Excellent. I forget the gentleman's name but he was prompt, very thorough and professional. I feel I got my money 's worth. Should I have a roof problem in the future my first call will be to Eclipse.

Dave is wonderful; responsive, kind, reasonable. He came out pretty quickly after we called and let us know he needed special tools to get up on our roof. Over the next 6 weeks we worked together to try and get the repair completed. I enjoyed working with Dave but was getting concerned that the repair wasn't getting completed. Unfortunately Dave ultimately ended up not being able to assist us (our roof is over 40 feet high with a very steep pitch - which I had told them before they even came out). It seems Dave is the only full-time person at Eclipse Roofing providing actual roof repair and he keeps busy! After multiple failed attempts to coordinate the repair it was finally decided that Eclipse wouldn't be able to help us. During the time that we were waiting and trying to get Dave out and up on the roof there was a huge rainstorm and my roof leaked again causing more water damage in my home. The one thing I wish that had happened differently was for Dave to have been quicker to say that our roof was out of his league so that we could have called another roofing company and gotten the issue addressed before further damage was done to my home. That said I would still recommend this company for your roof repair needs (as long as your roof is not one that they are not comfortable working on).

Dave responded to may call and came out the following day. He was professional and thorough. He went over the repair in detail and preformed the repair the same day. He also looked over the whole roof and took pictures of all areas he found of concern. He also photoed all the places he caulked. He took time to explain all he saw and did the repair for a very fair price.I would absolutely hire this company in the future for any and all roof needs.

Eclipse Roofing was excellent to work with from start to finish. I spoke with both Jeff and Eric, and worked mostly with Eric on the project. He was extremely professional, easy to work with and honest. They were able to tear off two layers of shingles, replace my roof and haul everything away in one day. Eric did an excellent job of explaining the process, so I knew what everything entailed. Their quote was detailed and they provided a quality product and service at a good price. I would use them again in the future!

Very, very good job. Their crew is extremely efficient. The bid came in less than other quotes that were less quality. Fantastic clean up, they were able to complete it in 2 days. Angie's List had provided them with 99 A's and I told them they just earned their 100th A. The project manager is awesome as well. They have worked together for 6 years, very efficient. We came home after our appointment and everything was spotless, we are amazed and the neighbors are impressed. Top quality job at low price.

The crew started around 7:30 am and finished around 2:30 pm. Took off the entire roof and replaced it. They worked without break and was very clean about doing it. After they were finished you would hardly have known they were ever here except a beautiful new roof. They were very professional and very easy to deal with.

I called 3 companies. One never called back, and the other one was extremely high. He always called back and was very responsive. He was even willing to use shingles that we had already purchased. He was very accommodating.

It was a painfree job. I called to set up an appointment, and since there had just been a bad wind storm on the eastern side of my city, he was very upfront on when I could expect him. We scheduled the appointment a couple of weeks out, so he could handle all his more pressing jobs first. When he came over, he introduced himself, then got straight to work. After he finished sealing everything and replacing the needed shingles, he showed me pictures of the cracks around the chimney and various places on the roof, then showed me pictures of the sealed and repaired chimney and cracks. We talked about the longevity of this roof and costs for replacing. When it is time to get my new roof, I will call Eclipse to do the job.

It went very well. He was very nice and very helpful. If we are going to install a new roof, I think we will use Eclipse Roofing Inc. He was very personable and he was very honest. He let me know that the quote will going to be high.

After a couple of postponements, Dave Hudson inspected the problem and repaired while he was on site. Did a great job.

Did all the work as promised, i.e., caulk nail heads, check/reattach loose shingles, provide photos.

I bought the BIG DEAL for my brother as he said his roof was definitely in need of repairs. He reported that Dave Hudson showed up on time and very thoroughly and professionally examined the roof and the gutters and fascia. He repaired areas that showed signs of leaking or degrading. My brother was very impressed with his thoroughness and the information he provided on future needs. He also recommended another person for gutter replacement consultation. Dave Hudson proved why Eclipse has such high ratings on Angie's List. We will definitely use him in the future.

We purchased the $99 Big Deal special for roof maintenance from Eclipse. This offer was geared towards proactive maintenance and that's how we used it. I didn't have any known issues but having your roof periodically inspected seems like a no brainer to me. The service went well, Dave Hudson @ Eclipse came out and inspected my roof. He performed a visual inspection light maintenance including caulking around vent pipes and boots. Dave took before and after pictures of all of his work, some of which showed that my builder never caulked or poorly caulked some important areas on my roof. Thankfully, light maintenance was all that my roof needed. Dave's a good guy. Good personality, showed up on time, went to work immediately and did a detailed analysis and maintenance run. Dave inspected our roof and made some minor repairs. When Dave completed the inspections and repairs he showed us before and after photos so we could see what he had done. We have a skylight in our bathroom that was leaking, and he advised us that we should have it inspected every couple of years to avoid having more leaks in the future. We will definitely use him again down the road.

We decided not to replace our roof at this time due to other repairs that are more pressing. We will definitely call Eclipse when we are ready to meet and get an estimate.

Great! It was easy to setup an appointment with them, they arrived on time and were able to tell me what work needed to be done on my roof and make some minor patchs. They are at the top of my list to replace my roof in 2014.

Dave arranged to meet me and take a look at the roof. He did a great job in giving me a good idea of what condition the roof was in and did some shingle replacement and other minor repairs. Nice job....totally happy with the experience.

Dave inspected our roof and made some minor repairs. He was very courteous and professional and takes pictures of his work. When Dave completed the inspections and repairs he showed us before and after photos so we could see what he had done and he let us know that our roof is still in great shape. We will definitely use him again and feel confident having him replace our roof down the road when it is needed.

Had leak that I tracked to vent in roof. Googled problem so I would (kind of) be more knowledgeable on repair, options, and cost. Checked Angie's List for roofer reviews and found a "Big Deal" from Eclipse. Purchased the Big Deal and called. Dave Hudson returned my call quickly and we discussed the issue. He was flexible on his schedule and willing to work with mine. I felt horrible that I was in the Northland and he was coming from Olathe, but we scheduled an appt for first thing in the morning ... planning about 8:30am. Dave called at 8:19am and said he was running a bit behind, which was not a problem ... I appreciated the call and I knew our appt was more "-ish" than definite. Dave arrived shortly after 9am and it had started to sprinkle pretty heavily ... I was fully expecting to reschedule. Dave and I quickly spoke about the issues and he grabbed his ladder and gear and headed up to the roof. By 9:30am, Dave was off the roof and our business was quickly finished. He had taken photos of "before" and "after" his repairs and we discussed a few other minor issues. He was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I felt he was honest and listened to my concerns. I would use him again.

Had extra old layer of roof which was unexpected but handled by Eclipse. Project manager was extremely attentive and helpful, even helping trim tree branches off roof. Clean up around house was very good. There is no way that all of the small pieces of old shingles could be expected to be picked up but overall cleanup was excellent.

I was under a deadline as our house was closing in a week. The home inspection revealed that the flashing was missing around the furnace vent in the roof. Because of all the recent rains, these guys were pretty swamped, but said they would work me in somehow.. and the DID! We did have a few delays, but not because of Eclipse, but because of the rain. Dave took the time to explain to me why it needed to be dry for a bit for the repair to work. Dave was very professional, very friendly and came when he said he would. It didn't take him long. He explained everything very well. He was a delight to work with. I will recommend Eclipse to anyone who needs Roof work done! Thanks Dave, you did a fantastic job!
