THEY ARE VERY EXCELLENT. THEIR FOLLOW UP SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT. WHENEVER I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS, THE OWNER ALWAYS COMES OUT AND TALKS TO ME AND WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. MY CEILING HAD STARTED TO LEAK AND ECLIPSE ROOFING FIXED THE LEAK IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES. I HAVE NOT HAD A LEAK SINCE.

The job went very well. The workers arrived bright and early, worked till dark and amazingly, got the job done in less than 1 1/2 days! They were efficient, polite, and kept the property pretty clean! They ran the magnet through the yard at the end and we've found very few nails and only a few scraps of roofing that were missed. The roof looks really good and we've had a good rain, and so far, no leaks! The quality of the application appears to be fine. We had a couple of questions initially that were immediately addressed. Jeff is a very nice person. I had lots of questions and took a long time to decide what I wanted, and he was very helpful with information, bringing me shingle samples and telling me where I could see roofs done in the ones I was considering. He's been in this business a long time and knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Jeff seems very knowledgeable, open and honest. Jeff did a good job describing what would happen and what might happen (no surprises). The work only took three days total. Cleanup was good each day and final cleanup very good. Workers were courteous. Workmanship appeared very good.

With all the post-hailstorm business, it did take a couple of follow-up calls to get estimate and job scheduling accomplished. Jeff 's presentation materials (bid, contract, etc.) are very professional. During the job I had to ask twice before my request that the crew not work after dark was heeded. Short November days and long lunch breaks made the job take four to five days. The work quality appears to be good, after a few aesthetic problems were promptly addressed. There was some damage to painted surfaces and landscape plants that could've been avoided with use of tarps or plywood.

They have been very responsive to my needs for follow up. I found value in the price. Jeff Pendergraff who is the manager has been a real pleasure to work with.

When I talked to Jeff, he said he would get out the next week to look at my roof and would leave the bid for me. He said that because I was "in the neighborhood (Brookside)" he would try to get out quickly. After about two weeks and no information I called again. This time he came out as promised and reviewed damage and options, and promised to drop off the bids the next day which he did. This was one of four bids that I got and his was the lowest in price. When I narrowed it down to two roofers I called Jeff back. There was going to need to be some additional repair work done to the soffits at the time of reroofing and Jeff said he did not do that, so I went with the other company who did the repairs. If it weren't for that I probably would have used Jeff, and he seemed to be easy to work with.

Jeff Pendergraft, the owner, was easy to work with. He returned my calls very quickly (usually within just a few minutes). I took bids, and his bid was extremely competitive. The work crew was friendly, professional, careful and thorough.

We called for an estimate on hail damage on our roof. They said they would come out in two to three weeks. They never came to do the estimate. We called back after several weeks and asked them if they were still going to give us an estimate and when to expect it. They never returned the second phone call or came to do an estimate.

I called for an estimate. The message I left indicated that I had seen the company listed on Angie's List and that there were many good references and I was interested in getting an estimate. I was completely disappointed that a company with such good comments didn't even bother calling me back. It doesn't matter how many people say good things about a company, if they don't bother to return phone calls, they aren't worth hiring; how unprofessional!

I called twice and left voice mails that I was interested in getting an estimate on a complete reroofing for my house. No one ever called back.

Jeff gave me an estimate with various options for different grades of shingles. Once I decided on what I wanted Jeff scheduled my work. His crew did a good job of protecting my landscaping around my home. They did the entire house in less than 3 days. (My neighbor, who also had hail damage, had a different roofer take almost 2 weeks to finish their roof.) Jeff's workers did at least 2 sweeps around my house to clean up any debris after the roof was installed. His crew were all very nice and worked very hard on the job. My roof looks great. I am very happy with it.

These guys were terrific. My new gutter system is working great and my basement was completely dry after the last big rainstorm after the gutter was installed. (It has been wet after heavy rainstorms in the past.) I had to move a windchime that had been hanging from my old gutter and the manager of the crew put it up for me and helped my put up a birdhouse as well. My gutters look great, no longer have leaves in them and are moving the rain away from my house.

They did an excellent job and were very professional. Jeff is great to work with.

I live in the Brookside area and my roof was hammered in the June hailstorm. I saw Eclipse listed as an Honor-Roll Advertiser and looked the company up to check member reports. They were all outstanding so I contacted Jeff an asked if he would first come out and verify if I needed a new roof due to hail damage. This approach was advised by my insurance agent to ensure I had cause for a claim. Jeff was very prompt & helpful and offered me an estimate with a range of options depending on what upgrades I might want, but he did not push any of them on me. When I got the OK from my insurance company to proceed, I called Jeff & he drew up a contract. He honored his coupon in the Angie's List monthly publication & scheduled an approx work date (dependent on delivery of materials) to start my job that was convenient with my schedule & my next door neighbors who were also in the process of getting a new roof. The roof looks great, Jeff's team was was clean and very careful with my flowers, etc.

Their service and finished product was an A.

The company owner, Jeff is very involved in every aspect, in fact he did the estimate! He was clear and concise with my many questions. The work was done quickly and professionally. From the time of estimate to completion was three weeks. I was informed every step of the way. Great work!

I thought their price was a little high but after talking to people they seem reasonable.

Jeff was a professional and courteous contractor to work with. It took a little longer than expected to get the work completed, but it wasn't surprising with all the roof repair going on in our area. Overall the experience was very good.

The job went seamlessly from the first contact phone call through completion. The new roof looks beautiful and the new skylights are a great addition. I'd highly recommend Jeff and his crew.

Jeff was very nice to work with, and answered all questions very well. It took only one full day, and an hour on the next day to do the job, with another hour or so for the cleanup. The cleanup was good as well. I am very happy with the appearance of the roof, especially that the vents and flashing match the color of the shingles, instead of being the standard shiny silver.

It was very detailed and they were courteous.

Best price of 3 bids; best proposal, great communication, very professional crew. The work took a total of 2 days; my neighbors were very impressed. My experience with Eclipse roofing could not have been better. Jeff's guys work VERY hard, kept the site clean, worked quietly, & surprisingly, didn't use nail guns. It was amazing. We asked for a bid in November & had the work done in March. The price did not change. One of the other bids we were considering was high-pressure & threatened that shingle prices were going to skyrocket. This didn't happen & I was impressed with Jeff's integrity throughout.

Was 15 minutes late to bid on project but did call to inform me about that. Very professional in inspecting work. Was one day late in providing estimate (beyond what was promised). Cost was higher than other Angie's List companies, even with the $200 coupon. Would not negotiate on cost even with an offer of less work to perform.

We were very pleased with their work. Jeff and his crew were great to work with, and they were very careful to thoroughly clean up debris afterwards.
