Eclipse Roofing performed a very punctual and thorough estimate of my entire roof and took the time to answer any questions I had, both during the estimate and during follow-up. While I wasn't able to get a new roof, Ray fixed the roof of my garage and then went above and beyond when he noticed that my windows in the attic were no longer sealed shut. Without asking, he offered to crawl through my attic and screwed the windows shut. I have nothing but complimentary things to say about this company.

Greg came out and inspected. He was very professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions and never pressured us into anything. He was also the one that fixed the issue. He sent me many photos of the problem before, during, and after the fix was complete. I feel completely confident in his work and will hire Eclipse again. It seems obvious to me that he cared about us and not just getting the work.

Eclipse Roofing did a fantastic job installing a new composite roof on our home. We had an old wood shingle roof that had started to leak, so it was important to get it fixed as soon as possible. We found them on Angie's List and decided to contact them because of their great reviews. Ray was our main contact, who was friendly, informative, and patiently answered all of our questions. Both he and his partner, Jeff, came across as very genuine people who care about doing a good job. We hired them because we felt confident that we could trust them. They did quality work and even followed up with us a few times to make sure that they leaking problem had been resolved. We highly recommend them!

Sales job was no-pressure. They stayed as long as I had questions. Matched any other contractor price. The entire job was done in one day, shingle removal, re-roof, cleanup, yard raked, no damage. Don't know how it could have been done any better. Awesome experience. Integrity counts.

We had used Eclipse before to correct some roofing and flashing issues on our old house to complete the sale. So when we bought a new home we immediately had them come out to inspect. Even though we had a full house inspection during the purchase process, we weren't confident enough in the condition of the roof. Eclipse inspected the roof and made some very practical suggestions for preventative steps to improve the flashing and condition of certain areas. They told us what was an immediate need and what could wait. I feel very confident now that I know the condition of this roof for the house I just bought. THat's a good feeling.

Greg is professional, kind, and more than thorough. He showed me pictures he took of the problem areas when he came to write an estimate, explaining what work needed to be done to correct them. When he completed the work, we walked around the house and he pointed out those fixed areas. I feel he is 'more than thorough' because as he explained, there were a couple of ways to reshingle the flashing fix. Basically, there was the "quicker" way which would have left a tiny gap (strictly cosmetic) showing, and a more labor-intensive method which would look better. He chose the time-consuming solution even though I had agreed to the quick one - I had no problem with it. That's professional integrity AND high quality work. Thanks, Greg!

Jeff was as professional and personable as one could hope for. It was a coin toss between two providers, and I opted to go with a neighbor's company for financing reasons (which I didn?t use after all). Jeff was quick to respond to all my questions, and was very reasonable in his pricing. (Lowest bidder of the four estimates I received, all for identical materials and services.) I?ve only used a handful of contractors that impressed me anywhere near as much, and am recommending him to others who have asked about roofers.

I was pleased and surprised they were able to come on a Sunday to do an inspection of my roof. I was prepared to wait a week considering the leak in my roof was after a very heavy night of rain. I assumed there would be many people waiting for service. The roofer, Greg, was punctual and very professional. The inspection was on the 13th and the repair work was done on the 24th. Greg took plenty of before and after pictures at my request and I know that will prove helpful in the future as my roof ages. The service was excellent and it was a pleasure doing business with Eclipse.

We contacted 3 roofers from Angie's List for estimates on our roof replacement, with Eclipse being one of them. We had several issues with our roof including a ridge vent that should have never been installed, 2 separate roof areas that are almost flat, among the normal 28 yr old roof issues. We were looking for someone with the experience and knowledge to resolve these issues, not put another 'bandaid' on them. All three roofers were willing to come out and give us a quote, but one had no clue how to deal with our ridge vent issue and we were actualy leading him to ideas we had researched or heard about. The second roofer was knowledgable, offered reasonable suggestions and a reasonable bid, but after coming out & giving us that a bid, we never heard from them again, even when we called with questions. This was a larger company and we were made to feel like we didn't matter. However, Ray came out, had the experience to offer solutions to our issues and offered us a very competitive bid. We had multiple questions and over 2-3 weeks of discussions, emails, shingle samples, colors, prices and several trips to our Independence, MO home from Kansas, Ray very patiently worked with us until we found we found the the shingle, warranty & color we were happy with. Once the day arrived, Ray & his crew were efficient, courteous, polite, professional and did a fantastic job. Ray was on site most of the day, but we were more than comfortable with his workers even when he wasn't. They were very careful to protect all my plants & decorations, kept the debris contained, and were very careful to pick up all the scrap as well as carefully clean up the nails. The job was completed in one day and I now have a beautiful, very well done roof at a reasonable price with a terrific warranty. I can't say enough good about Ray and his crew, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. ,

Eclipse Roofing was extremely responsive with communication during the entire selection, contract, and installation process. Ray Waters did an excellent job of showing us the wealth of material options and explained the pros and cons of each selection. He never pressured the sales process and he oversaw the entire project keeping us well informed of daily progress, dates, arrival times, and completion estimates. Ray communicated progress with pictures multiple times throughout the day and would always notify us of any changes in work schedule dates/times. The work crew was sensitive in protecting our property during the entire removal and installation process. We had two screens that were damaged during installation. Ray reported the damage to us and promptly repaired the screens. Additional care was given to ensure that all stray nails and staples were removed from the property. Eclipse followed up with us multiple times following completion of the project to ensure that we were satisfied and to ensure that the roof was performing as expected. I would definitely recommend Eclipse Roofing and Ray as a roof or gutter contractor.

Called to schedule an appointment as my roof has a leak in it. The man who answered the phone asked if I needed a whole roof replacement or just a repair. Well I first thought that was strange to ask me as that's the reason why I'm calling to have someone come out and look at the roof. I told him the house was only 8 years old so it better not be a whole roof replacement. He then told me it would be "AT LEAST" a week before anyone could come out to even look at my roof.if not longer. I mentioned I saw him on Angies List and the reviews were that they were prompt. He basically told me no reliable company could do anything in less than 7 to 10 days. I told him I would call someone else. I did in fact call another roofing company that has a gold shield and has a higher review count. They will be out in 2 days to look at my roof.

Greg came out on a Sunday, since I had a leak during a very rainy part of the summer. We decided that the gutter was the cause and he came out later the next week to fix the gutter. I paid for the gutter fix (approximately $300). The night that the gutter was replaced we had a very heavy rainstorm, and it became clear that the leak was not fixed. Greg came back out the next morning to tarp the roof and discuss our next steps. We agreed that the valley needed to be replaced. We scheduled a time for him to return to do that work. He arrived on the scheduled day, and got right to work, and worked until it was dark to complete the job. He came back another day to inspect his work in the daylight and make sure everything looked correct.

These guys did a great job. Ray and Jeff were very helpful right from the start. Came and met with us to assess the job, and go over their recommendations with us. They were able to answer any questions that I had, and delivered a detailed written quote. Ray was punctual and communicative. The team arrived on time and the work was completed well and cleaned up as promised. I do want to mention that I had a few minor concerns/questions after the installation, which were answered and resolved very quickly and professionally. I think that it is important to share this because it demonstrates Ray's desire to offer great customer service and deliver a good product/roof. If I have any roofing issues in the future I will be contacting these guys again. Thank you Ray, Jeff and the Team.

Ray and his crew arrived at about 6:40am. Everyone on the crew knew exactly what their job was and everyone came to get it done. Ray said it should be done by about 12 pm and it was. I returned as did Ray to reset some solar lights and a new magnet to retrieve any dropped nails. I am very happy with Ray's performance.

It was a nightmare. It was a complete fraud. They sent a project manager who didn’t have any roofing experience. They tried to scare me that I needed a whole roof. They did things that they weren’t suppose to do, like caulking the side wall, which caused me more expenses in the end. The main thing I needed done was the chimney stack sealed and they didn’t even touch it.

It was fine. He did it as advertised and found a couple of problems and fixed it.

Estimate and installation appointments were made as set. Both crews, one for the roofing, and one for the guttering did their respective jobs in super fast time and left a spotless yard. Very professional and well organized in every aspect. One of the best home repair/construction companies I have dealt with in quite some time.

They came and completed an initial bid and arrived on time. The bid was emailed out in a timely manner and was very competitive. We asked them to come back out to answer some questions and go over the bid. They arrived on time and answered all of our questions. They also brought out samples of the products they would use. Our roof is very large, steep, and has lots of segments. They estimated it would take two days to complete. I thought that was crazy since other companies said it would take four to five days. The crew arrived first thing in the morning and completed it in two days just like they said! They came back for a walk around after the job was completed. A couple weeks after the work was completed I noticed that a gutter segment wasn?t laying flush against the house. They came out the next day to fix it! They did a great job and were timely, punctual, and responsive!

It went smoothly all around. Greg Bequette came out & performed the estimate and also the work, and he was great to work with. Very friendly, and performed the most thorough analysis of the problem before providing the estimate - even went into my attic, while the other two companies who gave me an estimate did not. I would definitely recommend Eclipse again, and will most likely use them in a few years when I need a full roof replacement. The price was very reasonable as well.

Eclipse was very responsive, talking to the owner first. An foreman/appraiser came out within days, inspected the roof, gave his thoughts and an estimate. During the repair he confirmed his discovery and send an email picture to me to show the work needed. It remained within the estimate. It was a small project but it's the small ones that usually get pushed aside. This will certainly lead to future, larger projects from us.

Without knowing the full extent of the repairs, Jeff came out to consult on the entire GAF roofing and 30-year warrenty roofing system. He was extremely thorough, answered all questions, worked with me to select the best selection for the type and kind of home that I have. He provided estimates to me, worked with the insurance company, and went above and beyond at every level and turn to make sure that the work was scheduled, completed on-time and that quality was maintained and that I was satisfied with the services provided. I must say that the replacement of my roof was one of the most stressful homeowner experiences of my life. The roofers and his team handled everything with professionalism and absolute expertise. I can't emphasize how when the entire decking had to be replaced down to the rafters, they ensured the weather was appropriate and tore off the main roof in record time with minimal debris flying around the property or nails thrown everywhere you don't want them. And then like acrobats they quickly replaced all decking balancing themselves on ladders safely and between the rafters and replaced all decking with absolute precision and obvious expertise. I never had a concern of the safety of the workers, myself or any additonal property damage. They cleaned all the nails and such as best as one could want and hauled away all the debris on the same day! Jeff and his demonstrates pride in their company and the work performed and I couldn't of been more happier. I'd definetely refer them again and if you want to look at the quality, then I invite anyone on Angie's list to drive by the property address... seeing is believing!!!

We had a wood roof that needed replacing with a new composite roof. We got several estimates and picked Jeff Pendergast with Eclipse Roofing. He provided us with color samples, so we could pick the right color. The date he gave us to do the work was pushed back 2 weeks, due to bad weather and work needing to be finished on other houses. You have to be flexible when dealing with outside projects. The materials were delivered 2 days before the work started, so they could start working as soon as they got to the house. They started at 7:00am each morning and worked for 2 and a 1/2 days. We also had added a shed that needed to be reroofed. Jeff's crew was great, covering all windows and sides of the house where they were working, When they were finished, the area around the house and roof was totally cleaned up. We were very pleased with the work they did and would hire them again.

It was fine. It was their sales rep that made me decide to go with them. Everything seemed to be superior. The workers did a good job. They were quick and efficient. The price was competitive. They were responsive. They were here when they were supposed to be.
