Description of Work: This is a great organizatoin. They do exactly what they say and when they say they will do it!! The tech was professional, friendly and knowledgable. Through no fault of their own, the part was not correct and they needed to take my machine and return it the next day, for no extra charge. I will use them again and so should you.

Description of Work: Had a new laptop that I couldn't get connected with my DSL. It was no problem for Robert and come to find out my DSL was wifi capable. Robert transferred everything from the desktop to the laptop, downloaded (at extra cost) a better virus protection than the laptop came with (at my request) and explained everything in terms and details that suited me. I didn't feel uncomfortable with him in our home as I've had with some computer repair folks.
