Set traps it worked problem solved.

I thought it was a squirrel problem, but it turned out not to be. He was very responsive. I liked him. I would probably use him again.

Steve was prompt with a call. I described the problem and he gave me an easy solution that did not require him coming out. A less honest person would have come out and charge money for something simple.

The bats were gone the following day. On Monday he removed the tarp and used a piece of plywood to fill the space that the bats had been nesting in. He did this while I was at work. I am very happy with the results and learned some basic information about bats. I didn't realize how expensive critter removal is but Steve was right in line with other places that I had called. Also, Steve was recommended by another pest control place that I called first- they don't remove bats.

I would be cautious using Steve it appears to be a scam. He charges a flat fee just to come out to your home. I have since talked to a number of other pest control places and they have told me up front getting rid of house sparrows is not an easy task. I hope he enjoyed his money for doing absolutely NOTHING!!

We had a hole in our roof caused by raccoons. Before we had the hole repaired, we wanted to make sure there weren't any raccoons in our attic. Over the phone Steve explained what would be done and answered all of my questions. Steve came to our house the same day I called him to install the trap on our roof. When a raccoon was caught in the trap, I simply called Steve and he came out to remove it the same day. After the appropriate amount of time had lapsed, Steve came back out to our house and removed the trap.

Steve was so attentive to our problem, showing up every couple days to check the traps. After we traopped one mole and then saw no new activity for over a week, he removed all the traps and told us to call him within 30 days if we saw new mole activity. He would come out and reset more traps. Yesterday, I discovered more mole trails and phoned him and he came out today and set more traps. The only additional fee we will have to pay is the $59 cost for each mole trapped. This shouldn't amount to much since moles are territorial and there aren't usually more than one or two on a property. Steve is very reliable and does what he says he will do. His prices are very fair and I highly recommend his services.

He was very responsive. He cleaned up the same day. He seems to know good business recommendations as he knew what he should do. He had a check on the trap everyday when he going out of town. He asked us to call him if there is any issue. He was very good.

Nests were removed quickly after initial call was placed. Additionally they recommended and provided a solution so that we nests could not be rebuilt.

It went very smoothly. Steve set the trap within three or four hours, each time I called to say that either a squirrel had been caught or the trap had been accidentally set off by a bird. The whole process was completed in a week. After the animals were caught, two days went by with no more attic noise and no more animals caught. Then, in order to prevent further access, Steve used sheet metal to close off the hole gnawed by the squirrels.

He was good at figuring out where the chipmunks were coming in and put something up to prevent others from entering. He might need some direction while in the house, but he did catch one of the chipmunks.

Steve returned my call promptly,and provided pricing and information over the phone. He was at my home setting traps the same day, and he was quick, courteous, and efficient, and he explained everything to me. With in three days the squirrels were caught and the hole was sealed. I was very pleased with the service and fair pricing! I would definitely use his service again! Thank you!

Mr. Reinke was very specific over the phone about the procedure and the costs. He came to our residence and positioned the traps to catch the moles. We were successful in eliminating the moles within the first three days. However, even though Cridder Ridder had a 30-day allowance on the discovery of any other moles, he actually left the traps for a full two weeks, just to make sure we got all of them.

Will call back with real problem someday.

The traps were set that day and 1 mole was caught. Second mole was found in a different section of the yard and traps were reset. After second mole was caught, more tunnels developed. Traps set again. Work still in progress. Prompt tenacious service. Let's hope this is it!

We were contacted by a rep the same day we called for service. He set up an appointment and came at the time promised. Although he did not catch the squirrels, he caught 4 woodpeckers (which had also caused damage to our house). To our surprise, because he did not catch the animal we requested him to catch (the squirrels) there was no charge for catching the woodpeckers! We ended up only paying a $95 trip charge and $64 for covering the entrance holes with metal. We probably got "too good" of a price because of this policy but it certainly conveyed to us that this was an honest company and we would certainly do business with them again should the need arise.

STEVE CAME OUT 30 MINUTES AFTER I CALLED. I FOUND HIM TO BE VERY POLITE. HE CAPTURED THE OPOSSUM AND TOOK IT AWAY.

CAME WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CALL AND SET TRAPS - CHECKED TRAPS REGULARLY AND DISPOSED OF 2 SKUNKS THAT WERE TRAPPED.
