Installation was completed in one day and we are very pleased with the results. They were true professionals and they cleaned up after themselves, no debris or leftover trash any where on our property. We have contacted them to repair our roof and re-shingle this Fall. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone!

Eclipse Roofing is a small company run by the owner Jeff Pendergraft. Jeff bid our roof personally and spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining the process. We had a lot of bad experiences with contractors when we built our house so I tend to micro manage contractors now. No need to do this with Eclipse. They do a great job and don't take shortcuts. Jeff has been using the same crew for years and they do a great job. They work very hard and are very easy to deal with. Our original roof was only 8 years old and was hit by hail. The insurance company authorized a complete tear off and re-roof. We chose a Certainteed Grand Manor designer shingle with matching ridge vent. The new roof looks great. We also had Ecipse put on new gutters and gutter covers and they look great also. If you want a great roofing job at a competitive price Eclipse is the company to call.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs. Everything turned out just fine.

The whole process with Jeff was incredibly easy and professional. I'm probably not the easiest person to work with, but he handled it very well. He worked with some weird scheduling I had and finished the whole process in 1 day. Truly could not recommend him more on price or quality Jeff should be one of your estimates on any roof replacement you do

The installation went great! They arrived on time and were very professional while in my home.

I didn’t have problem with any of them. They were all good. The services and product was great. It was same kind of shingles. He was very nice and he had a ridge vent instead of boxers that go on the roof and Jim wasn’t sure if he wanted the ridge vent. As far as their presentation they were wonderful. The difference in the amount of money was only $2000 and it didn’t really have a lot to do with money. They were wonderful and willing to answer my questions. I did the initial interview and brought this stuff to my husband and he did a spreadsheet with other things and any questions he contacted them. They came here and they were all pretty good. They were our second choice. I did call Eric a couple of times and he got right back with me with asking questions. I didn’t have negative reaction from any of them. When they came in they were clean and nice. I feel bad that I didn’t take them because they were all very nice. He showed up on time.

Turned in claim to my home warranty service and they sent someone out for a $75 fee and they did about $300 worth of work and fixed leak. Would use Eclipse in future for other repairs. Technician that came from Eclipse was capable and gave realistic estimates of our costs should we do further repairs.

We were very satisfied. Provider seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help. We will use again.

They didn't tell me when they were coming and then they asked why my car is parked in the driveway. They used the hose when they were cleaning something and they put the hose on and they took it off and so they were running water which was going into my basement.

I did have to wait a little bit of time for him to come to my area because I live out of the city, but that was no problem for me. He arrived on time when he said he would be. He took a look at the roof and then gave me a price it would cost to repair. He included the credit for the deal within the estimate. There was a lot more work needed than I expected and we decided to not go forward with the work at this time. I am happy with the guy and he gave me a good estimate. He was very thorough and gave me an honest answer.

It went well. Dave did a good job. I would recommend them.

This company is my resource for a roofing expert. I wouldn't call anyone else. They get the job done!

Eclipse did an excellent job on our roof. Eric did an excellent job on the bidding process, he was very honest and followed through with everything that was discussed. Their price was very competitive and the crew was extremely punctual and efficient. I was very impressed when the owner of the company came out to inspect the job when it was finished. I have already referred this company to firends and will continue to.

The service turned out very well. It did take three times to get them to come out. Weather and over scheduling were the issues for the first two and a car accident was for the third. They did a good job and I did feel in the end it was a good experience.

Dave Hudson not only estimated the work, but personally performed 100% of the repair. Bottom line, I could have saved money and done a basic aka "cheap" repair using a lot of companies. However, I assessed Dave as both credible and compelling from the estimate throughout the repair. Dave took photos for the estimate, explained the repair process, and provided options such as the additional repair. Dave took several days to finish the repair due to poor conditions. However, Dave called/texted to ensure I knew exactly what was going on. So I waited a month before writing this review to make sure the chimney stayed dry during rain, ice and snow. My newly painted ceiling has not shown any signs of moisture. I would highly recommend Eclipse Roofing. When my current roof gets tired, I plan on calling Eclipse for a re-roof.

Excellent job describing the work to be performed. Eric was very responsive to each of my requests and provided very good communication, particularly when weather briefly delayed the project. Eric was on-site each day to make sure things went smoothly, including sunup on day 1. Update - Turns out that they failed to install flashing under on of the soffits and squirrels got into my attic. A common occurance according to the exterminator. Be sure to check every aspect of any work you have done. I lowered their overall and quality ratings as this was an easily avoidable error, and professionalism for not following up.

Dave Hudson was wonderful. He went up on the roof and thoroughly inspected it. He realized that there were some caulking fixes that he could do, but would have to come back to do them. We ran into a weather problem, but Dave kept in contact with me continuously and managed to do the caulking work that needed to be done, even though it was a Sunday. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. When the time comes to get a roof, I will go with this company.

Dave Hudson of Eclipse Roofing came out in a reasonable time, but the roof was beyond repair at that point. He bid a new roof, but we selected another contractor from a group of bids we received, partly due to the lower price and partly because of the more professional and knowledgeable presentation by the representative. However, Dave was very courteous and helpful with suggestions as to how to get a refund of my $99 paid for the repair which was not done.

Dave Hudson from Eclipse Roofing had to remove shingles and plywood to get to the rafters, and replace and reinforce a bad rafter that was undersized and seamed so when it rained there was a nail head directly into the seam that allowed the water to run into the seam and onto the drywall ceiling. He then put on an ice/water sheild, relaced new shingles (that matched so well we can't tell that they are not an exact match) He then calked everthing. He did a really great job and we will use him again if the need ever comes up in the future. I would highly recomed Dave.

It went well. The owner was very patient with all of our questions regarding shingles, attic ventilation, flashing etc. We received a cheaper estimates but after looking at the workmanship from that company, it was clear that Eclipse's workmanship was much higher. The crew showed up on time and worked hard and was done after two days (and left it in good shape the night between). The job site was left very clean. The only thing I would change is that they delivered shingles to the back of driveway and I think the delivery truck's weight cracked my driveway--not Eclipse's fault at all but something for you to beware of when you get your roof done

The service was absolutely phenomenal. I informed him that there was additional moisture build up after a few days of rain. He came and resolved the issue. He was really detailed in terms of what he was explaining and what he was trying to do. Anytime he did something additional, he always informed me first.

Eric was the project manager and provided coordination of the work, from estimate through completion and follow-up. He was responsive to our many questions and addressed each of our concerns regarding the proposed re-roof and what we might expect. The materials were delivered when scheduled and the delivery company was most courteous. Despite a week that it rained 3 days, the roof was completed that week..in just two days, which seemed pretty quick given the size of the job. There were several issues that came up regarding the actual crew (thus the B rating in professionalism--it was the crew that brought this rating down, not Eric). These were tackled as they occured, and most were resolved to our satisfaction. In general, our experience was that the crew worked very hard, but performed at a different level when the project manager was not on site. Most of them were respectful and attempted to comply with our requests, which was appreciated. The only customer service "ding" we'd give them is in flexibility. Admittedly, our schedule is difficult to work with. When it came to the delevery of the materials and the day/date for the workers to be out at our house, it was scheduled on the worst day of the week for us, and there was no moving it. There were some things that needed correcting once the crew had finished their work and Eclipse was prompt and courteous in attending to these things (gutters had not been cleaned out as promised, skylights were quite dirty though we'd been told they would be cleaned, etc). We'd definitely use Eclispe again (though we hope we don't have a need for a long time!) as we believe their workmanship was excellent and they are very focused on customer satisfaction. Several months after project was completed, and issue was noted. After contacting the company it was resolved completely. Great follow through.

I was very pleased with the experience, from start to finish. They were friendly. competent, and thorough. We had a little unexpected hiccup that was handled more than satisfactorily. Great job. Nice experience.

We can't tell because they never show up to look what was our problem and where the water is coming from. Call another Company from Angie's list and they are coming today at 1. Because they want to be sure we do not get in to a major problem with the rain approaching.
