Fence Repair Co did a great job! The estimate went smoothly and scheduling was easy. The price came in 5% or so below the next lowest estimate. They installed the fence in two total working days a week apart to let the post concrete set and settle. This was a challenging job in that my yard is goes from sloping to really sloping all the way around. Everything lined up and looked great. It's been in 6 months now and it still looks new. Almost no warping or settling. I have a young one so I had to check for mis-shot nails and there were only 3 on the entire fence. Overall I am very pleased.

I emailed the above address to request an estimate for a rather large, residential fencing job. I received a prompt reply and someone came out the next day to do some measuring in order to give me a price quote. After that, I heard NOTHING! A few days later, I sent a very nice email asking if she'd had a chance to do an estimate for me. Once again, I heard nothing. I am very disappointed since the company had received nothing but rave reviews.

Very good. Came out and did the appraisal the day after I called. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work done. After I accepted the proposal, they started the work the day affter the utilities were marked. Despite very cold weather and a heavy snow storm that stopped the work for a day, the job was completed in three work days. Even though it was very muddy, they did an excellent job of cleaning up.

A second call was required to get an estimate, but the response to the second call was very prompt, within an hour of the call. The contractor worked with me to establish exactly what I needed and solutions to different problems that the new and old fence presented. They also worked with me when I made a change in the length of the new fence. The workman showed up on the agreed date and time. He performed all repairs and the new installation according to plan. Completed all work in a timely manner.

I think that they were very timely, they are on it. They keep in contact with you. I think they are professional and fast in their work. I mean, they worked the minute they got here until they left, they didn't even break, it was amazing. They were very helpful.

Everything with her was great. I ve never had a fence put up before, but it looks great! She was really fast and her price was very fair.

Fence Repair Company followed up with me to check and see if the utilities companies had been out to mark all my utilities. I called back to let them know the status on that and they were out the next day to perform my work. They were there and gone in one day during which they added bracing on a sagging privacy fence, replaced a section of privacy fence, removed other sections of old privacy fencing and removed a rotting piece of picket fence and replaced it with chain link and a shiny new gate. I found only one random piece of concrete in my yard from the many posts that were set that day. They didn't damage any of the plants around where they worked and cleaned up extensively where they had to remove an arbor covered with ivy. I found just a few strands of ivy when all was said and done. The work was performed on a Friday while I was at work. I surveyed things that evening and somebody came by on Saturday and picked up a check from me. Overall I was very pleased with the work they performed and would definitely use them again and/or recommend them to friends needing similar work performed.

I got an estimate for complete replacement of our aging fence. We set a date, the came out on the date with equipment and supplies to take down the old fence. However, when they arrived they took a long look at the markings the utility companies had made for the cable TV, electric and telephone. They decided it was too big a liability. The said they would almost certainly cut a cable during their work and risked injuring a worker. Plus it would cost them too much in fines/insurance. They offered a few suggestions for other companies to do the work and they left. I was terribly disappointed. While I really can't argue with the possible danger in the situation, I am at a loss for what to do. We have an existing fence, we wanted to replace it with the same thing. Somehow the previous owner of this house got it done.

The work was done efficiently and cleanly. I also recommended them to my vet and she was very pleased with their work.

I left a message on the company's voice mail & received a reply the next day from Kate Perkins (owner). She came out the next day to take measurements & discuss options for me to consider. She said she would review the job with her husband (Mike), & provide a written bid in a few days. During that time, I had 2 other bidders look at the job. They started several days later & completed the job in less than one day. The crew (Mike Perkins & 2 assistants) seemed very efficient & consulted with me about a couple of modifications that they recommended during the course of the job. In addition, when I called them back the next day because I wasn't pleased with one section of the fence, they responded quickly & made the modifications I requested. They were a pleasure to work with.

Response time was excellent. I received an estimate, and the work was completed all within a week of my original call. The installer's name was Joe, and he arrived on the day and time expected. The quality of work was exceptional, and the area was cleared of all scrap before he left the job. The cut and fit of the gates exceeded expectations due to Joe's experience working around obstacles to complete a quality job. I highly recommend the Fence Repair Co. for their responsiveness, quality of work, and price.

I was satisfied with the price and impressed with the owners' efforts to ensure that I'd be a satisfied customer. We did not proceed with the installation because the posts that the company uses were more rustic than I wanted.

Excellent job. The new fence looks great. They even put grass seed on areas where they disturbed the lawn.

My phone call was answered immediately and I was promised an estimate the next day. The next day I received a written estimate that I thought was reasonable. I again phoned them to tell them the estimate was acceptable. They said they would perform the work the following week, weather permitting. They returned the next week, as they had said, and performed the work in a very professional manner. The fence looks good, and they hauled away every bit of the debris. They had to do some digging to set the post, removing some soil and they returned and tamped down the soil to the condition it was originally in.

They were really good and came out quickly. The upright posts didn't need to be replaced so that saved me money. Their service was so good! They did a really nice job! I'd highly recommend them.

The fence was initially installed by Guier Fence in 2002 - unfortunately, within one to two years of installation, many of the posts warped and pulled the sections of the fence badly out of line. Both of the two gates also become non-functional because of warping posts. Kate Perkins immediately diagnosed the problem as being the type of posts used in the initial installation, and suggested replacing the more extremely warped posts with Cedar posts that will not warp. The workers arrived when they said they would, did the work quickly and professionally, and cleaned up after themselves. It turned out that the job required replacement of three posts more than originally estimated, but the additional amount charged for those posts was very reasonable. The work was excellent, and I will doubtless use this company for all of my fence work in the future. Thanks Kate, it is great to see my fence running in a straight line and being able to open and close my gates.

We thought we needed to have our picture frame fence replaced because several of the posts were damaged and the fence was leaning. But Fence Repair told us that the fence itself was fine, and all we needed to do was replace broken cedar posts with new ones. They did this and salvaged our existing fence. At the back of the yard, where 2 sections of stockade fence were down and damaged, they put up new sections, matching as nearly as they could the previous fence, even though the style we had is no longer available. Kate explained why they used the materials in each case.

Living on a double lot and wanting to install a functional fence while keeping the natural landscaping of our yard was somewhat of a challenge. Kate Perkins arrived promptly after setting up an appointment and offered valuable suggestions for the installation of a chain link fence. She reasonably addressed our questions and concerns. She worked well within the building codes of our community while giving individualized and personal attention to our request. The actual installation was completed by two gentlemen who worked diligently and efficiently. They were professional and knowledgeable concerning the product and its installation. We appreciated their friendliness and attention to detail. Our fence was completed as contracted. We are enjoying our new fence everyday and recommend Kate and the Fence Repair Company to everyone!
