Description of Work: Reroofed house. I was very impressed with Jeff Pendergraft. He responded quickly, was courteous and knowledgable. His deportment gave me confidence that the job would be completed satisfactorily. He is just a decent person. The roofing crew did a very good job.

Description of Work: Had a couple of roof repairs taken care of after some hail damage. Had some minor issues with scheduling the service, and the installer wanted to be paid directly vs. writing the check out to the company (which we did not do), but overall the service was good.

Description of Work: I have purchased a Big Deal for Eclipse Roofing Inc for roof inspection.

Description of Work: Informed me the Deal did not include Wood roofs. My mistake, I did not read it well enough. He gave me an estimate to fix roof but did not use him. I lost my $99. Will probably not buy a big deal again but will use Angie's list.

Description of Work: I had a couple of areas on my roof where powder snow had blown in and melted causing a couple of spots on my ceilings. The repairman came out and explained in detail where the snow had blown in and fixed the areas quickly. I am very happy.

Description of Work: Re-roofed our house after a competitive quote following a hair storm in Eudora. Excellent follow through from initial phone call to final clean up. Dave worked with us to upgrade skylights and an attic fans. These were add on- at our request but incorporated into the bid.The work was moved up as their schedule allowed and the crew worked like a well oiled machine from the first bundle on the roof to the last nail pulled from the grass at clean up.

Description of Work: I have come to rely on Angie's List to identify quality companies and services. After the severe April storm damage we had numerous roofing companies descend on our neighborhood providing estimates and offering services. None of them felt quite right so I turned to Angie's list again. I found Eclipse Roofing and saw how highly there were rated and reached out to them by phone. Steve Buren, the Project Manager, called me as soon as he got my message. I told him our insurance company had stated we needed an entire re-roof and we were interested in getting a bid. He made arrangements to come out and meet with us that week and provided us an estimate. He was courteous, knowledgable and very customer oriented. He took the coupon I had printed off Angie's list and immediately applied it to the written estimate he gave us. He answered my questions about the crew and how long they'd been with their company. I found that many of the companies that were in our neighborhood were using "storm chaser" crews from Texas and other places and my neighbors who used these companies were having trouble in follow up for problems incurred during the installation (like cracked windows). From the first moment I met Steve, I knew we had the right company. We also had to deal with our mortgage company and our insurance company, and they were very patient and provided whatever we asked for. The did our roof the first week of October and did an excellent job! We are very pleased with their service, quality of product and responsiveness. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A week later they completed the gutter work that needed to be done. Another quality job. Thank you Eclipse and Steve for making this a great experience.

Description of Work: I submitted a reqest on line via their email for an estimate on a complete reroofing project. I made the request the evening of May 19 and was given an electronic response that my request was successful and that someone from the company would contact me as soon as possible. It is now 7:25 Monday evening, May 23. I have received no response from Eclipse Roofing as of the time I am writing this review. If this is an indication of their customer service, they have lost my business and that of my friends.

Description of Work: Completely replaced our roof

Description of Work: Complete roof replacement. Removed 3 layers from the front of the house along with wood shingles and replaced one layer at the back (original roof at the back had been previously replaced). Jeff was very prompt in responding to my initial call for a bid, coming out the next day. His crew replaced my roof in one day, did a great clean up job and although a light was damaged, he fixed immediately upon notifying him of the issue. I would highly recommend Jeff and would use him again if needed. Very friendly, professional and curteous.

Description of Work: I contacted Jeff after the recent wind storm because I lost some shingles. Despite the weather and proximity of the holidays, he came and provided me with an estimate. I ended up using a contractor I had used before who was also a little cheaper. I was impressed with Jeff's professionalism and I will contact him in the future if the need should arise.
