+ -1 moreJeff responded to my initial call by the end of business that day. He is professional, attentive and did a fabulous job. I hope there is a service as great as his in Dallas.
Description of Work: I used the Angie's List coupon for 3 rooms and a hallway, but Jeff also gave me a really fair price on the staircase and the main floor living/dining area. He pretreated the really bad areas - like where my husband's dirty restaurant shoes made a giant black spot over time - and the whole cleaning took less than 3 hours. My landlord was really happy with it during our exit walk through.

+ 0 moreFrom 1st time I left message, his response was prompt. Gave approx estimate from description over phone, then came to actually see and measure. Was within $50.00 of original bid. Scheduled cleaning around my contractors and moving in schedule to make everything go smooth. Carpets all looked excellent, and were dry very quickly which was important. Carpet he stretched looked 100% better when complete.

He told us from the beginning red was not always possible to get out. He was prompt and professional and did a good job. We felt it was worth the money.

+ -1 moreSince they were offering three rooms for $95, I was hoping the cost would be much less. I was told the least they charge is $85. I have paid more for the same. Almost didn't clean carpet because of the cat pee smell. It is better now, but impossible to get completely rid of.

Description of Work: Jeff was prompt to reply to my request for an estimate and performs all the work himself. Very professional service and addressed all requests. He cleaned a 3-story old home for this price; about 12 rooms, hallways and steps. He also gave us a senior citizens discount. I would highly recommend his carpet cleaning service. and would definitely call him for jobs in the future.

Jeff was professional in his appearance and he was methodical in setting up the lines and equipment. After he cleaned the carpet downstairs, he set up a fan to run downstairs while he cleaned the Master BDRM. He was polite and efficient. The carpets look great. I added my own fans to run after Jeff left.
Description of Work: Jeff cleaned the carpet in large lower level areas and stairs and cleaned Berber in Mstr Suite.

He advised me to not spend my money on cleaning it, rather spend my money on replacing the carpet. I was fine with that. He was exceptional. He was very professional and took his time. He did some extra things, like spot removal, and did not charge me. He got the carpets exceptionally cleaned.

He was very polite in following up with me in order to gain our business. I finally contacted him to schedule the work and he did the job quickly and with high quality. He was respectful of our home and I would highly recommend his work.
Description of Work: Jeff cleaned our basement carpet and arranged for his repair guy to lay new tack strips and restretch the carpet. We had water damage from the spring and now our basement looks as good as new.

+ -1 moreHe was great--professional, punctual, hard-working, and honest. Our carpets had not been cleaned in 3.5 years, and there were a ton of stains. He got all of the really noticeable ones out, and in a room that gets almost all of our daily traffic that was badly soiled, he made things 95% better. I had him come back to do the major traffic area in that room again because there was still some residual dirt, and he did so happily. (It was free as part of the guarantee.) At that time, I asked him to do my stairs which weren't part of the original job, and he ended up doing them for free just to make sure I'm happy. It worked! :-) I will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: He cleaned the carpets in my living room, family room, dining room, hallway and stairs. Price was somewhere around $120-$140; I can't remember exactly.

+ -1 moreJeff was very professional. He did not push for any "up-sell" to have any additional work done, yet he took the time to take care of some trouble areas for us. He gave me a ballpark estimate on the phone and scheduled my appointment all in the same call! Then when he came to the house he said we were good on the estimate. I had my Living Room/Dining Room combo done and a hallway plus the stairs. Since our LR/DR and hall were the approx square footage for the special we got it done for $99.00 And then we added on the stairs. It was wonderful! And at this exact moment it is about 8 hours since the work was done and the carpet is 90% dry. (My daughter recently had her carpet cleaned and it took ALOT longer to dry) I would definitely recommend Jeff!

Description of Work: Jeff Voorhies cleaned all the carpet in the house. More importantly he moved all the furniture so he could do a thorough job. He showed up on time, gave us an accurate estimate and was very professional and "pet" friendly. He was careful not to damage any of the furniture that he moved and put all the wood furniture on styrofoam pads until carpet was completely dry. I would highly recommend this vendor.

I contacted Voorhies via email from the website. We confirmed the time and estimate thru email. He was able to get me scheduled for the following week and showed up on time. We walked thru the area and he set up and did an incredible job. Jeff is a great guy and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: I got Voorhies from Angie's list - knew nothing about this company, but now, after using them, I would recommend them to everyone I know needing carpet cleaned....Jeff - the owner, gave me undivided attention and I know went out of his way to make my needs met. I was moving and renting my house - I needed my carpets cleaned the same afternoon all of my furniture was loaded....he arrived exactly when I asked him to and walked into a house that still had boxes, etc in the way - he was very polite and went ahead and set up his equipment and started in an area where everything was removed. My carpets were pretty bad, and I was sceptical how they would turn out, but I was totally amazed by the finished product. Jeff worked so hard, he got so hot, but provided the best experience I've had with cleaning carpets. He cleaned my whole house including stairs and I feel the price was very reasonable, especially with the quality of work. He was accommodating to my dogs sniffing around wondering what he was doing. He explained all his products and how they worked. He also gave me advice on how to keep the carpets looking great between cleaning. Overall a great experience! I will tell everyone I know and continue to use him for years to come.
