Description of Work: I emailed Brock's about 1 1/2 ago from Angie's List. Well they never replied so I had to call. I spoke to the receptionist and it appeared she didn't want to schedule a time to get my carpets cleaned. Inevitably she said they were booked..... Grrrrr had they called or emailed me back I probably would have been able to get it done......... Ya I won't call them back I'll go else where!

Description of Work: Cleaned rugs living room up the stairs 2 bedrooms hall, basement stairs and basement den and office space. A large space. They did a good job and got all spots up. Only thing is I thought it was very expensive

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Went right to work and did a good job. I had many spots on the upstairs carpet from pets. They cleaned them up pretty good, but acknowledged they weren't able to get them completely out. These were old stains so I figured it would be a difficult chore. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: I had them clean a loveseat and couch that hadn't been cleaned in years. I was very impressed at how clean everything was! Their prices are a little higher than most, but if they do as good a job on carpets as they did on furniture, it would be worth the extra money.
