Bock's Steam Star

Excellent. One of the owners came out at the appointed time to walk through the house with me. He measured so that he could give us an accurate price. He left the quote with us. We decided to go with them, so we called the next date to set up an appointment. They arrived at the designated time and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. The best part was we knew the cost of the service before they started, so there were not hidden costs. We will continue to use them in the future. thanks Bock.

Fantastic. We had never hired a straight steam cleaning service, and had hired other types of carpet cleaning (have cream colored carpet in high traffic areas) and were incredibly pleased with the results. Our techs, Martin and Trell, were right on time, very courteous, and thorough. We were very happy with the results (although some spots remain. Trell and Martin are professionals, not miracle workers) and will definitely be hiring again next time we need steam cleaning services.

Bock's had to cancel a before-Christmas appointment due to bad weather (perfectly understandable). They came after Christmas, on time and the two gentlemen were professional. They did remove the pet stains in the worst area. That was my main concern. I was disappointed that they did not move 2 easily-moved end tables and I see some spots now that the rug is dry. BUT, this carpet has not been cleaned in a while and was very dirty. Overall I am very happy with the results and will use them again.

They are great guys! I referred them to everybody. They have a really, really good service crew. They cleaned our carpets, there was a spot that came back on the stairway on the second floor. Something got imbedded in the pad. They said if it came back in the next couple days that they would come back. They came back and did it again at no charge. They are mainly young guys, very service oriented, completely courteous and will answer any questions. I wouldn?t use anybody else! I have been using them for years, since 2005 or 2006, when they were a brand-new company. Bock's does an excellent job and they leave you a bottle of spot remover that they use. The extra things that they do that are above and beyond is what impressed me. They call when they are on their way, on time, they do the job and they have moved pieces of furniture for me I the process of cleaning the carpet. I have a 29 year old carpet that does not look like it. I am very impressed with Bock?s.

They are reasonably and do an excellent job. They cleaned the tile floor as well. I count on them to have a good job done! They wear booties, put down tarps, whatever is needed and do a clean job of cleaning. They took a rug to clean and brought it back too. I will stick with Bock’s.

Bock's Steam Star arrived on time and the team discussed the three areas that needed cleaning. I asked if one area could be the carpeted stairway and they said yes. Their steam process is exceptional and the fragrance is very pleasant that lasted for a week or so. The team was very professional and I would recommend this company. I do plan on calling them whenever I need my carpets cleaned.

The carpets look great and smell wonderful. The crew was professional and worked hard. We had been told by a carpet installer that the carpet in the smaller room could not be stretched and would need to be replaced, however, Danny was able to not only stretch it and remove all the "bubbles" but had it looking like new! He said it was actually good carpet and after cleaning it was beautiful! Danny worked very **** ** that room and saved us many hundreds of dollars. Thank you to both Danny and Matt for a great experience and great looking carpets!

I actually don't think that the problems with the product were the company's fault. The tile in our kitchen is interesting (aka, there when we bought the house and not my first choice). Tile is just very hard to keep clean. This tile has a pattern that makes it look dirty already. The guys did a good job, but there were spots and prints within two hours of the service being completed. I just don't think there is much to be done about that. The bathroom they did was awesome. It is different tile than the kitchen. It is more like Spanish tile. It is red and thicker material and it held the clean for a long time.

Extremely happy with the service as well as the integrity of our technician. He found a ring my mother gave my daughter that had been missing for 3 years. He gave the ring back. What an honest thing to do! We had written it off long ago. My sectional and carpet look , feel and smell clean. A million thanks!

Bock's offers free estimates in advance. We set up an appointment and they came right on time and gave us a thorough walk through and assessed the damage and discussed what could and cold not be done. Some of the damage was extensive where the dog would go in the same spot over and over. He was confident they could improve most of it and took time to explain every step. It was an 8 hour job for 2 men and they did an AMAZING job!!!!!!!!! I cannot even describe the improvements in the carpets!! And my upholstery looks like new. I highly recommend this company. Ours was expensive secondary to the amount of work that we had done but it was worth every penny. If we had to replace the carpets it would have cost us several thousand dollars more. I won't hesitate to call them again if I need cleaning and I will recommend them to all my friends!

Cleaned Basement carpet and stairs.

Service providers were friendly and informative. The job was done professionally. I specifically wanted steam cleaning done. Everything they did was explained well. I was very pleased with the result. All but one stain was removed, but I did not expect they would be able to accomplish that particular problem. In general, my carpets looked great and were completely dry within a few hours.

The employees were all good guys. They looked professional and acted the same way. You felt comfortable with them working un our home. Offered us advice on what to do about pet "problems" in the future.

They did an outstanding job. I had broken my hip. So, I wasn't in a very good shape at that time. There is a tile entry. I said, "Well, now if I can just get that cleaned that will keep the stairway clean." They said, "Hey, we can take care of that," and they did and did a super job. Bock's Steam Star is one of the best carpet cleaners you're going to find anywhere. They are great guys. They are carpet cleaners par excellence. They are superb. They were first starting in business when I was still selling real estate. I had another provider and they were terrible. Somebody said, "Hey, these guys are just starting out. Why don't you give them a chance?" and I did and boy, I recommended them to everybody and I've continued to use them myself. They are fantastic. I've been retired since October 2008 and I started using them before that. So, that would give a general idea of how long they've been in business. They're courteous. They go the extra mile. The service is fantastic. They're helpful. When they say they're coming, they're here. They do an excellent job. If a spot comes back within the first two weeks after they've been here, they'll come back and take care of it for nothing. They're great. They are terrific. They charge very reasonably. I can't say enough good about them. I have told everybody that I know, and of course, back when I was working, to the customers and clients - the buyers and sellers, "Bock's Steam Star. They will do the job and they'll do it properly."

It was expensive. It was a loft a living room and a bedroom. I had some pet stains. They got every bit of the smell and spot out. I would tell friends to use them.

Amazing service! The two employees were prompt and very polite. They did a great job while still moving very fast as they knew that we were heading out of town. I would absolutely reach out to this company in the future.

They did a fantastic job. I have never had any service person take the care these two men did. They were extremely professional. The carpet looks wonderful. We have a puppy that we had been ground-breaking. They cleaned up the stains from the puppy and deodorized the carpet. We definitely will be using them again!
