Bock's Steam Star

All of the employees I met from Bock's Steam Star were friend and professional. They quoted me a price before the day of the cleaning and stuck to that price. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. They did a thorough job, cleaning the carpets in the entire house. I was very please with the results, especially since the carpet had become somewhat worn and had been looking pretty beat up. They raked the carpet after cleaning as well. They extracted almost all of the water before they left, leaving me with a very short drying time. I was overall very pleased, and I will definitely use them again. They have been in business in this area for many years, and their work explains why. I would definitely recommend them.

They always do a good job. They come when they say they will. This last time they even put out some fans to help the carpets dry a little faster while they were cleaning other rooms. We had previously had coupons and deals so this last time cost more than we had previously paid. Our house is about 1400 square feet and completely carpeted.

Overall, could not be happier with their work and their price, like a lot of reviews on here. David came out at the appointed time on Wed., Oct. 15, and took a look at our two carpets. Both were stained with pet urine, vomit and who knows what else. We cleaned the messes of course, but it was never enough. Both carpets are more than 10 years old. David noted that a couple of the stains might not clean completely out and that they may return. Knowing that, we decided to go for cleaning first rather than replace. (We live in a rental house.) I had already been penciled in for a cleaning appointment on the 17th, which I feel was a lucky break in the scheduling. We were given a time of arrival from 11 to 2, and the crew showed up right about 11:30. We had ordered their Treatment 2 option with pet stain and odor removal. The crews were there about 90 minutes and were very friendly and professional. I noted that they put down mats and also plastic protectors on the floor to protect the door frames where their equipment and hoses might hit. After all said and done, the carpets looked great. The one carpet that had the heaviest soiling didn't come completely clean, but still looked great. I don't think any company could have gotten those stains out completely. These are the ones that may return as well, but so far so good. All in all, we felt that Bock's delivered on all fronts and for what we ordered felt the price was reasonable as well. Good Job!

The team worked so patiently and persistently on the couch to make it perfectly clean. I so appreciated their effort. They are so thorough. They did the carpeting in the walk-in closet without being asked. I will always use them no matter what other deals I see on Angie's List.

They're very good. I've used them since 2012. They're my go-to people for my carpet cleaning. I thought it was reasonable. They did a fantastic job. They're really good. Their process is better. The guys really work hard and they really work fast. They work at the stains. They come on time and they're great. It's why I keep going back to them. They're wonderful.

Absolutely top notch folks. I have had carpets cleaned by other companies but never felt like the carpets were clean afterwards. The technician was both knowledgeable and professional. Carpets were cleaned very well and the ink spots came completely out! I for sure going to use them from now on. I do not need to look any further for any other company. Super pleased!

I scheduled a time for them to come and pick up the rug so that they could clean it at their site. It took a few weeks, but I was in no hurry to get it back. It came back looking almost brand new, and there was a problem area on it. It cost a little more because we had it treated for stain prevention. They called when the rug was ready and brought it back.

They were very good! They were here last year sometime. They were actually taking several rugs out to be cleaned and there was a lot of pet urine and other things on them, so they had to be super cleaned. It wasn't cheap but it did the trick. They were very professional as far as picking things up, explaining everything and pricing and all that. It cost about four or five hundred dollars. They are professional and they handle both large and small jobs.We had a large antique carpet and they handled that well. As for professionalism I don't think there was a long time frame, we got the carpets back quickly so I guess it is a nine out of ten.
