Scruggs Services did a great job in our kitchen upgrating some of our outlets in our kitchen, primarily the outlet our fridge is plugged into. He also, out of his good heart, updated an extra outlet in our garage @ no extra charge. The only difficulty was getting schedules to match up. We'd set a date/time, then a priority heating call would definitely take priority & we'd have to reschedule. Thank you for your help John (& HomeAdvisor).

John was not only very fair in pricing and knew his stuff, but he corrected the work of someone who I previously used. He was very good about answering questions and keeping me informed of the progress and how to avoid issues in the future. Great service.

John was great. I submitted the request on Home Advisor to help with a busted furnace and John called me within 10 minutes. He offered to come out right away even though it was late at night. Since it was a non emergency we set up a next day appt. He was a little late, but was able to come in diagnose the problem, but didn't have the specialty parts with him. He was willing to come back after i got home from work at 9pm to finish the job and never charged any extra fees. Overall great job, great customer service, great guy! Will hire again if needed!

Was a no-show for every appointment made. Would apologize profusely, make another appointment, and then be a no-show then. Work was good when he would finally show up, but not worth the frustration of taking time off work and having him be a no-show.

We chose the contractor based on the manufacturer of the A/C and furnace unit. John was very patient in educating me on what to look for in a unit. He spent about an hour on the phone with me helping make an informed decision.

He came to the house within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. Work was completed below the quoted price. He was efficient and accurate. We will definitely be repeat customers!
