Daniel was a nice guy. Professional. Was able to determine the main board had went out quickly and quoted me a fair price to replace it. He said he would honor the 10% off coupon for Angie list members which I appreciated.

They got the job done extremely quickly and well. They were available to do the repair the same day I called. After assessing the problem the guy who did the repair, Dave, was able to get the part the same day and make the repair that afternoon. He also gave us some very honest and valuable advice regarding refrigerators and what to look for in making our next purchase. I have almost never had such great service from any contractor. Highly highly recomend.

Timely response and on-time arrival. Serviceman pulled fridge away from the wall and vacuumed something and shut off water to ice maker (which we don't use and which was not connected to ice maker). No extra diagnosis as I had another company's repairman out within three months. I don't know anything about refrigerator repairs. Serviceman took care of the water leak, but I thought the service call was pricey. He did not explain why a disconnected water line sprung a leak, but then he was not a plumber.

David was courteous and efficient. He speculated that the vent was clogged to the outside and I would need to consult a dryer vent company. He agreed to use my vacuum to clean out the lint built up inside the dryer. When I realized I forgot to mention the Angie's List discount, he quickly and willingly adjusted the bill accordingly.

When I needed to reschedule due to a last-minute conflict, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They were professional and made good suggestions for maintaining my washer.

Great! Called on a Sunday to make an appointment, and spoke to a live person. Scheduled me for the following morning, and David, the technician called ahead of time to confirm the most convenient time for me to meet him. The unit simply needed a fan replaced, a rarer one which he didn't have on the truck, but he told me he'd call me in 10-15 minutes to tell me when he could get one and how much it cost. In 15 minutes, David called us back to tell us he found a better fan than the one that existed in our unit, and that he'd be back in an hour to replace it! Great service, and I have bookmarked them for future appliance repair. Would certainly do business again.

The price was okay. They didn't do everything that they sad they were going to do.

Called for estimate, and fixed the next day for the estimated price. Overall very happy.

A technician came out and didn't look at my oven he just went off of what I told him the oven was not doing so he just assumed it was the control board. He told me he would get with the company and get back with me a never did. I kept calling and they kept giving me an excuse that they were really busy. When they finally decided to call back they quoted me an outrageous price that was 5x's what the part cost. I hired another company and it was not the control board after all. Maybe if the technician would've taken the time to figure out the problem, we wouldn't have had to hire another company and pay for a diagnostic twice!!!!!

The service was excellent and exceeded my expectations in several regards. First of all, because potential seriousness of problem we had they worked me into there already Friday full schedule and arrived within an hour of when I called. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Second of all, while working on the refrigerator they noticed that our dryer was making a clicking sound. They knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it while they were still here. We will definitely use Everyday Appliance Repair again. They have a great attitude for customer satisfaction!

I called to schedule an appointment for refrigerator repair. Upon explaining the situation, they were able to offer good advice over the phone. The information provided was very helpful and I greatly appreciated that they didn't just "come out" in order to pick up service call fees for no reason. They were responsive and professional. I will absolutely call them again should I need repairs in the future!

The refrigerator is working very well.

It took him five minutes to figure out exactly what was wrong with the dryer. He got right to work, replaced element, and suggested we have the dryer vent cleaned because that's what caused the element burned out. He cleaned out what he could reach and recommended a company to do a thorough cleaning.

It was Christmas Eve and we had a terrible time finding a repair company to come that day. Everyday was prompt -came a few hours after we called and had it fixed before noon. We were so pleased with their service and David was extremely polite and very helpful. We would certainly call them again if needed.

This company went above and beyond. They came promptly and repaired my elderly gas dryer. Charged $135 for the call and service. Only it didn't stay repaired. The tech came back the day we called and fixed it again (no additional $) - but it still wouldn't stay fixed. He came back AGAIN, right away when we called, and gave us the bad news, replacing the part that made the dryer fire up would be uneconomical and not worth it for a 15 year old appliance (again, no $). And then, the company refunded the ENTIRE fee for the original service call. I did not expect this, and don't quite feel that it's fair to the company, seeing as how they did do a lot of work. However, it was great for me. I got on craigslist and bought a replacement dryer for $200, and it's working fine. I will call Everyday Appliance for all repairs needed in the future. I was really, really impressed by the service.

Unable to fix my washing machine but they said we could use the coupon later.

Excellent - technician was on-time, friendly and very quick. He had all the parts he needed with him and was done in around 30 minutes.

Called to request service on a clothes dryer. Service person refused to come to our home to look at the dryer because we had replaced a part on it ourselves. The reason given was that it was a liability risk. It would not seem to make any difference who had worked on the appliance previous to a service call. Usually a service person arrives, looks at the appliance, checks all aspects of operation, and makes a determination as to what is needed. We will not be using this company in the future.

Excellent service all around. Dave arrived at the appointed time, knew what the problem was, took unit apart and fixed the issue--all in a 20 minute period. We were well pleased with the service.
