Troy got one of his men out here the next day. That man did a thorough job of cleaning out everything and making sure he left our home in good order. Troy's estimate on gutter replacement did not include my diversion pipes and was higher than another provider; so I chose not to go with him for that work. I was very pleased with what he did and would use him again!

They were great, and left the area perfectly clean. They arrived on time, and are very good about scheduling. It was easy to use them. They were very clear, and the price was fare. I checked the gutters and they looked good.

On the first visit only the gutters were cleaned. Additional services that were requested were not performed. Troy apologized for the miscommunication on their part and was out the next two days performing the additional services but also alerted us to the fact that the second floor gutter was so full of debris, that it came off the roof. Not only did he repair that section he also put gutter screens on as we had not done so ourselves (it was to high and dangerous for us to put screens up there). Troy purchased new sections of gutter screen that needed replacement and installed them. The total cost was only $450 and we would have actually paid more. Troy explained to us what repairs were recommended and quoted prices before performing any extra services, which we appreciated. He even replaced our plastic gutter screens with metal screen on a section where the gutters were attached to a metal ornamental piece of the roof where the original screens weren't wide enough to be effective. Overall we give Clean Gutter Services a AAA+. We found this company on Angie's list and glad we did so

Went well until he claimed I needed another downspout for $175. Seemed outrageous to me.

In the midst of a number of rainy days, the process took a while. I was so delighted to find a company which would clean the gutters and not just replace them. Unfortunately some of the gutters were stained enough that even after two tries -- plus my own attempt at a gutter on the lower level --being a Show-Me person-- some of it just wouldn't come off. The gutters on the second level are much cleaner however, and I put some stain-blocker and a coat of matching paint on the gutters above the front entryway to the porch where they were most visible. The company really worked hard to get the cleaning right and I trust that the last details also will be handled with utmost professionalism.

Troy was quick providing me a quote. He even came on a Saturday evening to clean the gutters. The repair work is great. He is very knowledgeable, prompt and affordable and he was even nice to my dogs. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.

They previously installed gutter guards, however small seeds and leaves had accumulated at the down spouts. They came out and cleaned all the gutters not just at the down spouts. Did a great job.

Troy called us back promptly and made an appointment to give us an estimate on our gutter repair. He walked around the house with us told us his approach to fixing loose and falling gutters, and reassured us that we didn't need new gutters. Our gutters were of good quality, we can fix instead of replace. (Other companies were trying to sell us new guttering and we got estimates up to 1250.00!) He and his partner returned when he scheduled. They had the whole thing done in an hour. Troy is responsive to his customers, and an honest business man, his prices are also reasonable. We recommend him wholeheartedly!

He did a good job with the work and everything turned out fine. He was very punctual and he came right out due to having a lot of rain. I will be calling him in the future.

This was preventive maintenance. It took some time for them to work me in.

All went great. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

After Troy gave me the quote he believed it would be 2 weeks before he could get to my house. He was put behind after about a week and 1/2 due to heavy rains in the area. He was taking care of emergencies for people with water in their basements. So he did send a young man out to go ahead, remove my old screens and clean out gutters so I would not have any problems before he could get to finish my job. After that he had a young man who nailed and re-screwed gutters along with new screen guards come out. He did a very thorough job. The gutters with screen look the best they have ever looked. On Sunday, June 30 Troy came again, and did the final more detailed, extensive work needed to complete project. At that time he worked on a past problem area over my back door, he reconfigured my rain barrel, which I view now as an excellent hook-up. He also fixed my downspout that attached to brick. From the first quote to the final job, Troy was on top of the work. He is a very personable man, knows what needs to be done, and does an excellent job. I believe he is first in customer satisfaction and very professional. I know he stays busy in his work and that speaks volumes.

It was a very involved process since my downspouts are partially buried in the ground, but Troy did an excellent job and was very thorough. Furthermore, he charged a competitive rate and was professional.

wTroy was really great. I called him in the morning, he came over in the afternoon. He took a lot of time and looked around with me on the ground. He even looked at a weird guttering situation that the previous owner had done a DIY job on in our screened in porch and gave me some great advice and a reasonable bid to fix it. Since we had rain coming, he said he could do the job that day (which I appreciated) and he went up on the roof with a leaf blower and got not just leaves but roofing debris out of the gutters, which took extra effort since he couldn't just blow those out. He spent some time afterward showing me pictures of where my drip edges had been installed incorrectly. He never tried to hard sell me on extra services, just told me what needed to be done and gave me a bid. I was very happy with his services and knowledge.

He was very courteous and knowledgable. I like him a lot. I will have him back to complete some more work for me.

It took 3 or 4 trips and a couple of weeks to get the job done. This was fine as it was not time sensitive and was a large project. In addition, certain supplies he needed were on backorder with his supplier. Troy was very good at keeping me up to date on where things stood and when he would be there. Troy is a very personalbe, honest guy who takes pride in his work. Did all the owrk himself. Highly recommend.
