner. Mike is the owner supervisor - helped us plan a good looking fence. Work crew was pretty careful with our plantings as well.

The fence repair company was the only company to follow through providing the quote that they scheduled. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and I would not hesitate to refer them or use there services in the future.

I received a response to my inquiry within a day or so. Kate took my bid request information and provided a written bid to me within the same week, along with addresses of a couple of nearby locations where recent fence installations had been performed by this company. I received bids from other companies. Fence Repair Company wasn't the most expensive nor the least expensive bid. I selected Fence Repair Company because I appreciated the responsiveness and personal interest in my project that Kate demonstrated.

Prompt and high quality service. Unlike many companies, they are very professional in returning calls, their promptness, following through on promised action (a real pleasure to deal with).

I called and left three separate messages requesting information on their services, and an estimate if they worked in my area. They never called back.

Kate and her husband were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She came out on one of the hottest days of the year to talk to me about where I wanted the fence and what kind I wanted. She obtained the permit and took care of a problem with the city when they tried to tell her something she knew was wrong. Communication was good and the work that was done was very satisfactory. Would recommend and/or use again.

Excellent. Made two visits to give estimates regarding iron or aluminum fence vs. repair of wooden fence. We decided to repair wooden fence and install new gates. Work was well done, as was cleanup after the work.

Mr. Perkins was prompt and polite. He supervised his workers and followed up after the job was complete. His workers were very respectful of my property and gardens. They were as unobtrusive as possible and worked on the weekend to finish the job. The quality of the work is superior.

Kate was very prompt for the appointment to measure and got the proposal to me very quickly. She arranges for the permit and for the utility lines to be marked. She will keep you informed of any changing time-lines (weather is always a problem!) and, if you need to contact her, she is easy to get a hold of. Her husband and his crew were terrific. I have a very small dog, and so they really had to watch the space between pickets and the space between the bottom of the fence and the ground. My dog hasn't escaped yet! Gates are very sturdy - they'll hold up to neighborhood kids coming in and out. Job site was cleaned up and crew was very nice. Neighbor is now using this company for their fence.

The work was done quickly and neatly. I found the installers to be very cordial and willing to help me on some drainage stuff as well. I'm happy with my fence and it smells great, too (Cedar).

Kate was very nice. She came in a timely way and completed the job efficiently and quickly. She called before she came also. The estimate was good, but I was a little concerned about the cost for any problems with roots or concrete being just a little steep. Otherwise, I would have used this company.

THE WORK WAS DONE WELL, QUICKLY, & WITHIN THE TIME AGREED. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THEY COMPLETELY TRAMPLED ANY FLOWERS OR PLANTINGS THAT WERE THE LEAST BIT IN THE WAY.

THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO THE REPAIR WITHIN TWO WEEKS. THEY DID. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE NICE ON THE PHONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I SPOKE WITH THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE THREE TIMES TO TRY AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE AND EACH TIME WAS TOLD THAT SHE WAS GETTING WITH MANUFACTURERS TO SEE IF SHE COULD BUY THE MATERIALS WE WANTED. THE APPOINTMENT WAS NEVER MADE AND I DIDN'T BOTHER TO PURSUE THE MATTER FURTHER.

KATE, THE LADY YOU TALK TO WHEN YOU CALL, WAS VERY NICE. SHE SENT SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT THE GATE AND THEY GAVE ME A REASONABLE ESTIMATE. I WAS GOING TO HAVE THEM DO THE WORK, BUT IN THE MEANTIME A NEIGHBOR FIXED THE PROBLEM FOR ME, AND I CANCELLED THE WORK ORDER. I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP THEM IN MIND FOR FUTURE FENCE REPAIRS.

COMPANY WAS ON TIME, THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PROMPTLY AND TO MY SATISFACTION, AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB.
