Description of Work: On 3/4/13 at 10 AM I called Jeff to inquire about getting my carpets cleaned this week. I was directed to his voicemail and left a detailed message I didn't hear from him all day so I called again at 5 PM and left a reminder that I was still waiting for a call back to see if it was possible to get them done this week. It is now 3/5, 10AM and I still have not heard from him. Very dissappointed that there was no call back whatsoever. Lin

Description of Work: They were to clean and stretch carpet. There was only 2 bath areas we didn'twant cleaned but wanted all the other areas cleaned and stretch. He did do all the cleaning but did not stretch one area and said it would cost 125.00 more todo it. My understanding was it was all to be stretched except athe 2 areas indicated. Was nothappy with that.
