Description of Work: I have used this service twice; once with a groupon for my entire house and once for only my main living area. Setting appointments was quick and easy. The guys were punctual, courteous, professional and rather speedy! My place looked and smelled better when they finished.

Description of Work: The work was done well and in a timely manner. The only complaint is the advertised price was different than the price when they got here. I know price is an in-exact science, but the price should at least be in the ball park. I had used them in the past and did not have this issue. Didn't have to use them, but after all, they're in your living room so the convenient thing to do is have the work done and pay! They are a good company and this was my only issue.

Description of Work: Floor tile was cleaned in lower level family rooms; however cost was greater than expected due to fact sq ft was more than the offered price covered. Understand the increase b/c of sq. ft. but was very disappointed that the servicemen did not move the one piece of furniture, which was a desk, and get floor cleaned underneath. Therefore when the desk was removed, there was that area left uncleaned.
