They were very prompt and efficient. They were a little expensive but well worth it. I have used them several times. It was very easy to set up the appointment. They came on time. I didn't have to wait long.

The estimate was thorough and Bryan spent considerably time reviewing my rugs to make sure they received the proper care. They did not bleed! The staff who did the carpet cleaning was very friendly and fast. I pointed out some old paint in the carpet and they were able to get it out! Their little vacuum cleaner has trouble removing cat hair, but it didn't seem to affect the cleaning. For those with pets, I recommend vacuuming before they come over. Overall great job.

A representative of the company came on the same day that I called and gave me a description of their services, from which I chose the medium priced cleaning. He gave me a price the work and included a discount for mentioning Angie's List. We scheduled the cleaning for the next week. The service men arrived on the scheduled and did a thorough job. They gave special attention to the stairs, which were more soiled than the rest of the carpet.

I called for an estimate, the buckle was minor, but right in the middle of the room. Mike who does carpet restretching work for the Company called and was able to give me an estimate next day. He did a great job, carpet looks great.

My roommate was moving out over the first weekend in June. I was going to be in Chicago and did not have a chance to arrange for someone to come over and clean her furniture before she moved out on Sunday. So I found Bock's Steam Star on Angie's List and gave them a call on that Thursday. I explained my situation to them and despite having a full schedule, they found a way to fit me in on Friday. They were prompt to arrive, the couches looked great, and my old roommate was extremely happy!

They did all that was quoted. Did a great job and provided me with tips on keeping the carpet clean in the future. I will use them again.

The result absolutely exceeded my expectations. My carpets were in such a dirty state that I had to choose between cleaning or replacing them. I am glad I chose to clean them. The carpets had not been professionally cleaned in at least 4 years and based on their wretched state, probably longer. Spots that had been there since I moved in are now gone. As someone who has been in the carpet chemical business, I can say that once Bock gets working, they do an excellent job. That being said, the journey to get to this point was somewhat rocky and I was pretty close to calling off the deal and trying another Angie's List candidate. I live in a 3rd floor condo, and due to the state of the carpets, I believed that the extra power and water-lift that a truck-mounted cleaning unit would do the best job. The challenge would be to get the hose up and into the unit. After making sure that Bock had the right equipment and that they had the kind of excellent report history I was looking for, I called to schedule a site visit with one of the owners to review my job and to get a "firmish" estimate of price. Instead, I spoke to Brian on the phone and we decided to forgo the site visit and send a crew out to start work. He gave me a price and I agreed to have the guys come out. Upon arrival, the team did not have enough hose to reach my condo, so they left and I waited to find out if they could do the job. I got a call from the office manager, Steve, who said that the crew leader and Brian were putting their heads together to figure out what the price will be. A couple hours later I received the call and to my dismay, the price was about a 1/3 higher than what Brian and I initially discussed. I made it clear to Steve that I was not pleased about the change in price/scope. He added that they had an opening the next day. After an uncomfortable 20 seconds of silence, while I decided whether or not to proceed, I told Steve to send the guys back out because I needed to get it done. As I said initially, once the team was on site and working, they did a great job. The price came down somewhat because the set-up and execution was not as difficult as they assumed in the shop and while it was higher than my expectations, the service experience and actual result more than made up for any angst I might have had due to the whole pre-service experience. I would use them again and would recommend them. I will advise fellow 'listers' that they get an estimate up front, if only to save some stress.

The crew arrived when expected. They were polite and courteous and performed the work in a timely manner. The tile, grout and carpet look and smell great!

Their technicians are very cordial, kind, and neat. They do a good job and I will use them again.

The carpets had not been cleaned since before we moved into our home last June, and perhaps not too thoroughly at that time. There were water stains in the basement carpet, and the stairways and hall had taken a lot of abuse during the move as well as since that time. The two representatives arrived, did an excellent job of the work assigned and did it in a minimum amount of time.

Bock's Steam Star was able to remove all of the stain in the basement carpet. The Oriental rug was returned to us in considerably better condition, although all of the stains were not removed. All of the rugs throughout the house look show-room perfect! My wife and I were very pleased with Bock's performance. The following day, I shared with my colleagues about Bock s fabulous performance. I highly recommend them. My wife and I will definitely call them again whenever we have a carpet cleaning need.

I would absolutely recommend this company if you need your carpet cleaned. They were punctual and seemed to genuinely care that they did a good job. I had to reschedule several times and this was no problem. I have to say they definitely go above and beyond what is required of them, and we greatly appreciate it!

The workers called a half an hour before the appointment time saying they were on the way, and they arrived when promised. They were polite and friendly, and they performed the work professionally. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

I was able to bring the kitchen chairs to there office to clean. They cleaned the chairs very quickly and correct. It was a good experience also they were nice people to work with. There serve was lower then other service providers that I compared them with.

The company was very easy to deal with. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and the carpet came out great. There was no trace of any stain when they were finished. I would highly recommend them.

Spoke to very nice gentleman on the phone to make arrangements to clean furniture, they are in my area 1 day a week and they scheduled me for the following week. Explained there procedure and made an appt. They called the preceding day to reconfirm and then 1/2 hr prior to their arrival. They were very professional and gave me the total estimate prior to doing the work. They were very thorough and my furniture is very clean.

This group of professionals "wowed" me. I am extremely pleased with their work, their team, personal service and professional approach to customers. Without a doubt they are on my list of "call again".

I was getting ready to list my home for sale and debating whether or not I needed to replace the carpeting in the living and dining rooms. They receive the most traffic and were really dirty and stained. Some of the stains were still there after previous professional carpet cleaning. Brian Bock came out and gave a free estimate, explaining all of the options available. He was very thorough in his explanations. I then received a call to set up an appointment at my convenience. Two very pleasant, professional, uniformed gentlemen came to clean the carpet. They power vacuumed the whole area first, then pretreated the whole area. They cleaned the carpets moving all of the furniture. They took their time, didn't rush through the job at all. I was really amazed at the results. The carpet really looks almost brand new. Almost every stain was removed. I never expected it to come out as well as it did. Now I have no need to replace any of the carpeting.

Can't say enough good about the company. Came for estimate same day I called. Very thorough explanation about my options, methods, cost, time estimate. No pressure for things I didn't want. Called right after to schedule. Able to schedule in 2 days, were right on time, very professional and polite. Did a fantastic job, especially on area where my dog sleeps. Called the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I'll have them back for every carpet cleaning from now on and recommend to all. I heard of them from another customer, but was convinced when I checked them on Angie's List.

I believed this company would do a very professional job, and I would've been very happy with the outcome. They had several different levels of cleaning that I could select from for cleaning the pet stains. They did have a 3 room minimum so I could have added a room or my stairs, or else the prices they gave me for the 2 rooms would have been higher. I did go with another company I found on Angie's List because the cost was significantly less and the other company seemed confident about getting the stains out without the additional specialized cleaning option (and associated cost).

Brian came over to bid the job and was extremely professional. I was concerned from reading the reports that the cost would be out of my price range. I was definitely wrong about that, they can provide a variety of services to meet your budget. They did an incredible job, we had some old stains that other carpet cleaners had tried to get up and Bock's got rid of them completely. They vacuumed my carpets thoroughly and then cleaned them. They were very polite and my carpet has never looked better!

The process was excellent. I was able to quickly arrange an appointment for an estimate. During that appointment, Mr. Bock explained the cleaning process and my cleaning options in detail. He is very knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process and carpet manufacturers. The appointment for the cleaning was scheduled very soon after the estimate. The cleaning men were courteous, efficient and thorough. All appointments were kept on time. I am very pleased with the work and the quality of the cleaning. I will recommend this company to friends and family and certainly use them again.

After finding their company on Angie's List, I called them and set up an appointment to clean my living room, dining room and family room for the following week. They called a couple of times in the interim to remind me of the appointment. They showed up as scheduled and worked for most of the afternoon. All went professionally and they appraised me of what was being done at each step. Because I had pet urine stains, a very thorough explanation with an ultimate disclaimer of total success was offered. I understood the limitations a pet urine stain can cause and they proceeded. I was quite pleased with the work, as the carpet looked nice and many stains, dirt and otherwise were eliminated. When I mentioned the Angie's List coupon, they were quick to subtract that from the total. All in all, everything went well and I'll call them again.
