Very nice and knowledgeable. Did a great job.

He came out to bid the job. I had made sure that I said that it was an old house needing a re-wire. It had old outlets and they all needed grounding. He decided after he was out and spent over an hour there that he wasn't going to even bid the job. It was too big and he didn't have the man power. With the info I provided in the job detail, he could have guessed it was a big job. He wasted my time. Then took days to tell me so.

John is very honest and up front. I appreciate that. I had wanted Pendant lights installed & he was the only one of 3 estimates that informed me that it would not be cost effective for me as the ceiling would have to be cut away and that would leave me with repairing the ceiling ( he would do it) then having to paint the entire ceiling to insure that it was a uniform color throughout. I appreciate his honesty.

A very nice Mr Scruggs came by and checked out air conditioner-NO SERVICE CHARGE- called me and gave me a couple of options. We opted to try to repair rather than replace. Mr Scruggs worked on the air conditioner for 2 hours, got it back up and running and charged $225. Another company wanted $700 to dump some Freon in. Scruggs Seevices is applying the money for repair to a new unit if need be. Unit is 20 years old. His new unit quote is thousands less than that other company, too.

Mr. Scruggs was very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent work , very friendly, and the price for the work was very reasonable.

John Scruggs is awesome. I needed 2 or 3 different small electrical projects done & John did all of them for at least half the cost of a big name electric company. He explained every step & even threw in a few stories. Great guy & i now have a new electrician. Thanks John !

John Scruggs quickly identified the electrical problem we had. This was after we had paid another electric company over twice as much and they couldn't find it. I am very happy with Scruggs Services and will definitely hire them for any future HVAC, electrical or plumbing needs we might have.
