All-Weather Window Doors & Siding

Everything went very well and I am very happy with the look of the stone exterior! Kevin, the project consultant took the time to go over everything with us and provide samples to help us make our decision. Because of the coronavirus situation, materials took a longer than first quoted to come in and project was not started until a couple weeks later than was initially quoted. Again, though, extenuating circumstances. The crew were friendly and did a great job removing the old brick and putting up the stone exterior. Very pleased with the outcome! Have used them in the past for door installation and would definitely hire them again.

I hired All Weather to replace a window with a sliding glass door to get access to a new deck I was building from a bedroom. Installation was a pleasure to watch, done with precision and skill. I was in the midst of adding the deck to my. house when I realized that I need the siding replaced due to rot. I contacted All-Weather, got a quote quickly that included guttering added to the deal. The quote was quite competitive. Work started within 2 weeks and everything was complete within two weeks. Work site was kept clean. Great supervision from Doug and his team. James Hardie siding looks great on my house. Work was A-1. I would recommend them to anyone.

All contact with the company from the estimate to scheduling to the work was very timely and professional. The workers were very neat with the work and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend them for siding work.

Doesn't repair doors, wanted to replace instead

Follow up: The company did respond to my review on Angie's list and has subsequently paid the rebate as well as made the necessary repairs to the entry area. The company was very responsive with regard to getting getting business but not responsive at all to any inquiries or calls for follow up service. I was promised a rebate and a year later, still don't have it despite numerous calls to the salesman and to the owner. I recently called for follow up service for siding too tight against my entry door and haven't heard back.

This project went very smoothly and I am very happy with the finished project! Everyone that I dealt with was very polite, friendly and professional. They came out originally to see what the project was and what it would entail. One of the doors took a little extra knowledge as the door and door frame were not of a standard size, but it came out looking great! Another date was set for measurements to be taken and finally a date for the installation. They were always on time for each of these visits and called a day ahead just as a reminder, which I appreciated. They outlined everything they would be doing and all was done just as we had agreed. Would highly recommend.

What a weird and off-putting experience. I called All Weather specifically based on their great reviews on Angie's List and because their website mentions that they install both storm windows and high quality replacement windows. When I spoke to the person on the phone to schedule the appointment I was very clear that I was interested in evaluating BOTH replacing our existing storm windows and replacing all of the windows in our home (that has 32 old windows). I explained that, given the age and style of our home I was aware that the cost of replacing all of the windows was probably going to be excessive so I really wanted to understand the cost of both. He assured me that they could help with both options and scheduled an appointment for "Will" to look at our house, talk us through the options and give us estimates on both. An hour before the appointment Will called, and said "tell me about the project". I told him exactly the same thing and he proceeded to tell me that they don't sell/install storm window, they only repair them, that storm windows don't make sense from an energy efficiency standpoint (his exact words were "they really just protect your existing windows") and that nobody installs storm windows any more. At that point I told him that it probably didn't make sense for him to come out because we really wanted to look at both options and he agreed. Obviously somewhere along the lines our wires got crossed. All Weather's website definitely talks about storm windows and I was very clear up front that we wanted to evaluate both options but either that information never made it to Will or he didn't think the project was worth his time. I guess we'll keep looking.

It's been three weeks and still no estimate.

The installation went very well. Rich, the foreman was a master trim carpenter and window installer. The job took 50% longer than they planned. well worth the wait.

Had a great experience all around. Ordering process through the installation was smooth. The products are great quality. Called them again when we needed a new storm door.

The sales person who came to my home was great, and I really like the product I purchased (a new front door). It's really a clean contemporary look, and I get a lot of compliments on it. They did a good job with installation. There are some minor areas that I wish they had filled better, so I can't say the detailing is perfect. Also, a year later much of the paint around the door started chipping. I'm not going to bother to call them, because I had a very difficult time getting them back to do some repair work. My Homes Association paints the trim on my house every six years, and it's my turn to have it done. So I will have them do it instead.

It's pretty rare that I bother to write a review. I was just so pleased with the entire experience that I wanted to share. In the last few years I have made a number of improvements and performed a lot of maintenance on our home. I have worked with some good companies, but none wowed....I mean WOWed me like working with Doug and Jolene at All-Weather. Rick did a great job of installing, but I really enjoyed working with Doug in putting together the perfect door for our home. You can get an adequate product at any number of places. In this age of automatic checkout lanes, I really enjoyed the sincere human touch and genuine care that I received as a truly valued customer at All-Weather. Thank you to the entire staff for earning my business! I know we're supposed to give cost break-downs etc, but sometimes it comes down to service.

This installation and repair went very good, we have used All Weather in the past for a front door replacement and the quality of service is extremely good, they sell an excellent product line and employ knowledgeable and conscientious people Both the window and door installation crew and Derrick, the repair specialist, are very easy to work with. We would use the company again.

These guys are great, I couldn't give this company a high enough recommendation. They communicated well, were extremely tidy about clean up at the end of each work day and did a wonderful job with all the installation. A real investment in our home but if needed I would hire them again!

Very professional. Better than I could have expected

They came out and they did fine. They came out when they were supposed to. They gave me a quote when they were supposed to so they were fine. I'm considering it.

He were responsive and professional. He had to call a couple of times to reschedule, because of the weather, but that was fine. Was responsive about calling to tell me that because of the weather, he couldn?t come out. The day he did come out, he was here on time and did a good job. It was just him and he was just fine.

Excellent! Overall installation was well done. Interior moving of furniture and personal items was done with care. I was impressed with craftsmanship, professional manner, with installers clean, considerate, friendly and knowledgeable.

This company is not cheap, but they are very professional and install a top-quality product. I obtained several estimates, and this was the only company that explained the pros and cons of full-frame installation versus "pocket" installation. We were very pleased with the product and the professionalism of the installers. They have followed up with us since the installation to ensure that we are happy.

Everything went smoothly from the initial visit to the install itself. The only thing I have to ding them on is that the install was a little late, but the service manager explained that they had gotten so busy and just couldn't get around to it right away. Would use them again.

Tim was very helpful and answered all my questions. My project with them started with a leaking window which they tried to fix but were unable to within their normal service even after 2 visits only 1 of which they charged for. They suggested we try a different approach to the window which he have since done. As far as the work they did complete I would say all the work was done quickly and it looks great. They replaced 2 side lights in our front door and did other repairs to get some more life out of it as opposed to 'up-selling' us on a new door. Also they removed and replaced our garage door with a door rated for such uses. They even found a door that was pretty close to matching the others for us. Great company and will use them again for another set of doors I am sure.

I have used this company several times, and not on Angie's List. I have never had a problem and they have always been quite fair and appreciate their return customers.

Bottom line--very responsive and good to deal with, but too pricey for us.
