Greg is always a pleasure to see. He is always cheerful and polite. Takes time to talk with us a bit, always asks if we are having any problems with insects, and he obviously does a good job as we rarely see any bugs. I have used Augustine Exterminators for 41 years and have never had a bad experience with them or the products they use. I would not use anyone else. They have seen us thru boxelder bug infestation; thru a termite issue at a previous house, as well as any other insect that dared to show it's presence.

The same technician comes for every quarterly treatment and he's already aware of the issues in our house. Three years ago, we had a contract with Augustine for ongoing termite monitoring when painters found a live colony in an interior wall. They stopped for lunch, Augustine rushed over to treat the wall, and it was ready to go by the time the painters came back. Augustine earned our loyalty that day!

I scheduled a termite inspection for my home and my daughter's home. I was advised that the inspector would call the morning of to give an estimated time of arrival. After waiting all morning for that phone call, I called the office to verify my appointment and was given the cell number of the scheduled inspector. I left a message and later he returned my call only to inform me he did NOT have me on his schedule. I will refer my business to a more reliable company....

Excellent they were on time, professional and thorough. We agreed to a quarterly treatment through them to ensure we remain pest free.

After paying for a window to be ordered, we did not hear from the company for about a month (they said it would take about two weeks to come in). When we called them, they seemed unaware of the job. It seems the worker who did the measuring and ordering had left the company. They finally delivered the window, and they appear to have hired a subcontractor to install it. The installation was not done properly. They left rotten siding around the window, and we had to call to have them come back to correct it. The second attempt was sufficient but sloppy. There were spots missing caulk and paint, but by that point we didn't want to deal with them anymore and took care of those touch ups ourselves. When I went to paint the areas I caulked, I found leaves in the paint can. After all that, they charged us the full amount for the job despite our request for a discount because of all the hassle. We would not use this company again.

We are happy with them. We have used them for as long as we have been here so 17 years. They leave a note that they have checked everything. It tells what they have found and if they any recommendations. Everything was fine. They are conscientious and prompt. They do a good job. We have a contract with them.

They came out to assess the situation at no cost. JW did a very thorough professional investigation, outside and in. I live in an a townhouse, JW even did an assessment at my neighbors since we share a common wall. Found no evidence of an animal. He explained what he was looking for to determine the presence of an animal as he did his diagnosis of the situation. I am a native Kansas Citian and have used Augustine in the past. They have a great 50-year reputation and JW confirmed the continuing quality of their service with this visit. I will definitely use them again., Next up...pest/spider control.

Everything went great. Very punctual and professional. We have used Augustine Services Inc for a couple of years. They were able to get rid of our mice problems right away and have not returned. A top notch organization. We recommend highly.

They called me up recently wanting to do a free inspection but I have not noticed any more trouble. I had a 5 year thing because of termites. If there is nothing there, there is nothing there but if there is something they will want to charge again. They may come back out in a few weeks to do the free inspection. I did not price compare.

The Augustine professional, Brandon, sprayed around the outside perimeter of the home for the prevention of any insects getting into the home. He always does a thorough job, getting behind bushes or any other obstacles. We have used Augustine for approximately a year, starting with a horrible asian beetle infestation last October. Augustine was able to get rid of these pests and provided us with valuable information on how to keep them away in the future. So far, no beetles have shown up this year. I would recumbent this company to others. They are very professional, polite and answer any questions.

They always call ahead of time and set up an appointment. The day of the appointment they call to tell me they are on the way. They come to the door to make sure I have my dogs inside the house so they can come into the yard. They are very professional about the way they check the stations and how they conduct themselves. If I am at work, they come in and check the stations and make sure they close the gates so when I return and let my dogs out they do not go out of the yard. They always leave a sheet telling me what they did and if they needed to treat any of the stations. I moved here in 2001 and have had them since then. I am very pleased with their work. It is a company that I trust.

The service call went well. they are always on time and courteous. I am happy because there are no bugs in my house. If I do have an isolated problem, they come right away and take care of it.

Very impressed with the services provided, questions asked even before i engaged Augustine's services that weren't asked when I had tried to engage services of another company (questions asked about pregnant women, allergies, etc.). The technician who provide services were very personable, professional and did not try to sell me services,although he did inform me of a quarterly service. I realize he was "selling' but it was not pushy at all. I decided to opt in for a bi-yearly service to keep my spider issue under control, knowing that I could cancel at anytime. Years ago I had called Augustine when I had seen /killed a few mice. The technician who visited was so honest, asking me questions, and determining that I had the problem under control as I had not seen evidence of mice in weeks, telling me he believed that their services were NOT needed. This honesty will keep me coming back to Augustine.

Everything about my experience with Augustine has been the definition of professional and courteous. The representative always calls to confirm before coming over and the billing process is seamless. I have also had to call them on occasion between services and they make it a priority to come over as quickly as possible and at no charge. I have noticed a significant reduction in the amount of spiders and other pests since we have started using Augustine. They are pricier than our previous exterminator but I believe I am getting a much better service.
