Very knowledgeable, clearly explained issues and option. Very reasonably prices compared to most. Mr. Scruggs responded promptly to an "emergency" call, on a weekend, and did not do the usual bump up in price that you see form others when they have you over a barrel.

Mr. Scruggs took care of us on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend when we had no heat. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

When Mr. Scruggs says that he is going to be there at 9:00 am do not expect him to show up until at least 1:00 pm. And he will not call to let you know that he is running late...he just does not show. And if you need new wiring done in the attic which requires him to get down on his knees...he cannot. He has problems with his knees. And there is a minimum service fee of 95.00 when and if he does show up. And he does not have the supplies on his truck which he needs to do the job.

His price and service was great, but not prompt and had trouble getting specific time from him to come back and do another job.

Very reasonable pricing and good work. We lost power to just our living room and could not troubleshoot the problem ourselves. He made 2 trips to our house but did not charge extra. He also did not charge a trip fee and we live in rural Leavenworth County. Have hired him to do some plumbing work as well. Will definitely hire again.

John was awesome. He very nice and meticulous at what he does. Painstakingly makes sure the situation is resolved efficiently. I am hiring him to do more work.

I highly recommend Mr. Scruggs, IF you are VERY patient about scheduling. His work was well worth the hassle of waiting and rescheduling, several times. He is extremely knowledgeable and wasn't an alarmist when it came to discussing our home's old wiring, didn't sell us things we didn't need. It was a pleasure to work with such a nice guy.
