They were prompt in calling me, and scheduling. Provided me with a quote for the seal, but I was not interested at this time. The fence looks great and nearly brand new. Very good service and communication, which is rare these days, and they did the work quickly. I felt very comfortable communicating with the guys, and they got the job done as soon as we figured out what was needed. Highly recommend giving them a call.

I have a nice big deck on my house and Wood Re New came and did a beautiful job on my deck. A fresh coat of stain will make nearly any deck look brand new. They did a good job.

From the first contact to the work being finished, my calls were answered or promptly returned, appointments kept - arriving on time, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I have no complaints or negative comments about our experience with Wood Re New.

The company that installed our fence said Wood Re New is the only company they recommend for fence staining, so I didn't get any other quotes. The guy who came to provide the estimate (don't remember his name, but I think it was the owner) was extremely professional and thorough. We had a couple of small special needs regarding a couple gates, and he made note of our requests. He was upfront about the scheduling delay they were facing, which wasn't a problem for me, and they came when they said they would. I have dogs, so I asked him to call the day before doing the work, and they did. I felt the price was fair and the quality excellent. Lots of people have complimented how great our fence looks, and it's every bit as gorgeous 7 months later!

The price, quality, responsiveness, and professionalism were great. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

The stain job looked great, although there were small areas (railings,steps) of my cedar deck that had shredded with the stripping/prep work. Later, the places that had shredded also took what stain there was when the shredded pieces came off. This was minor, as the deck looks great overall. The owner offered a discounted follow-up staining to be done a year later - he said that this would extend the life of the stain at a lower cost, while keeping the appearance looking good. At first, I thought that this was just a marketing ploy, but after talking to friends & family who have had experience with deck staining, most people said that the color & surface would show wear within a couple of years regardless what kind of stain they used. I will probably have them come out again for the follow up application at a discounted cost.

I used a deal from Angie's List. It was a good deal. The deal was $69 for the first 150 square-feet. I had a little more. They did an excellent work, and I would definitely use them again.

Wayne, with Wood Renew, came May 20, 2011 to look at our deck. He gave me an estimate at that visit. He told me they would not be able to begin work on our deck until sometime in July because of much work they had ahead of us due to a spring hail storm that came through the area. We were not in a hurry so we hired them. They did a fantastic job. The deck looks great. The workers were hard working and pleasant. I would definately recommend Wood Renew to anyone.

They were pretty busy responding to all the calls they had, but were responsive. They washed our fence and patio furniture and improved the appearance of them substantially. Later they came back and applied their protective finish materials and all the wood looks like new. We have about 75 feet of wood fence around the patio, and some wood furniture -- all of it was very weathered, and the guys from Rood Re New did a great job of bringing it all back to life.

Deck looks much better. Did not elect to refinish at this time due to cost.

They were extremely good. The owner was very good on follow-up and very responsive. They returned my call. I was very impressed with his business model in the way that he dealt with customer relation. It was really outstanding. He was very conscientious in terms of getting me set up. He was very transparent in what he wanted to do and how much it is going to cost. He cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with him. I will give him straight A's on everything. I got $200 discount from Angie's list, which he applied to the price. If in case I have to do this work in the future, he will be the first one I would call.

We had an excellent experience with them. This is the second time we have used them. They have always been very prompt. At one point they lost my phone number and they came by and left a note on my garage door. They carry all the furniture from the deck and put it back. Now the deck looks new. Their service is wonderful and their cost is reasonable, and the end product is like new. The workers are excellent. I recommend them to others.

I spent $1300 on that work. They did a great job. They cleaned up their mess. The deck and siding looks great. They offered to remove the dead possum. They also did minor repair on the deck. They did most of the work when we were not here. They came when they said they were going to come.

Excellent work. A very accommodating company. Minor mix up in the initial scheduling, but the job was completed within three days. Deck looks great now.

I contacted the company via phone. Wayne visited my house within 48 hours to give me an estimate and explain the process that would be needed to restore my deck to the look I wanted. He clearly outlined what would be done and why the cost was more than I had anticipated due to the existing old stain removal process. The estimated time for work completion was about 2 and a half weeks from the date of the estimate. The work was done while I was out of town and I came home to a wonderfully newly stained deck. The work was excellent and I have received numerous compliments from friends and family on how nice the deck looks.

Wayne is very responsive and provided a good estimate within two days. For amount of work to be completed, price was good. Crew did work within two weeks and did a great job. Will use again and will recommend to anyone.

Wayne was good at returning calls and making sure I knew what his company could do for me. They always called the evening before to tell us when they would arrive and they always arrive as promised. I hadn't treated our cedar deck for about 8 years. They were able to clean it and re-finish it and it now looks very, very good.

Owner was always in commiunication with me over when he thought the project would start, etc. My deck looks beautiful and love looking at it! They did a great job in cleaning up.The day that they were cleaning up, he told me that they would be back to spray the stain off my patio. And they did just that - and even cleaned up a spilled mess (think bubble solution) that was left by my son! Just really happy with the service! Would definitely use them again.

They were fast, professional, did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. There were spots that I questioned because they still had a bit of stain on them. They came back immediately and looked at them and figured out what the problem was and resolved it within a week. On top of everything else, they gave us a thank you gift. I have never had any service organization do this before.

This was a great experience. Wayne was very prompt and professional. The decks look great. We should of had it done years ago!! Even gave us some BBQ sauce when completed.

Everything was done quickly, on time, as agreed, for a fair price. We were thrilled with the result. One improvement -- they started work too early! My wife called them and asked them to start, and I came home one day and they were already at work. We never signed a contract. Another comment, they were half the price of some quotes. However, they were still twice the amount my insurance adjuster had estimated. Finally, there was some residual wood fibers on the house and deck furniture that is difficult to get off. All in all, you get what you bargain for. Your deck will look great.

Company did what was asked, were very professional and we were completely satisfied.

They even gave us a gift when they finished the deck. They refinished it so that the natural wood came out. They stripped it, power washed and refinished. They did a really nice job. When I called, Wayne showed up right on time. He is very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing.
