They were very professional and did a very good job. We will definitely hire them again.

They use super chem stuff, not stem per-say, but bubbly water. They got out there the same day. We have used them in the past to, so we would use them again.

Michael did an great job, preparing the carpets, and cleaned each room with such care. He was accommodating and helped to ensure my floors were so cleaned. He spot cleaned and was very friendly.

Did an excellent job. No hidden costs. Will use again.

The technician was professional, courteous, and hardworking. The cleaning was fast but thorough.

My son's friend threw-up on our carpet (6 months new). I did the best I could with it until they were able to come out and take care of it.

Had a 3:30 appointment tech called at 5:15 and said he will be another hour before he could show up. I felt like I was dealing with the old phone company.

When the tech arrive my wife told him the areas to clean the tech should up with dirty shoes old equipment and a bad attitude. He said he was no moving anything because it was only him. My carpets are 1 year old I have little traffic I just wanted my carpet cleans because of my newborn. When I call to complain about the poor service and quality I talk to a guy name Gill he did not give he last name I explain that the service was terrible nothing like the ad he offer no solution at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.................................................................................

I ended up canceling the service because it was obvious that the tech did not want to clean my carpets and if I had him do it anyway I would not get a good job and it would be a waste of money. My carpets are Berber and in good condition, but when the tech came in he told me it would be a waste of time because the traffic area was worn. When I asked if clean them would not at least lighten the area he said no and it would be a waste of time. I concluded at this time if I had him provide the service anyway it would not be done properly. I was really upset as I had taken time off work to have this done. I would not waste my time even calling them if you really want your carpets cleaned.

It went well, they arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Carpets had not been professsionally cleaned in years, and they turned out great. Will use Chem-Dry again and would recommend their services to family and friends.

It went fine. I just thought the spots could have been cleaner. I used a Bissell later and removed the spots myself.

We were happy with the carpet cleaning. This is the first time we tried the Chem Dry. Carpets dried quickly. We had them clean a couch and ottoman. That was OK. I probably wont have furniture cleaned again, but would use the carpet service.

I was worried as the cold spell hit the day they were supposed to clean the carpet. I didn't want all the cold air coming in the door since they have to have the door open some for the hoses that connect to the truck. They have a cover for the door opening and it did keep most of the cold air out. Good job! Less expensive than I thought it would be.

They had a special deal going on and I used the same for carpet cleaning. They were very professional and they did a very good job. They did a very good job of the air ducts too. So overall I think it was a good experience.

They did an excellent job of cleaning. He removed a carpet stain that I could not remove myself.

We used a valpak coupon and scheduled service. We had more square footage than what the offer was for; they ended up adding in the square footage for less per square foot than the original deal. We scheduled service three separate times and they were extremely flexible in accommodating our need for service as soon as possible; however, we ended up canceling each time because of unexpected delays in closing on our new home purchase. They were professional and understanding. We finally had them out to shampoo the carpet in our new home utilizing their truck mounted option. The house was empty and had no carpet stains, so it was a pretty basic steam clean. The technician was prompt and professional. He did a fantastic job on the carpet. We would definitely use the company again. It was great doing business with them!

Very well. The carpet dried quickly in 2-3 hours as promised and there was absolutely no odor left with their system.

The operator did a very good job explaining how long it would take and what the cost would be before he started. He pointed out several stained areas and said he would work on those. I forgot to include the basement stairs in the original estimate but he did not have a problem with the additional job. He was about 1/2 hour late, but once he got started he worked quickly. The carpet dried quickly because of the Chem-Dry process and really brightened it all up. I was very happy with the results and would use them again.

The proces went went well. After a year, the stains did not return. I would have appreciated it if they would be a little more flexible with moving furniture. (Would not even more a chair) Another service had a helper to move items. (Other than very heavy furniture)

They did a good job and the quality of their work was good. They were not reasonable, but, I will use their services in future, because they did good work.

I had picked up their spot cleaning aerosol cans from another store. Apart from that, they had cleaned the carpets in my house for a number of years. I liked the way they cleaned the carpets. They used the dry carpet cleaning method. I didn’t have any problems with them. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too.

Interaction was good they were just very expensive for what they did.

I've used them twice. The price was very reasonable. They are great. The second guy was better than the first guy.
