Not well.
Description of Work: My home was cleaned by a crew of 2-3 people who could not speak English. I used this service for about 9 months and during this time 4 items were broken. I will not use this company again.

Was a customer for over 1 1/2 years (12/7/07 - 7/29/09) The price was $89 for bi-weekly service. Customer changed to monthly service and the price changed to $134.00. We were told of 2 breakages...5/9/08- a small picture frame fell and the glass was broken (4" x 6") The glass was replaced. Additionally, a toilet was clogged & we were blamed. A plumber came out & cleared the clog. It had many paper towels in it. I gave a credit of $180.00 even though WE DO NOT USE PAPER TOWELS. A soap dish in the Master Bath was broken on 8/15/08. We did not receive a receipt for reimbursement. We received 1 complaint on 9/23/09 that we did not clean the "On Request" areas. We sent a team out and took care of it. At times, there were ladies that were not fluent in English. This, however, was an infrequent situation. On 7/29/09, we received a call to stop service (almost a year after the above breakages). The reason given was that they were moving and only 1 person would be living in the home. That person would clean the home. If we were so bad, why stay with us for so long & why state an inaccurate reason for stopping service? Finally, this ex-customer called us in November of 2010 to clean her home. Due to the short notice and time frame that she required, we did not have the time available. Now, AFTER not being able to get into our cleaning schedule, there is a negative post. Again, if we were so bad, why call us to clean again? My wife and I have owned this company for 5 years. We pride ourselves on the Quality of work performed by our Employees. We will certainly accept responsibility for our actions. Hopefully, 1 inaccurate post, in the midst of numerous "A" posts, will be considered for what it is worth.
