I have been using Augustine for a couple years and have been very happy with their service. They are always on time and polite when servicing our home. We have not had any issues with their pest service.

They have done our pest control for years. Good service.

Services delivered promptly as agreed.

Their folks are friendly, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. We've used them for more than 10 years.

This was their second visit. We've used them for about 3 months. They were wonderful. I've used them in the past so I decided to stick with them.

I hired Augustine to paint my front door. I was very pleased with the process and results. Stewart was very professional, polite and accommodating. My work schedule is very challenging. I appreciate that Stewart came out on a Saturday morning to complete my project. I will definitely consider using Augustine again when I have another painting project.

I called and spoke with Sandy in reception who was very kind and understand. She told me she would get me in as soon as possible and would make sure that the service man could do an inspection and service the same day. I received a call from the service man Jared to confirm our appointment he wanted to let me know they would only be doing an inspection I tried to tell him how I had been told they would do both. before I could he interrupted me making all kinds of excuses about the amount of time I would have to be gone and I would have to move stuff YADA YADA. He told me he was going to call and see if someone can do it.. I called the office to verify what he had told me and somehow he ended up on the phone and he yelled " umm ya I'm the guy you just spoke to who said I was going to take care of it...." I in return told them I will be taking my business else where! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

We pay four times a year and it's like right at $76 taxes and everything. When they first put the bait stations in, I started seeing flying insects couple of time in the house. When we called, they came out immediately and got them under control and we haven't had any issues since then at all.

We had them come out to house because we had termite issues. They offered a couple of solutions. We choice the most expensive one because we thought it was a more permanent solution. They did a great job and answered all of our questions.

They inspected the house to make sure that they weren't in the house, they were around the outside and I had a tree that had lots of carpenter ants in and it had eaten up big holes in the limbs. And I thought they were coming from there and he found them out in the front yard and he sprayed everything he could think of and I haven't had a sign of a carpenter ant since. I'm 84 and they treated me with respect and did everything they could to make me assured that I was taken care of and I appreciated the way they took care of me.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the gentlemen who came to inspect my house. He arrived on time, and determined that their services were not needed. He surmised that it was highly likely because I hadn't seen any mice in almost a week, that I had , on my own, been successful in exterminating and taking measures to take care of mice I had seen (using traps, bait/killler, looking for areas of entry). He could have easily sold me on some aggressive measures, but he didn't. He did not charge a thing, and did not seem to be put off at all that the visit to my house was for naught. Because ,almost 20 years ago, I had used this company for some repairs on my home, I asked about this. I had forgotten all about it. I was told they do various repairs and next time I need a variety of home repair services I'll definitely contact them for a bid. Again, very impressed --- obvious integrity!

Excellent service; very professional in demeanor. The year before the service was also used for initiating control of carpenter ants in a bedroom with excellent results.

It went well. The person assigned to do the work was prompt and knowledgeable and efficient at his job.

They do a great job. The staff is good. The cost varies because of the sq. footage but on average about $80 to $100 every time they come out. We will start using them if we want to put things out for bid or just looking to change in companies for some of our business needs.

They were extremely rude and wouldn't’t comply to what we asked them to do. I am allergic to some of the chemicals and asked that they use odorless products. They ended up spraying strong chemicals anyway that had a strong smell which forced me to leave the home for a week. They even refused to wear protective covers for their shoes and tracked in dirt. By the ended of the process they had resorted to name calling as well.

I have been very satisfied with Augustine over the several years that I have been using its services. The technicians are are friendly, and they are always quick to respond to any issues I might have.

Augustine Exterminators are pretty good. They are a little pricey. Overall I like them. I will use them again in the future.

He treated me very well. He took extra steps to look for problem areas. He did not take advantage of me or over charge me. He will come back out Friday to do an extra treatment. He was honest and told me not waste my money if I don't have to.

Our experience with Agustine Exterminators has been very good, and we've been very pleased. We don't seem to have any pest problem and if we do have something show up, they send somebody right out to take care of it. We always have the same individual that comes to our house all the time. He's courteous, easy to work with, and he seems professional with what he's doing.

They were great to work with. I like the way they use their treatment and the customer service representaitve Mary was very informatative and helpful. The services was well worth it. I wasn't looking for something inexpensive. The quality concerned me more.

They were good. I used them for more than 5 years. It was a yearly contract. Tony was the technician and he was fabulous. I always requested him. The pricing seemed fine.

Their services are very good. I have no problems whatsoever. They always let me know ahead when they are coming. Everything’s been fine. I spend a little over a $100 quarterly for their services. I think their price is average. I will continue to use them in the future.

The exterminators are quite friendly and show up on time. They provide a flexible billing option.

They are real good. The guy that they send out to take care does a real good job. I would recommend them.

I like them and would recommend them. What they are doing seems to work. Their price is reasonable.
