Awesome service. Called Saturday morning. Dave was here in about an hour. Replaced evaporator fan on GE fridge. Had the part on the truck. $366. No service call charge. Responsive, honest and very professional. Highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

They called and scheduled promptly. We then discovered age of fridge and seriousness of problem so we cancelled repair and got new fridge.

Dave arrived on time on 6/12/19. He used a hair dryer to thaw the freezer coils and installed a new thermostat. All was well for 1.5 weeks. On 6/24/19 I called again because freezer items were thawing and refrigerator was warm. Dave returned again used the hairdryer to thaw the coils. He said he replaced "a coil that was not responding." No charge since there was a 30 day warranty on parts and labor. So far, so good

Repaired ice maker in GE refrigerator. Our hard water / calcium buildup caused a leak. The leak resulted in ice freezing in clumps and breaking the ice maker when we tried to get ice in the front. They also fixed the water filter. Shout out to Dave, who did a great job fixing the problems and when the replacement part came in broken reordered it twice. Appreciate his follow through! Excited to have a working ice maker!

The tech was very nice and gave us suggestions on what products are best if we needed a new dryer in the future. Also says the company will stand by their repair and to just call them if there are any issues. Would use the company again.
