This gentleman was very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable and was able to provide a valuable service at a reasonable price. Although it was late on Saturday night when he arrived, he stayed until the project was completed rather than saying "see you on Monday" which many others would have done. And the service was completed without an upcharge due to it being a weekend and after hours. I definitely would recommend Mr. Scruggs to others. He was great.

This is a small company that provides service like a company should. The owner (cant remember his first name) was friendly and personable and wasnt trying to upsell me on anything (unlike the big companies do) we found that my furnace motor was bad and were set to replace it, while he was at it, he took my fan out and cleaned it as well. In the process he decided to clean out the motor and see if it made any difference. the motor worked fine and he reinstalled it and a week later there are no problems. Rather than charge me for a new motor he cleaned the old one. Show me a Big Company that would take the time to do that for you rather than upsell you for a new part! i dont want to give pricing out, but if you look up average furnace repair charges and cut them to between a half and a third you might find the price that I was charged. I was extremely surprised. Ive got this company's number on speed dial for the future.

He came after missing the first appointment. Completed half the job and never came back.

Mr. Scruggs was persistent and worked until he found the problem. He had it fixed in a short time.
