Bock's Steam Star

They talked to me about what they were going to do before they did it. They also asked permission first. They let me choose what I wanted them to do and then followed through with what I chose. They didn't cause any damage either. They put my furniture on plastic or styrofoam depending on the type of furniture. They went over and above too! I had an extra piece of carpet by the front door and they took it outside and cleaned it, even though it wasn't in the original estimate and even though they had already put away their equipment. And they didn't charge me for it!

It was a good price. They are always very prompt and I've used them several times now. They never complain and they always guarantee their work. Sometimes the stain will reappear if it's a particular kind of stain, I called them and told them about it and they came out and did it free of charge. I have high efficiency furnace and they do tend to kick out a little bit of color that tends to get around the vents. They came and cleaned it all. It was hard work, it took a long time and they did it for no charge. I found them on Angie's List and they were the first one. I called them and they were great. They are the only people I use now.

They were very good. It was pretty fast and they were nice. It went very well.

The guys were great, very informative and worked extremely hard to clean a carpet that was very dirty. We just purchased the home and thought we needed to replace the carpet but with all of the expenses of new ownership we looked to Angie's list to buy some time before replacement. Well, the carpet looks great,thanks to Bock's, we plan to use them in the future.

They actually were late but they were kind enough to call. A meeting had gone late, so they got a late start out of the home office but they called us and told us right away so that we knew. The gentlemen here were great!

Repairs were made in two areas, which was acceptable. Received a thorough estimate, was advised of expectations on removing stains, the work was done efficiently and will have them do cleaning in the future.

They came out and gave us an estimate. All involved were very professional and polite. Day of service they were punctual and only took 2 hours to complete. Would definitely use them and refer them to others.

They were phenomenal! This carpet was eleven years old! I bought the home from an elderly couple and it this very high quality cream colored carpet. I have two children so there were some stains that I wasn't sure would come out. Bock's came out and they were so incredibly professional. They came with shoe covers on and even asked me if I wanted them to take their shoes off. They first vaccuumed the carpet and then steam cleaned it. They told me to wait 24 hours before I walked on the carpet. That carpet looked brand new!!!! I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with the service and quality of Bock's Steam Stars! They really are all-stars! I was very impressed!

Thank you for getting us in on a two day notice with family coming into town. They did an A+ job on all the areas. And I will use them every year from now on!!!

He did a good job and I would definitely use him again. I spent between $189 and $200 on his services. The carpets were clean and they also smelt clean. There were some really tough spots that he worked on. He was punctual and he called me back right away. He definitely deserves the top most rating.

They were much better than anyone I'd had ever had. They gave me a product to use for pet stains, but when I wanted to get more they wanted me to drive an hour to get one. They didn't want to mail it, but finally did and and charged over $17 to send it. The follow up on the cleaning supplies is difficult.

No problems, done perfectly, dried very rapidly. Assessed two thresholds that were not padded correctly when carpet was laid and this will be addressed when remaining rooms are done. Streaching these carpets/rooms was a very difficult job due to the crappy job of instillation and called upon their years of experience to get it done correctly the first time. There was no substitute for experience and skills! The personnel who came out and gained access to my home were just the type you would invite back as friends!

The owner, Brian, came to the house, looked at our floors, and gave us a quote in advance of the work being performed. We were able to schedule the cleaning approximately one week after receiving the quote, which was more than acceptable. Never again will I try to scrub tile grout on my hands and knees. Bock's power wash cleaning system with vacuum recovery does a great job, quickly and easily. The two young men who did the work were friendly and professional. We were given a four-hour window for arrival, between noon and 4 P.M. We received two phone calls advising us of the status of their arrival, and they arrived within the time frame given. Not only did having our floors professionally cleaned save us time and energy, but we know our environment is now cleaner and healthier. And we love the way the floors look --- nearly new. We hadn't realized how dirty the grout was until we saw the difference after they were cleaned. We had used Bock's before for carpet cleaning. We recommend their services and will use them again.

They completed the work in 4 hours as planned. The carpets look new.

Did an initial consult/walk-though of all rooms to be cleaned and made recommendations. On appointment day, two youngemployees showed up on time. The were both very professional and couteous. They did a great job cleaning, moving furniture where necessary and putting protective cushions between furnitur and carpet to avoid discoloration from furitur paint/stain. We were very satisfied with their service and would certainly seek their services again and recommend them to friends/family.

I hired Bocks Steam Star to clean my carpets and furniture. They were really good and did very nice work. I would use them again in the future. Great job and very happy with the end result.

Overall, I was very happy with the cleaning of the oriental rugs.

Bock's Steam Star works fast and hey have quality . They are responsive, punctual and professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.

. I used them just before Christmas. The cost was 200$. They did a good job, looks clean, I had some pet stain issues that they weren’t able to address that I didn’t expect them to do it because they were kind of old. Otherwise they did a good job.

They were easy to work with.

They were great! We had a short notice move, and they were able to come out when we needed them to. They did everything we needed them to do. In fact, I just had them clean another rug, since they gave us a coupon on our first visit.

These guys were great. My house opened up earlier than expected, so I called them 2 days before I needed the service and they were able to fit me in. The technicians were professional and expeditious. I will use them again

The Bock's team showed up on time and were very polite and provided an estimate for cleaning my rugs at my residence. They were informative about what I should expect from the rug cleaning based on the rug material and what they can do at my home vs. at their shop. Overall I am happy with the results; I do think it was a bit pricey for the quick (20-30 min.) job that was done. I would use them again.

We are very happy with the results and the process. They were able to remove all the stains from the rugs and the upholstery. One of the rugs, which is rayon, had wear which could not be removed. Phil did a very good job of explaining what wear is, why it can't be removed, etc. I would guess there are not many light beige rayon rugs out there, so most of you will not have to deal with that issue. Beyond that, everything looks brand new. All the stains are gone, the rugs smell and look great. The Bock"s steam star team are very professional. They will tell you what they can over the phone. That includes how they estimate prices, do the work, and they will tell you if there is something they can't clean before they clean it. The staff is very professional, I felt comfortable having them in my home. In the case of natural wool area rugs, they take them back to their place to clean them due to the type of cleaning agents needed. They moved furniture when taking and returning the rugs and always put it back where it belonged. The rugs were gone for a week, which was what they said it would be. They were there that long partly because Phil is picky about the quality of their work and cleaned the rayon rug more than one time. We will use them again.

From the first phone call to the company to the completion of the project, they worked non stop, were extremely clean and tidy, very professional, and very successful in improving the rugs.
