GREAT EXPERIENCE! The owner, Jeff, was extremely good to work with and his crew was efficient, on time and professional. This was a complete tear off & decking install as required by code because the roof had the original cedar shakes under a 20+ year old roof & no decking. The whole thing took less than 2 days including clean up. The clean up required to get rid of the cedar shakes was monumental, but Jeff's guys did an outstanding job! Workmanship was great and materials high quality. Jeff offered options for roof vents and shingle styles. A very good value. Finally, after completing the roof, Jeff helped us find a great buy on new gutter guard materials. Definitely recommend Eclipse Roofing and would use them again. Jim

From the initial interaction with the owner, Jeff Pendergraft, to our waving goodbye to his terrific crew, the entire experience was first rate. From tear off to the last clean up, Jeff’s crew was polite, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable in all areas of the project. We highly recommend this company.

Jeff's team did a great job of replacing my roof. I recommend them highly. They returned when asked to repair a minor defect two years and a half years after my roof was installed, no questions asked. Great company and their workers are courteous and professional and always have a smile.

An asphalt and wood shingle roof under were removed and OSB board and new asphalt roof installed. Project was accomplished in 2 1/2 days, roofing crew was efficient and friendly, landscaping, windows and canopies were well protected, clean up was exceptional. Jeff, the roofing company owner, was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were going to do regarding materials, flashing, ventilation etc.

Jeff is an amazing owner- in my opinion, one of a kind. He told me up front that he could not help me and explained what the problem with a roof leak could be. A great company I wish I could have done my repairs.

Everything went great and was completely hassle-free! Final price was as quoted. The team completed the roof replacement in the amount of time initially promised. They also cleaned up everything after project completion very nicely. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and could answer all of my questions. His team was professional and did an excellent job from start to finish including a very thorough clean up. Jeff at Eclipse was great to work with! He was my 'second bid' on my work and really stood out from the first bid in all ways. He provided much more extensive information on types of products available and what would work for my home specifically. Jeff's bid was very detailed, separated everything out and included the cost for some of the plywood he knew was rotted. He said that although there can be surprises, his was a 'turnkey' bid. . A portion of my home has a flat roof which roofers typically cover with a roll shingle. Roll shingles however only last 5-8 years, so Jeff ended up installing a TPO roof, which is what they use commercially. Although more expensive, it will generally last 20 years and provides a better seal around structures on the roof. I don't think this is something that all roofers offer. I have a specialty driveway that is only 1 year old, and Jeff took extra steps to prevent any damage. He arranged for a lighter truck to deliver the shingles, which actually had a boom long enough to load the shingles on the roof from the street. He uses a trailer on wheels for the debris rather than a metal dumpster, which helps prevent any driveway damage. I knew I needed to replace some fascia for the guttering, and Jeff was nice enough to bring me the boards ahead of time so I could paint them without getting up on a ladder. My roof was done over a few weeks because of the extensive rain this past summer. Jeff kept in touch keeping me updated all along the way. Because the old roof was not properly installed I had extensive areas of wood rot. Jeff told me after I get it repaired to call him have him check that everything was caulked and sealed properly. It's obvious that Jeff takes great pride in his work and will always be there to address any issues. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product!

We did a thorough review of several potential roofers and decided to go with a different roofer who had some special offers and could do the work immediately. Eclipse would otherwise have been our selection. Jeff Pendergraft was polite, very responsive and very professional. He took all the time we needed to thoroughly explain his company and processes and specifically how they would proceed in our case. He put a lot of thought and effort into giving us a competitive proposal. I would recommend that anyone in a similar situation give Jeff an opportunity to bid their job.

After finding out I had a leak on a 20 year old wood shake roof, I decided it as time to have it replaced! I had several companies come out and put in a bid. Greg from Eclipse came out and gave me a very comprehensive bid with the best price. I then followed up with several of the companies asking questions regarding materials, etc. Once again, Greg was very responsive and I decided to go with Eclipse. The job took only two days to complete, and Greg sent me photos of the work progress along the way, which made me feel as though it was important. Once completed he came out and we did a walk-around to make sure looked okay and he took the time to answer any questions I had. Overall, great experience without any drama.

My front porch is covered by a flat roof area that was leaking and had all sorts of drainage problems. I called a few companies and no one knew what to do with it. One company even suggested ripping off my entire front porch and starting over. Greg from Eclipse repaired the leak and came up with a creative solution to solve my drainage problems at a low cost. I have hired Eclipse before, and I will definitely hire them again.

Greg was punctual, professional and personable. He listened closely to my description of an oddball leak and investigated thoroughly. He took several photos of the roof and chimney and explained what he saw. He diagnosed the source of the leak as not related to the roofing. It is not something I would have known about but makes perfect sense. I will definitely call Eclipse Roofing next time I have a roofing issue.

Great. After reading all the reviews decided i should call this company. Glad i did. First talked to Jeff who was friendly and helpful. He said he would ask Greg to look at the roof and give me cost to repair. Greg who is a great guy(friendly and professional) looked at the roof and gave me a written proposal. Called him the next day to do the work and put me on his list. The work was done in less then a day and the work was professionally done and cleanup was as good as i would have done. Great job Greg.

Completely satisfied with new roof - the shingles and vents, the work, the cleanup. Everything was explained and all questions answered. Definitely recommend Eclipse Roofing.

They did a fantastic job. Jeff is very prompt and responsive. There were some delays due to weather but he kept me informed of the revised schedule they finished the roof done in one day (I have a small ranch). Jeff is very easy to work with and always happy to answer my questions. They go the extra mile that makes hiring them a pleasure.

I didn't use them. I chose to go with somebody else because of price and knowledgability. I have a different type of roof and they were suggesting something that didn't make any sense.

I’m satisfied with them and they did a good job. They finished the job in a day and a half. They had a big crew. They had to come out the next day to do some little things. They left the area very clean.

Jeff, and his crew were very professional and treated my concerns and my property as if it were their own. The estimate was done at the exact time that the appointment was set for. I felt confident that every little detail was discussed and agreed upon before the gentleman left from giving me the estimate. The crew began work at 10 am just as it was discussed the day before and worked until the end of the day. There was no exposed areas when they left just in case it happened to rain over night, or before they returned. They also picked up all of the scraps and mess before they left for the evening. And well it did rain, and not a drop came in... They waited the next morning until the roof had dried out so they could continue to work safely. They began at 10 am again on the second day and finished up around 3pm. The roof looks fantastic. They cleaned up the visible mess and left the entire yard and driveway in better condition that what they found it. They also used magnetic devices to scan the yard and drive for any nails or staples that may have been dropped along the way. This company and their employees are top notch and I would without a doubt recommend them to all of my friends and/or family. Thanks, Rob T.

We were well satisfied with the work, communication and understanding of what we wanted the roof to look like when finished. This crew does a lot of composition work, so it was fun to see their woodworking skills in use. The workers were here until dark both weekend days and were particularly careful with our landscaping. There was one shingle that tore a hole in the screen and Ray was prompt in getting it re-screened.

Very well - I had a new roof replaced in 2011. Recently there was a leak around a skylight. Eclipse had provided a 5 year workmanship warranty. There was absolutely no pushback when I called to ask for someone to fix the leak. The representative was very professional and problem was fixed timely. I sometimes wonder if about the value of 'workmanship warranty' but they have absolutely stood behind their installation. I'm very happy.
