They ended up charging me $350 more than the initial price to get them to do what they were supposed to do. They did not do a good job and didn't remove the stains. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They did a very bad job. You couldn't even tell the carpet had been touched. They were punctual though.

Scheduling was easy, the owner came and gave bid. Then the crew came on time, no issues, and carpet looks good.

Bock's stretched our carpets and then steam cleaned our carpets. They showed up to give us an estimate, were easy to work with scheduling, their technicians were on time, polite, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend to others.

It went very well. They were on time, worked efficiently and completed the job in a little over an hour. The carpets were very dirty and stained and I did not expect them to clean up as well as they did. The technician was very personable, professional and answered all my questions. I was very pleased as I was having The carpets cleaned for my father who was in the hospital. Now he can come home to a clean and fresh house.

They were prompt, professional, courteous and personable. They assessed the pet stains and outlined reasonable expectations but did not take a 'well they're too old to do anything about' attitude. To the contrary, they seemed to see it as a challenge/opportunity, and committed to doing everything they could to get them out or at least to some degree of improvement. They were great overall and I would definitely hire them again.

They were great!! Alex and Nick were polite, professional and just nice guys. This furniture is light in color and had been through many, many years of wear from a growing family with two boys and many boys on it through the years. I was amazed and wowed by how great it cleaned up. Alex and Nick laid mats all around under the furniture and were respectful of our carpet. We have a very old chair that I asked Alex about possibility of cleaning. This is a dark red chair. Alex looked the fabric over well and was concerned with this old of fabric and the color bleed. He did not try to pressure me in either way. It was entirely my decision. I chose not to clean that one piece. I cannot say enough good things about the great service received. Any upholstery or carpet cleaning I need in the future, I will definitely call Bock's Steam Star.

Bock's did a terrific job of cleaning my carpet throughout my home in preparation for selling my home. They were very punctual and professional. They did not try to high pressure sell me extra services that some companies insist on doing. I'll use them again as needed.

Crew called ahead of time prior to arriving, showed up right on time and were very personable and professional in their work. Our office carpets have maybe been cleaned once or twice since 1983 and we were all amazed at how well they look now! They look brand new! Had all the fabric chairs cleaned as well and they all look great! Place looks and smells so much better now. Will always use Bock's service from now on!

Guys were on time and started right in to work. We discussed where to clean first, and pretty much followed that plan. The job took all day, but I wasn't surprised---there was a lot to do! If I had any questions, they answered them clearly and completely. We would use them again in a New York minute!!!!!!!!!

I called on Thursday, 10/17/13 and was surprised that they could schedule me for Saturday 10/19/13 on such short notice. The two technicians called me about twenty minutes before they arrived to tell me they were on their way. They were extremely professional and very courteous. They thoroughly vacumed the carpets before applying a very nice citrus scented cleaner. They then did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets. These carpets are old, but the cleaning really spruced them up. The dining room carpet had been damaged by a roof leak and also contained coffee stains. They informed me that they might not be able to completely remove the stain from the leak; however, the stain is now practically unnoticeable. The coffee stains were completely removed. I feel they did an excellent job and I will definitly hire them again for future cleaning.

They were on time. Moved major furniture to clean and did a excellent job. They put blocks under furnitue and it was dry by morning.

The prices are very reasonable and they have outstanding customer service. I really like working with the technicians, they’re responsive and professional. The work they did was totally complete and excellent. I like my relationship with them.

They came when I needed them to come and as soon as possible. They were able to come out within 48 hours of me calling. There were two technicians and did not take long to complete the job. The results are pretty good.

The people they hire are very responsible, neat and careful with my carpets. I have been using them for about 10 years now. Scheduling is very easy, they are accommodating to your schedule. I usually have them pick up my rugs and they return them in a timely fashion to my home.

They were a little more expensive than others I had seen on Angie's List. When they came out and explained the multiple step process, I was very impressed by their knowledge. They did a great amount of work to pre-treat the spots on the sofas that I did not think would come out. They followed up with an air freshener. The results are stunning and they are the nicest people to do business with. I intend to have them back out again.

The gentleman that have come out are pleasant and easy to talk to. They gave a free estimate before any work was performed. Everything was done very nicely and it did dry a bit faster than other times I’ve had my carpets cleaned. The results were excellent and their prices are reasonable. They called to follow up to make sure I was satisfied with their service.

Bock's had a plan to include cleaning both sides of soiled carpet, inspect and remove damaged pad and apply liquid barrier to the sub-floor. Install new pad where applicable and re-install carpet.

We have used Bock's in the past and highly recommend them. The company communicates very well with the client and keeps them informed of the time to expect the team of men who are coming out to clean. They follow up with a call to check on how the service was performed. This time we used them to clean our well-trafficked downstairs rec room carpet as well as all of our stairs. Our master bedroom was included too since we have animals who spend a good deal of time in that room. A team of two young men (Alex and Tim[?]) came out and got to work immediately after assessing the work we ordered and presenting us with an estimate. It took them only 75 minutes to complete the job. The men were very cautious of our furniture and were careful when moving in and out of our home with their equipment. Since Bock's also provides other cleaning services, we decided to have them clean our oriental rugs. When we get those back, we will submit another review. Bock's has what we want from a company: punctuality, professionalism, performing a service well and at a fair price. YES, we highly recommend them and will be using them again.

They were good. I would recommend them to others. They were very professional and courteous. I really like them, and will use them again in the future. Their prices were very reasonable.

The cleaning was very good, the patching was ok and the stretching was ok as well. There is still a lump in the carpet that they couldn't get rid of unfortunately when stretching the carpet. I had 6 different companies look at the work and several of them wouldn't do the work. The patch work that they had to do doesn't match up entirely in the two areas. I wanted them to use carpet that had already been worn down so it matched up, but they didn't. They used the piece of carpet that I wanted used, but they didn't use the actual worn area of the piece. The carpet cleaning was done very professionally though. I would use them again in the future, depending on what I needed done.
