Jeff was not only professional, pleasant and a very hard worker, he was also very accommodating. When we had to change our appointment at the last minute, Jeff was very understanding and made every effort to reschedule at a time that worked for us. We will definitely call Voorhies Cleaning in the future.

Jeff came to the house. I showed him the carpets to be cleaned. He explained the products and materials he would used and clearly answered my questions. Then he quickly set up his equipment and went about his work efficiently, not stopping until the job was completed. I'm very satisfied.

I originally contacted Voorhies, which is a one man operation, and left a message for him. He got back with me that same day and gave me an initial estimate of $275 over the phone. I expected this to be off due to the size of some of our rooms. We made the appointment for the following week and he showed up within 10 minutes of the quoted time. He even called to tell me he was going to be 10 minutes late. After the walk through of my home, he said that he had under quoted and asked me if he could raise the rate by $50. I felt that was more than reasonable and he began to work. He worked in section by section manner. He started by vacuuming the entire area and then spot treating the stains. Then he cleaned the area. If he had to move any furniture, he placed small plastic squares down before he replaced the furniture. Once he was done, our carpet looked great and has continued to look great since. One thing of note was that he used a special line of green cleaning agents that is better on the environment, which is always a good thing. This was the best carpet cleaning job that we have ever had and it has lasted (unlike some other jobs) we have had. I will use this company again.

Jeff was punctual and very professional. He cleaned our upstairs carpets in 4 bedrooms and the hallway. It is builders grade carpet and looked horrible before he came. He made them all look WAY nicer than I expected and for a very reasonable price. He helped me with a carpet pad issue created by another contractor and explained how to make a repair myself. I highly recommend Voorhies...great experience!

Fabulous! We could not have been more pleased with Jeff's work ethic and quality of service. He is very polite and professional, and is meticulous in his care of the home while he is working (e.g. uses wall corner protectors). Jeff was highly responsive and helpful in meeting our deadline prior to move in. We recommend him without reservation.

The carpet was pretty dirty-it hadn't been professionally cleaned in about four years. He did a very good job. It looked like new carpet when he was finished.

He had equipment problems when he was at the house. His generator quit running several times. Since the carpets were cleaned we have noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpets; however, we do not have pets.

Jeff arrived on time and completed the work as stated. I was there to help him move some furniture, but if I got busy in another part of the house, he moved the furniture himself, and still only charged me $10 for moving of furniture. Jeff is a very hard worker, and a very pleasant person to be around. I appreciate his honesty about the condition of my carpet. I had asked him for an estimate on restretching. He suggested it might be better not to, because of the age. All in all, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitly hire him again. He is worth the extra $20 for the length of travel to get to my home.

I have a carpet cleaner but needs repairs so I called Voorhies. I may not have my cleaner repaired now. For the time I saved, the amount I spent and the wonderful(citrus) smell that is still wafing through my house I will just call Voorhies when the carpet needs cleaning again.

Jeff arrived and got right to work. He was polite and made sure to explain the process as he went along. We will use him again.

Jeff showed up early which was great. He even went ahead and cleaned a short hall area and closets at no extra charge. Jeff tried extra hard to get up a couple of what appeared to be pet stains. He also gave me tips on how to care for the freize carpet. I would definitely recomend and use their service again.

I received a bid from Jeff via e-mail and he was always prompt in responding. He was also punctual for my cleaning appointment. I asked Jeff to bid the environmental friendly cleaning solution which has a low volatile organic compound (VOC) content. I chose to use this product. It is more expensive then the usual cleaning product. Jeff worked on his own and was careful when moving my furniture and took his time to do a good job. He didn't rush through the job like some of the national companies that I've used before. There were a couple of furniture items I asked him to clean under that weren't done and he went back after I moved some precarious items off the top of the tables. Because he works alone, the job took several hours, but I was happy with the results.

Jeff is a very nice person, and is very good at his work. He came fairly quickly after I called. He was clean, and he cleaned the carpets well. I would rate him highly. In fact, he is coming back again this week to do the rest of my carpets.

Jeff Voorhies did a great job cleaning our carpet. He gave special attention to pet stains. He called back several days later to see how we liked the job, and returned to retreat a couple of spots. I am especially happy with the results of tile cleaning--my floor looks new again!

Carpet was heavily soiled, so no expectation of restoration to like new. Nonetheless, Jeff went above and beyond and got better results than anticipated. He was punctual, called ahead of arrival, was careful with all furniture, and left everything clean and neat.

I chose to go with them, because of the high ratings that they had through Angie?s List. We discussed the price and he was very fair. I was pleased that I could use an Angie?s List coupon. I felt that with the discounted price he gave me discounted service. He was very personable; however I felt that he cut corners. He seemed to be in a hurry and he did not move things that I asked him to move. He left my carpets very wet and it took until the following day for them to be dry. He said that he would dry them and he just blew the dryer for maybe five minutes. I give him a B compared to other carpet cleaning services that I have used. He was very nice and helpful offering advice with carpet care and carpet stretching.

Jeff, gave me a price over the phone and honored it upon arrival. He did a wonderful job and I will use him again.

Jeff returned my initial call within two hours, gave me as estimate by phone, set an appointment within three days (the date I selected), arrived on the dot, performed the services as discussed (and some extra), price was exactly what was quoted. He was very considerate of my home (used wall guards), pleasant, professional and a real joy to find a man in a service industry who understands what "service" means. I have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.

Jeff responded to my phone call promptly and scheduled me at a convenient time. He arrived at the agreed on time, and explained the procedure to me. He was very careful with the furniture and walls. He was able to remove the stains and dirt, and my carpets look wonderful. Great job!

I had some pet stains from our dog and Jeff did a nice job of taking out the stains. He explained why one stain could not be removed due to the urine caused the color to fade out of the carpet. He did not try to oversell me and stuck with the promotional price. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone else in the area. I had to move my appt. back a couple of hours just the day before and he was flexible, I appreciated that very much.

I found them on Angie's List; they were rated highly, and I agree with that rating. They were very effective. The man who came out and gave the quote did a great job. He was available sooner than the competition. We had him come out later when something else came up. We found another companies, and we called them as well. This company was here the soonest and they gave great quality service, so there was no reason to change. We got two other quotes for the work over the phone; this company was about the same or lower.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was very good. The quality of their work was very good except for few stains that I noticed. But overall, I had a good experience with them.

Larger area of carpeting had been damaged by a pet, hence the replacement of the padding. Smaller area at top of stairs was simply very worn. Jeff Voorhies was punctual and professional in every respect both for the estimate and the actual work. To assist in repair Jeff brought along his "repair specialist" as he referred to Mike. Job went extremely well from my perspective--I'm perfectly happy with the results. It was a big job and took quite a lot of time. Clean-up after the repair was excellent. Note on scheduling: Work was scheduled later after the estimate due to my schedule and at my request.

Carpets looked like new. Got out a couple of stains that had been present for months. Carpets pretty much dry by evening.
