Everyday Appliance Repair

Our refrigerator compressor went out. In contrast to a number of other repair services that we contacted, they came out immediately. The repairman, Dave, diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to order the compressor from the warehouse in another city and have it in in less than 24 hours. The service was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish.

David was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the parts on his truck to repair the Maytag heating element right away. The Jenn-Air oven would not heat and David diagnosed that I needed a new control panel. This control panel was ordered direct from the factory and came with a one year guarantee - longer than most guarantees. Once the new control panel was installed, an additional electronic problem was revealed and David very generously worked with us on the price for that part. We were very happy with the entire project. David ended up installing all new electronic parts on our Jenn-Air oven for 1/4 of the price of a new oven. I would definitely use his company again!

Noticed that ice was melting in my freezer. Called Everyday Appliance and told them the issue and their technician was at my house within 2 hours. Fixed the issue in 20 min and gave me a nice discount on the part since we've used them before. Wonderful company and will use them again in the future.

The serviceman (David) came out within 2 hours of me calling and diagnosed the issue. He didn't have the part on his truck but was able to get it the same day and do the repair quickly. He was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I was prepared to trash both the washer and dryer due to age, assuming that it was their "time". But I am so happy that a simple repair was all that was needed and I can keep my old sturdy machines! I will be calling them again if we ever need repairs.

Davis came the same day I called, he had my part on his truck and was done and out in less than 1 hour. He pleasantly answered all my questions: and encouraged me to hang on to my older refrigerator as long as I could; words that are good to hear because I think the newer appliances seem to be built to last only about 5 years and my Hotpoint is 12 years old and (now) going strong!! Called them in the am...the service man (David) called me within literally 2 minutes. He was in the area and said he could be to my house within 15-20 minutes. He showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. He said they had the part at their warehouse and could likely do the repair later in the day if I called and let him know within the next 30 min or so. I decided to go ahead with the repair and called him shortly after he left. He got the part and returned within maybe 15 minutes. He did the repair and checked everything else out while things were apart. He was done within maybe 30 minutes and my washer seems good as new. David was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I called them at 9:22am (I just checked)...by approx 11 am everything was fixed and I could continue washing our guest sheets (and it probably would have been faster if I approved the repair immediately!). Fantastic experience with David and Everday Appliance Repair. We will certainly use them again when the need arises.

Davis was awesome. Diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the dryer on the spot. Had all necessary pieces to rebuild the pulley system in his truck. Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism he displayed.

Upon assessment, they determined that the repair should be under our warranty and if it was not, then the cost of the repair would exceed the current value of the refrigerator and it would not be worth our money to make the repair. We appreciated their honesty and they made a recommendation that had our best financial interest in mind.

David was awesome. He came out on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, explained that the defrost thermostat was at fault, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Will call back in the future.

He was great, it was probably one of the best services I've had. He gets an A+. He had super service or whatever. He called me back on a holiday. He came out on the 3rd, which was a holiday weekend. Knowing that I had company, the gentleman on call came out to my home on a holiday weekend. He actually left his son's ballgame to do the service. He was going I said absolutely not, not to miss the ball game. So, he finished the ballgame. He came out here immediately after the ball game. Its family time, it was a weekend, I didn't expect that. I thought he was going to be able to come until Monday or Tuesday. He said, no I understand. Because I had a bunch of company coming. He came out and then he followed up to make sure that it was working fine for me. The communication from start to finish was consistent for me.

I was able to schedule a service visit for a Saturday morning which meant I didn't need to take time off work -- much appreciated. The techs arrived a bit early, finished the work quickly and cleaned up the work area nicely. They replaced Freon and repaired the source of the leak. They also tipped me off that it may happen again and if it does, I should consider a new fridge.

Great! David and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it within 30 minutes. The 'fridge just needed a Freon recharge. David also offered good advice for an aging washer, which got put on the disabled list. I would call them again and would recommend them.

They were very, very good. They were here July 3rd and 4th. Super service award because he came on a holiday and I didn't even ask them to, but they knew it was my washer and I had company, we had talked. So, the gentleman called me and came out on the 3rd and the 4th. The price was good. It was probably one of the best service calls I've ever had.
