Description of Work: Our granddaughter had spilled some soap on our family room carpet. We had tried to clean it up but it just kept getting dirtier and dirtier. Chem Dry removed the stain and then cleaned our entire family room carpet. We were very pleased with their promptness and their professionalism.

+ -1 moreHave used Chem-Dry for several years, they have a habit of showing up earlier than scheduled which can be a bother - but never late, never cancel. Very professional, agreeable, trustworthy. I have even left the owner working when I had to leave the house. Local company I use has recently changed hands but original owner brought new one with him on previous service call so that I could meet him and he could see the layout and learn what I needed and expected.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in master bedroomsecond bedroom with vanity area, kitchen, hallway, steps, family room and second kitchen.

+ -1 moreIn my building I had an emergency fire sprinkler head go off and created a huge mess. I quickly called Kevin, and he had his guy there within 10 minutes! They went to work immediately and within a little over an hour had the standing water all up. They then went to work on cleaning the carpet and getting out the stains from the residue in the water. It dried overnight and today we can't tell there was ever a problem. I highly recommend them for quality service and dependability.
