The only issue was getting the part in...it took a while. Other than that, they came when they said they would, John was very nice and he got the job done asap!! Definitely would recommend them.

They were wonderful. The sales man does not work on commission so there was no pressure. We met with him and he showed us the windows. The windows arrived within the estimated time frame. The office staff confirmed with me over the phone when the order was done. During the instillation they were professional and nice. They took care of it and cleaned up the mess.

After an initial problem in getting the bid we were contacted by the owner and someone came out right away to assess the wood damage and give us a bid. The bid price was very, very good and reflected their willingness to correct the bidding mistake. The work was done within a few weeks and is well done, professional and beyond what we expected. The owner followed up with a phone call to be certain that we were satisfied. In this day of businesses not caring about customer service it was refreshing to find that All Weather Windows Doors & Siding cared about serving us to the best of their ability. As we have been doing some home remodeling we have had several companies that have "blown us off" and not followed up with quotes and work. Subsequently, I have given less than sterling reviews to those companies. All Weather Windows Doors and Siding in the ONLY company that cared enough to contact us to find out where they had erred. For this reason and the beautiful work that they did on my home I highly recommend this company.

We knew nothing about entry doors when we entered All-Weather Windows, Doors & Siding last year. We met with Kevin and we could not have done this project without him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of doors and decorative glass available and gave us the information we needed to pick the right door for us. We wavered back and forth on door style, decorative glass design, and door finish but Kevin never lost patience with us through the many changes and requests for pricing. Scott came out and measured everything and thoroughly discussed the installation process with us. Rick and Dave did the installation of the entry door and the storm door and everything fit and looked perfect. Everyone we worked with there was extremely professional and knowledgeable and we could not have been happier with the service or the end product. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Installation was prompt and professional, and clean up was good afterward as well. Cade, the salesman, was professional and effective as well.

Our front door was outdated and more importantly energy inefficient. We shopped the big box stores and were okay with the lower prices, but nervous about quality of installation. After visiting All Weather Doors and Windows, we were convinced that that with their experienced installer, we were pretty much guaranteed a quality installation. With a dream date of installation completion (we had a graduation party date), Doug assured us he would try to get the door installed in time for the event. We were cutting it very close. The door was installed one day before the party. Installation went off without one problem. Quality, professionalism and final product were outstanding. I love our beautiful new door. I will go back to this company in the future to update our windows.

'Kevin" called me as requested. Indicated he would be at the storefront until 3. I went there fully prepared to select doors and make an appointment for measuring and/or installation. He was busy but apparently had "dibs" on me as he took over from the salesman who was showing me doors. He proceeded to regale me about the high quality of the doors, brag about the $14K "door system" in the front. I had come prepared with pictures of the doors I wanted replaced. I have a lovely Old Leawood ranch that needs two entry doors and two storm doors replaced. I showed him the pictures and fully expected him to start suggesting doors that could work and fully expected him to start getting my information. I wasn't "just looking", I was ready to roll. It's just a door. He just kept on with his pitch. He never wrote down a single thing or suggested a single door. At one point he made the comment "Storm doors start at $50 and end at $1,500.00." Well my house is certainly not the Taj Majal, and I am talking rear entry doors, not the front, so I certainly was not looking for a $1,500.00 storm door, I live in a safe neighborhood so I didn't need a security door either. So I said, "Let's start at $200.00." He laughed and said they didn't have any $200.00 doors. Does he have any $300.00 doors? Or $400.00 doors? I mean, really. By this point, I was so exasperated with him, I said, "Look I just want to get this done, I don't have time for a long spiel." He should have said, "Let me get some information" or something to let me know he understood I was ready to make arrangements but he just stood there. So I left with no doors and a wasted hour. Not very impressed.

All phases of purchasing and installing a new front door were performed efficiently and professionally. Kevin handled the sale, we have an older home and have done a lot of work ourselves so when we told him that we occasionally we run into an unusual situation he had the foresight to ask Scott, their installation manager, to verify dimensions. The door was ordered with an adjustment in height avoiding a possible installation problem. Installation was handled by Rick and John, they were very efficient, neat and professional. Everything was protected from dust and debris and cleanup was excellent. We also got a followup visit from Kevin to make sure we were satisfied.

They were on time and the quality of work was excellent. Our windows are finally air tight and they no longer rattle. We're very happy customers.

We had to have several windows replaced so this company came out three different appointments at my convenience to have several replaced at a time. Doug was very professional explaining all costs and what to expect. When Shawn came out he explained any problems that came up while he was installing. Shawn explained what he did and how to operate the windows as well as the safety features. He left my home and outside in the same clean condition as it was before he started. The windows are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend this company for window replacement/upgrades.

This a very easy and smooth experience. They came over for a free consultation and to measure the entry and provide the cost for the new door. I was walked through the process and the work that had to be performed to install the door. Once I picked out the door I wanted, the measurements and options were input into a program to create the price. Given the approximate price of the door, the labor portion seemed a bit pricey, but I was happy with the level of service and smoothness of the process. I can imagine a cheaper option may have not brought the level of assurance All-Weather offered. The installed door looks great and took about four hours to complete.

All-weather had excellent selection of storm doors and helped me find a quality door that fit my specifications. Good installation job.

Installers came last Friday and installed five windows. Took several hours. Put on pieces that were stained, called me to look and walk through. TOTALLY WRONG STAIN!!!!! I was upset and angry and they left for the holiday weekend. By the way, they do not fill in nail holes...that's the painter's job and you will need a painter. Today, 9-3-13 the man in charge of installations came back with a sample of stained wood. Still too light. He THEN told me that they put a coat of something on the wood prior to staining. Then told me that SherwinWilliams makes a product called "Overland Park Golden Oak"!!! WHY WAS IT NOT USED? I live in Overland Park and told then from the beginning that my house was done in Miniwax Golden Oak. So tomorrow they are bringing another sample! I still don't have new windows. I do not believe anything this company tells me.

Overall we were quite satisfied. Windows were high quality and the installation was pretty professional. The service lead there is fantastic to work with.

I found this company on Angie's List and contacted them through their business website to set up an appointment. They cancelled the first appointment due to an emergency and we rescheduled. I had to cancel the second appointment due to an emergency, but when I arrived home I noticed that they must have showed up anyway because their card was in my door. At this point I had still not heard back from them in regards to rescheduling. I immediately called them back to find out why they still came and if they would please call me back to reschedule . I did not hear back from them for over two weeks so I finally sent them a message through Angie's List to see if they would respond to that. Nothing. I would have loved to leave you a review regarding services provided, but I do believe that your ability to set up an appointment and contact a company is almost as equally important.

This is the third time we have gone to this provider for replacement windows and installation. They carry great quality windows from Anderson. They aren't the cheapest, but they can be counted on. In three different groups we have replaced all the cheap contractor grade windows in our house. They were fair on price and did what they committed to on quality and workmanship. From the sale by Brett to the measure and order by Scott, that part of the order went fine. My real appreciation was of the installation crew of Shawn and Shane. They are installation pro's who only want to do the job right. Real craftsman.

They are reasonable. They carry top line stuff and they are expensive, but not outrageous; we will stick to them if we have anything else done. They are very courteous, very professional, very thorough and very knowledgeable. The guy that did the bid and the person at the showroom were very knowledgeable and weren’t up selling anything like some places do. They got an idea of what we wanted and tailored to our needs. The guys that did the work were real nice guys.

This is an honest company with good salesmen and installers. Several years ago we were happy with this company when they installed our basement door, so we called Will, one of their salesmen, to come to our home and measure a leaking window and sell us a new one. After he inspected the window , he advised that the window was fine, but he thought there may be a problem with our stucco. He could have easily sold us a new window. Instead he called and old client with a similar problem to see who they used to fix their stucco. He then called us back with the name of the other company. They did a great job and we did not need to buy a window after all. We just purchased a new front door and side windows which they installed last month. Great job as always.

The salesman came to our house on August 13 and we placed our order at that time. We already knew that our double entry doors were a non-standard size and that our choices for replacement doors were extremely limited. We also requested a three-point locking system that is not frequently ordered. We were told we could expect delivery in four to six weeks. Ten days after placing our order, we were informed that the door model we had ordered was not available. It was not a big problem to switch to the only other style that would work for us, but it indicated that the doors had not been ordered from the distributor very promptly. There was a further delay, supposedly because the locking hardware was not available. Installation was eventually scheduled for Oct. 8, a Monday. The Friday before, we were told that the doors had not even been received, much less painted. The doors were eventually installed on Oct. 30, eleven weeks after they were first ordered. It turned out that the major reason for the delay was that the distributor ruined the first set of doors during the locking system installation and the doors had to be re-ordered. The installer arrived on time and did a good job of installing the doors. The doors and hardware look very good and operate nicely. We are very pleased with the final results, but the process of getting there was frustrating. The dealer did not communicate well with the distributor or with us.

They did a great job. They were contentious of my home and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

I was disappointed that they were not upfront about the alarm system. They knew we had an alarm system and they could have recommended that we call the alarm system when we have the windows installed. The alarm technicians could have worked with them, but instead they covered all of sensors to the alarms and so we then had to get a totally new alarm system which cost us about $600. I wrote them a letter about the alarm system and they have never responded. It took them a while to get here to get the windows in. I would not use them in the future.
