Description of Work: Called Eclipse to get an estimate on a re-roof job. Jeff came to the house on 9/18 and we reviewed options. He said they would pull an eagle view of the house and get back with me. That was 10 days ago. Haven't heard from him. Very unprofessional.

We do get behind on our estimating occasionally, especially when we have the huge swings in opportunities and job production that we have experienced this year. Very satisfied!
Description of Work: I called Eclipse as I had water leaking in the roof vents...ultimately down the ceiling fan onto the bed in my son's room! Worn out "boots" on the roof vents were the problem. They were quick respond and while here, replace a few shingles that had holes in them. Great service and will call upon them again!

Description of Work: Eclipse removed my shake shingle roof and replaced it with an HOA approved asphalt shingle roof. They were able to start the job shortly after our agreement was signed. They completed it close to the time when they said they would. Weather played a roll in having it take a couple of extra days. They correct a couple of things that needed to be corrected in a timely manner. We were happy with the clean up after the job. While overall we were happy with the work done. There were a couple of things that Eclipse said they would do the following week after we paid but that they have never shown up to do. My only suggestion is to be sure everything is the way you want it before make the final payment.

First let me say thank you very much for your business.It was very nice working with you and I do appreciate you as a customer. I am a little confused as to the comment regarding items left undone or things we didn't return to do. We certainly don't ask for payment before we are finished and we were not paid in full on this job until we completed the punch list items. There was a punch list that you verbally presented to Ray and I. We immediately called out the crew to fix these concerns that same day. We addressed these items and then sent you pictures of the corrections.All before collecting final payment. The only thing left to do was replace a heater flue base flashing that had a small dent in it. Because it is a cosmetic issue and not an issue that will cause a leak we let you know that we would be happy to replace it when the weather is warmer and the shingles are more pliable so we don't damage the shingles. I was under the impression you were agreeable with all of this. Only after these corrections were made was final payment made a few days later. If there is something else that you are referring to please by all means let us know. We would be happy to help you. Sincerely, Jeff Pendergraft

The roofing project was very successful. The owner of Eclipse Roofing, Jeff Pendergraft, and his crew are very professional, efficient, and quick. The price was very reasonable and the clean-up after completion was excellent. I highly recommend Eclipse Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. Angie's List was an excellent source of information and I will definitely use it again.

JEFF RETURNED OUR CALL, SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, AND ARRIVED AT OUR HOME ON TIME.
