Clean Gutter Services

The guys did a fantastic job. Very professional, detail oriented and friendly. Verified the all the downspouts were cleaned using a blower. Took the time to unclog one seriously plugged gutter (had to take it apart at the bend which was three stories up). Sealed a gutter that was dripping. Cleaned everything up afterwards. Cannot say enough about the quality of work they did!! After having varying experiences with other gutter cleaning companies, there is no doubt I will hire them again this fall!!

They cleaned up and got it done for me. They came and did the work when I was at work. They left a slip of paper that they had cleaned the gutters. I got it done cheap. I had coupon through Angie's List.

The young man who came to do the job was confident, polite and went right to work getting the work done. He worked efficiently and independently doing a great job. We were more than pleased with his work and it was such a relief to know the gutters would not overflow during heavy rains.

No problems, did a good job in reasonable amount of time. Made recommendations for improving the function which made sense. Followed up to make sure everything was done right.

Very well......he arrived when scheduled and performed the work as promised. He also identified a problem with the gutter hangers on the back of the house, that would have led to additional problems. I have scheduled him for those repairs also.

Excellent work in every way. Troy is very responsible and cares about getting the job done right. He was quick to respond to my call & kept me updated on the status of the project. Replacing the rotted fascia board required a lot of extra work on his part because of its irregular size. I would definitely hire him again.

They spent a good 20 to 30 minutes working on it, so I'm hopeful it will last. Other repairmen had simply squirted some caulking on the seams, but Troy said that was not the right way to make the repair. He said it's something that needs to be done occasionally, on roughly the same schedule that you paint the exterior of your house. He was very pleasant and said gutter repair is one of his specialties.

Great! Quick estimate, very reasonable, work was done in about a day and a half for the gutters (would have been done in one day, but had the wrong downspouts) and the screens took about a day. Troy is very responsive, never took long to get answers from him.

They responded quickly and performed the service quickly. The price was reasonable too.

It took a week or so between the initial contact and service due to periods of heavy rain and lots of people with clogged .gutters. My initial contact was by email and I was contacted by phone within a day or two and given an estimate that was very reasonable. I was contacted the day before service to let me know when to expect the serviceman. The next day, the serviceman (Cody) called to give me an ETA. He was on time, friendly, informative, and did a good job. A section of guttering had detached so he fixed that as well. I have some guttering capacity issues and the owner came out to take a look at that and had a couple of ideas that will probably cost less than what I was thinking. I will have CGS do future work.

I was very happy with the recommendations and work performed by Troy and his team. We were barely 2 months into moving into our new home when during a VERY heavy rain realized our gutters were not cleaned out. I emailed via Angie's List at 11pm in the evening while watching a waterfalls come off my house and they reached out to me very soon after to confirm the work needing to be done. Troy came out and met with me to discuss areas of concern and quickly made me realize what was causing the issues and recommended some fixes. I have been very pleased with the over all service and workmanship. Best of all, I no longer see waterfalls during heavy rains. I look forward to calling him in the fall when most likely I'll need another clean out.

Didn't go well at all. Had a gutter cleaning job and wanted to hire this company basically by reviews here on Angie's List, however after messages left and never a return call, not even to say "sorry, but we are so busy we cannot take on new clients at this time" . Not being responsive is a sure way to lose business as is happening here. I have booked with a reliable company and will,review separately.

Mike w/Clean Gutter Service's did a great job on cleaning out and making sure all of the gutters and downspouts were free from all debris.

The job went extremely well and we know he did a great job as it rained a week later and the gutters never overflowed. The company was incredibly professional and worked with us on scheduling as we had a couple of changes and needed them to come back a different day. Prompt return calls, their flexibility, and a great job completed means we will use them again. We were extremely impressed with the entire experience from beginning to end.

The workers arrived on time, worked diligently and were very thorough. In spite of working long hours, they returned the next day in complete the job so that everything was done correctly. This included changing some downspouts, and this was not in the original plan. The workers definitely get an A+ for taking the initiative to give us a job well done.

Always prompt in replies. Was reassuring and cleaned my gutters promptly when I was concerned that I had waited to late to clean out my gutters before the winter my first year as a homeowner and has continued to prompt and overall great since.

Their promptness was a lot more than I expected, they came out and did the job in less than a week after my first contact with them. They really stepped up. I want to be sure they get extra praise for their efficiency, because we really appreciated it.

They were very efficient and did a great job installing my new gutters. My only issue was that a downspout was put in the wrong location during install. I called and he came out quickly to fix the issue, however he just moved the downspout and patched the old hole. It does not have a seamless look anymore. I know that was the easiest way to fix the issue but it doesn't look the best.

I was surprised to have Troy call so late in the year. I'd talked to him earlier when he was really backed up with his schedule and thought I'd just missed the cleaning this year. He had called me back to let me know about delays due to weather conditions in December. When he had a spot open, he called again and when I had a time conflict, swapped appointment times with another client to get it completed earlier in the afternoon rather than later that day. (Because I understood the delay as due to the weather, I debated about giving them an A on punctuality, but that seemed like stretching it a bit, so it is just a B rating.) As an extra bonus, Troy was kind enough to adjust a vinyl siding piece that had slipped out of place while he was up on the roof. I am pleased with the work of this company -- which worked long and h****** exterior cleaning of the gutters in an earlier job. I definitely intend to call them again for next fall's cleaning.

They were the low bidders and they did a good job. The only down side was it took quite a while before they came out to do the work. One person came out and it took three afternoons (about 12 hours). I really liked this company. They confirmed the diagnosis of a much more expensive company. They cleaned up after themselves.
