Bock's Steam Star

They cleaned it well but it took three days to dry the carpets out with fans. They were very nice and professional though.

Before cleaning, they did explain that it may not be possible to clean up the existing pet stains. They set reasonable expectations.

Fine, can't believe how the filthy carpet in 1 room came out so good.

The sectional was not cleaned to my satisfaction. They were very willing to come back again. 2nd trip they used a spray can on the arms and corners which still look dirty to me. There were streaks on the cushions so they used the steamer again and it was better. They did not pull the sectional apart and do the sides. They didn't do a thorough job, and for the price I was very disappointed .

I went very well. I will use them again.

The areas were cleaned quickly and efficiently and both gentlemen performed the job professionally.

Best experience EVER in KC. Able to clean a stain that 3 other carpet cleaners said "could not be cleaned". Professional and punctual - plus well priced. Do yourself a favor and hire Bock's.

They did a couple of wool rugs, 4 stairways, 1 hallway and two bedrooms. Furniture was moved as needed and then they sealed carpets afterwards. They were very knowledgeable, hardworking and basically did a great job. Carpets look great. This was third time we have used them and will call again if needed.

My carpets were way past needing cleaning, so I have them deep cleaned. The crew was so happy with the results, they showed me the difference half way through the cleaning. They take pride in their work and they do it very well!

We have used Bock's multiple times. They are not the cheapest but do a great job. Their equipment seems superior with less water left in carpets.

We were recommended Bock's from a cleaning service we used. They were able to come out quickly and cleaned all carpets as requested - they looked a lot better than they did. However, there was still a dark brown color at the edges of the carpets. I thought this was a stain but it was dirt that was easily removed with carpet cleaner. Unfortunately I didn't realize it wasn't a stain until 4 weeks later. I called and spoke with Bock's and they said that it costs extra and requires a special tool to clean the edges of a carpet. I am a little irritated that I paid so much and didn't get the whole carpet cleaned. They did admit that the service provider should have told me about that during the service, and I wish he would have. Frustrated that I only have a partially cleaned carpet, but the carpet they did clean was much better than it was.

The work was done promptly, and I have no reason to question the quality of the work. I also thought that the price was quite reasonable.

They have destroyed 10 feet of my mdf baseboards. I have used them before with no issues Have sent a picture of the damage to them and haven't heard back from them.

Bock's Steam Star did a pretty good job. It's been a while since I've used them. Yeah, I don't live near too close to Overland Park these days so I haven't used them lately. They were fine. I would probably not consider using Bock's Steam Star again in the future 'cause I'm pretty far from them so, I don't know. It depends on whether or not they have a travel fee 'cause I haven't used them in a long time.
