They warned us when they got there that the sofa was cotton and it was going to be hard to clean. They were right, it really didn't make much difference. But they were super nice about it and even took the pillows back to their shop to see if they could make any more progress there. Alas, it doesn't look that much different than it did before the cleaning. In their defense: a) they warned us ahead of time, b) they really did try, c) they were kind, courteous and professional; and d) they didn't charge us to clean the little area rug, which is synthetic and cleaned up like a dream. I was ready to throw it out and now it looks brand new. I'd have them back to clean the rug in my office in a heartbeat.

They came to my house and gave me estimates for three levels of carpet cleaning. I chose the middle level and they began immediately. Very competent and polite and thorough. Protectors were placed under the furniture so that the furniture would not stain the damp carpet. There were two very polite people who showed up and did the house in a matter of an hour or so.

They performed the standard cleaning on a carpet ready for replacement. No sales pitch on all the extras and that was very much appreciated. I wanted a clean carpet and they gave me a clean carpet. Nice guys, good work, efficient, and a happy customer. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Very professional company. Picked up our rugs and owner and assistant delivered our rugs, moved heavy furniture to install. Rugs looked beautiful and had been very dirty and stained. Very polite, well mannered young men. We are very pleased with all aspects of this company!

Steve called to confirm our appointment the day before they were scheduled to come out. Brian and his assistant arrived at the time they said they would and began cleaning our living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, stairway and hallway. Our large area rug and two runners were taken with them to be cleaned at their facility. Within the week they were delivered back to us and were simply beautiful...as was the entire house. We have several dogs and cats and one stain did not come completely out in the dining room, so Brian came back to clean it again - no charge. Since our first experience with them, we've had the company come back to clean several pieces of furniture and of course they did an excellent job with that as well. I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is and the fabulous work they do. We have no intention of ever calling anyone but Bock Steam Star Carpet!

I'm already planning on using them again!

It went very well. I left the house for most of the time the work was being done and come home shortly before they finished. The carpet was damp for about 24 hours and smelled a little like chemicals and soap. But by the next day I could open the windows and the carpet dried and it looks very nice. They had to work on a lot of pet stains and did a very good job. The chairs came out really well.

We had a great experience. The service people were terrific. They did have a minimum charge to come, and were very up front about it. After cleaning the chairs they offered to clean anything else I might need in order to make sure I got my money's worth. I really appreciated that because they could have come, cleaned, and left, but instead wanted to make sure I was able to use the whole service charge. They were very nice and pleasant, as well as being very careful in my home. They even cleaned the furniture outside in the garage because it was such a nice day out.

They arrived promptly, inspected the areas, explained their process and provided the cost. They also moved a sofa, oversized chair and end table as needed. They performed the work quickly and efficiently.

They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They did a wonderful job and did the job quickly. My carpet looks fantastic! They explained everything in detail including what they could and could possibly not accomplish in the way of stain removal. I will definitely use this company again.

I can't let an opportunity pass to give rave reviews to Bock's Star Steam carpet cleaning in Overland Park. They are professional, prompt, didn't try to up-sell me and did a thorough job. It is so nice to have carpet not only look great when the company leaves, but remain looking great for a long time after.

They did a wonderful job. I had to schedule last minute and they where wonderful to get me in as quickly as they could. They also stuck to my original bid. I had a lot of spots. The carpets look great. I usually have a problem with stains reappearing after the carpet dries, but not the case with Bock's. I will absolutely use them again.

Bock Steam Star Carpet Cleaning arrived on time looking professional and ready to get to work. They explained the process and were very friendly and courteous. The carpets were cleaned quickly and look wonderful. I would definitely use them again.
