Voorhies Cleaning Systems

We originally scheduled for a week later, but I called Jeff and we rescheduled. He worked his schedule to get me scheduled. The work was done thoroughly and to our satisfaction.

Existing cleaner did not do a good job. So we used Voorhies to clean the house and they did a great job.

They accommodated everything I wanted. They returned my call quickly and squeezed me in. They did exactly what they said they would do and put everything back where it was supposed to be. They came and in 45 minutes it was done. They are an excellent choice and it is pleasant people. I would highly recommend them. He didn't try to sell me more; he didn't try to do anything else, which was wonderful. I would definitely use them again, I've added them to my personal list.

It took a few phone calls to schedule the actual service date and time but after that it went well. He arrived on time, worked diligently and finished in a timely manner. He was very friendly and did a great job.

I bought an Angie's list deal for $99 (3 room carpet cleaning.) We were selling the house and need the cleaning done. I scheduled the date/time. On the day he called me to see if he could come a little earlier and I agreed. He and his assistants did the work that I was very happy with. Jeff was very freindly and pleasant.

I needed them done before a party. He was able to fit me in and get them done for me. It was him and his son. They where professional and did a wonderful job! Very happy, carpets look great!

Voorhies scheduled our carpet cleaning quickly, and did an excellent job. Also did an additional task while there at no additional cost.

The carpet was really stained from our dog and they got all the stains out. They carpet looked really, really good. They were really fast and they didn’t try to add on extra stuff that cost more money. It was a father and son team. It was a pleasant experience. They said the carpet would take 6 hours to dry and that’s about what it took.

I was not home, but my mother was there and she said that Jeff came on time, very professional, cleaned 1 area rug and offered to clean another rug as part of the deal. So he cleaned 2 rugs. They look great!! My mother said that he was a very nice young man. I would hire him again in a minute!!!

Very easy to schedule, arrived promptly. He mentioned some concern about being able to move sofa bed to clean underneath, as sofa beds often have parts that hang closely to the floor, and could cause rust marks on damp carpeting. When pressed he did find a way to use double blocks to raise the couch. Everything else was fine with one exception. After he had left, I noticed that he had not moved an old Singer treadle sewing machine to clean the carpet where it sits. Had I known it was a problem, I could have moved it-it is on rollers. Not sure why he did not move it?

Wonderful service! Jeff took out stains that I figured I'd just have to live with. Quick, careful and dead on with the estimate. I couldn't be more pleased.

We needed to have our carpet cleaned because we were preparing to put our house on the market. We selected Vorhies because of their rating on Angie?s List, and we were not disappointed. They were responsive, courteous, and professional in every way, and they did a great job on our carpet. We give them our highest recommendation.

This man is amazing! We are getting ready to market our home and were told to replace worn back staircase carpeting. Jeff not only cleaned the stairs, but truly brought it back to life like brand new!! A very honest, responsible and punctual person. Hhe is intent on giving you total satisfaction. Not only will I share our experience with friends, but intend to tell our realtor to suggest Jeff as a first alternative before considering carpet replacement.

They were excellent. What I appreciate the most, they asked about parking ahead of time so I could reserve a spot for them. They removed a big stain and they were very efficient in their time use. It was a very reasonable price too.

Jeff called me back quickly and gave me an estimate over the phone. We scheduled the work for the next week. He arrived promptly and worked professionally along with his son . He explained everything before he went to work and even offered to leave the fan overnight so that the rugs would dry faster. (I declined) Even the stains that he advised me might not come out came out and the carpet looks great.

They were prompt, pleasant and did a good job.

It went very well. He started the job shortly after 9 a.m. and was finished by 10:30 a.m.

We have used this company before, last year. Jeff was very responsive . He takes much pride in his work. We again are very pleased with the result and with his reliability. Have recommended him to a next store neighbor for a large job they have.

I honestly thought my carpet was too far gone and was grudgingly planning to replace it. I had family coming to stay and needed to make a decision fast. A friend told me Jeff could save it so I took a chance and gave him a call. I was sure glad I did! He made it look almost new and saved me a bunch of money.

He was able to remove stains and spots that no other carpet cleaner has been able to remove. He works extremely hard and his prices are very reasonable. He was on time and confirmed that he was coming beforehand. He is a great value and I would highly recommend him to others.

We've lived at this house for 3 years and never cleaned the carpets and we're pretty sure the people before us hadn't ever done it either. We have 2 dogs who come in from outside through our kitchen into the dining room so the carpet there was a mess. After the cleaning, it looks GREAT! And before Jeff left he pointed out the spots he had to hit "extra hard" and said if they didn't dry well to give him a call. We had one small area around our front door that still had some stains and Jeff came back and cleaned it again at no charge. He was very polite, very fast and even came back quickly the 2nd time even though he wasn't getting paid. We have a new baby so I plan to get the carpets cleaned more often as he starts crawling/walking and I will definitely use Voorhies again. I'll be sure to call Jeff when we're ready to clean the carpets in our rental house too!
