They seemed to do a good job. They started raising their prices; they doubled their price for the same service. I decided that I didn’t need the service anymore. Since that time I haven’t had a problem. Every time I would have them they said they were raising the price but that they would do more; I didn’t feel like they really did. I don’t have anything to compare prices to but I would give them a C for price. The responsiveness was an A until I complained about the price. They basically just said “That’s the way it is.” Before I used them again I would do some comparison shopping.

They do a good job. We do see stuff though, but we can call them and they come out and take care of it. The guys that come out are good.

.We have an annual contract and it is for a very large home. Now if we need them out anytime besides the maitenance its a bit more but its worth it.

I've never had a problem with them. We don't see them, they just come and do it. If we do have termites I guess we are covered by their guarantee. We started using them in 2001. They are always here on time.

I have been using them off and on for thirty five years. My overall experience has been good. The treatments work. Everyone I have dealt with is very courteous.

They are prompt and responsive. They seem to be doing a good job. I would use them again in the future.

They were great just as they always are.

I had them for a number of years but got a little expensive. Every time I called them with a specific insect, it seemed that they were never on the contract I originally signed. The monthly payments just got too expensive. They do a sentricon termite system that they do check 4 times a year that seemed to work.

I have a contract with them for quarterly service. Their service is due this month and so, I am about to call them to come out for the quarterly service. They are very responsive to me and my questions. They also take care of my termites and they were very responsive when I had a question on that. They got somebody out here on the next day. They went over the problems that they were having in accessing everything and so, I knew as to what I needed to take care of and it was poison ivy. Their people came out here dressed to be even close to it so that he could show it to me and point out as to where it was. They took care of checking the units that were close to the poison ivy which the other technician had not done because he was very sensitive to poison ivy. They are great.

Tony calls us the morning before he is scheduled to arrive and lets us know whether it is an inside/outside treatment call or just an outside treatment call. He always asks if we have any pests. As long as Tony has been our Augustine exterminator, our dog and 2 cats have not had fleas and we have not had any long term problems with mice, ants, spiders, roly poly's or any other pests. He arrives close to the time he advises us and is professional and trustworthy. We look forward to seeing him and visiting with him as well.

Called for an inspection after seeing a suspicious bug in our home. Had a very thorough inspection three days later that alleviated all our worries.

I have them under contract and they come out 4 times a year and do various things inside and out. If I have any complaints in between their visits, I can call them and they come out and take care of them at no additional charge. I rarely have an occasion to call them back and I rarely see a big.

They are fine. They are professional. I didn’t like their price. I would use them in the future.

Very friendly, knowledgable technician. I appreciated the fact that, when he found honey bees in our tree, he recommended we find a bee keeper to transfer the hive rather than spray them to kill them.

They were very helpful when they came here. They in fact told me that I didn't need the service that I thought I needed so they were honest and helpful. I haven't noticed any pest so I assume that they are accomplishing their job. Their price is about average and I think their quality is above average. They are very responsive, came when they said they would and are very professional. I have had a very good experience with them.

It was expensive. We have had a lot done on our house. We couldn't put in the traditional kind of termite control because we had mudjacking done. We went with the sentricon because that was also more environmentally compatible. I don't know what company puts it out, but a lot of pest control companies use that. It's been a long time and they come out every year. I pay a yearly fee and they come out several times a year to check the little stations to see for activity. It's an ongoing process. Initially when they did it, it was a lot of money and now it is $300 a year maintenance fee. Most people don't go that route, but it worked best for us. They are good and I usually have the same technician come out. He is very nice and accommodates my dog. They are located in Johnson County in Kansas. It's probably a big company because they advertise on TV. I just think the sentricon system is a little pricey and the yearly maintenance is pricey as well. I think the overall pricing is a bit high, but it is comparable to what was quoted by several people even before we used Augustine Exterminators. I have always been pleased with their service and their responsiveness.

We have been with them eight or nine years. Overall experience has been so good so far. We don’t have termites now. They do a lot of research on these issues. They explain what they are going to do and how they are going to do. They are courteous and friendly. They came out and do their monthly inspections. I have got no complaints. Their price is reasonable.

The people who work for Augustine are very knowledgeable. They are very responsive and thorough. They have really reasonable prices for the services they provide. They provide really good customer service.

They showed up in a timely manner and were very professional. They were very straight forward about the cost. I was very pleased with them and will definitely use them in the future. We had no problems with carpenter bees afterwards.

I hired them before I became an Angie's list member. I had discovered termite infestation on a holiday and called them the next day. They came out w/in a few days. Because of the extent of the problem, they re-arranged their schedule and fit me in on the same day for treatment. They were/are professional, informative, polite, answered all my questions, and worked around my schedule. A few days later I found termites in my living room (didn't notice them before). They came right out and added 2 more traps at no extra cost. I have now had the system for over a year and it is working well. I researched the price on line and called other companies. Their price was a good price for all they had to do. I had a serious infestation and it required approx 13-15 traps inside the house. I would highly recommend using this company.

He charged me $91.40 every two weeks and didn't take care of my problem. I don't think they are a very professional company. He did put some bait out but it didn't seem to work at all.

I have a contract with them and they come every so often throughout the year.

It gives us peace of mind to have this monitoring system in place and to know that our most sizable investment, our home, is protected.

I have been a customer of Augustine's for 3 years. I had to do some traveling for work & asked if this would be a problem the last time they came. I was told no. It has been 5 months since my last appointment, so I called to schedule my next & they proceeded to tell me they had dropped my contract because it had been more than 3 months. I told them that no one had contacted me & there was nothing in my contract to alert me to this, & they said that they could re-new it for a charge of $150. I told them that they would lose my business & the man I was speaking to said "That's fine" & hung up.

I DISCONTINUED MY SERVICE WITH THEM WHEN I MOVED BECAUSE THEIR TECHNICIANS WERE VERY SLOPPY. THEY WERE VERY MESSY IN APPLICATION OF CHEMICALS. THEIR DUCT CLEANING TECH DID NOT RETURN ALL REGISTERS/SCREWS BACK IN PLACE AND EVEN KNOCKED A RETURN DOWN IN OUR BASEMENT. IT'S AN OLD HOUSE, BUT I THOUGHT THAT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SOMEWHAT CARELESS.
