Description of Work: Repaired/replaced wood rot on soffits and dormers. Went well. Wendell was a wonderful person to work with. Mike did a fantastic job. And Luke followed up to make certain we were happy.

Description of Work: contacted them to review a roof and rafter issue. After setting up the appointment, they no showed (upon my follow up call they rescheduled and still no showed).. wow, very poor !

Description of Work: We had an extensive remodel job, including the following restain all hardwood floors replace all carpets replace all doors redo all ceilings reface fireplace repalce all ceiling fans all new faucets paint inside and out the workers are all professional and efficient. Any questions were answered the same day. The time they had quoted for the project was right approx 5 weeks I would use them in a minute again

They are not the cheapest people but they invariably do what they say they are going to do, at the price they say and they leave the house cleaner than they find it. They have also roughly finished my basement for a play room for my grand children, they've done various things over 4 years and I've really enjoyed having them. I leave the house while they work, I don't have to be here watching them. I trust them and they are honest. They are worth the price.
Description of Work: Brown Restoration did several jobs for me over the years. They put in a retractable screen door between my kitchen and deck.

There was something that I wanted to do and they said that they did not know if they could do it because I may have problems. That said that they needed to research it some more to make sure it was going to work for me and not many people will do that. I would use them again and I know if there was a problem they would stand behind it.
Description of Work: I used Brown Restoration Inc. at the end of October and they did a laundry room remodel and they put in a ladder in the attic.

+ 0 moreWe were very pleased with the quality of work, and attitude of the workmen. They helped sort out the insurance claims, making the way for the remodeling funds. They did a good job sticking with their estimates, suggested up-grades or corrections when they saw them, but waited for approval before doing them. They worked for our parents (similar project) and they were also pleased-that's where we got their name.
Description of Work: Brown Restoration replaced our hail damaged roof, siding, and window trim.
