[Member name removed], Thank you for the opportunity to present our services, but I do want to clarify a perception. The price per square foot, for general concrete degreaser cleaning is 18 cents. The Angie's List Big Deal, offers a price of about 13 cents for the first 750 square feet. Anything over that size is then priced at the 18 cents price, which is stated in the offer. When reading your comment, it made it sound like we were trying to surprise you with a higher pricing, but I wanted to explain that was not the case. The pricing difference really came about due to the size of the driveway. The fact that you rated us with an A and said you would hire us again, shows that you thought we were fair and honest with the proposal, but I wanted to explain just a little more detail of this particular project. It was very nice meeting you and please keep us in mind for your future needs........Wayne

Description of Work: Renew Crew was from the start, wonderfully responsive. Although they had a 2-3 week backlog of work, they were willing to make accommodation for me and came out to review our property conditions and confirm their ability to perform the work. Unfortunately, after reviewing our site conditions in person, Renew Crew concluded that they were unable perform the work on our home due to safety concerns. In every way Renew Crew behaved in a thoroughly professional manner. Although I am disappointed that this excellent company was unwilling to perform the Big Deal work I had purchased, I respect their decision. Safety first, and their concern for their workers' safety speaks volumes about the quality of Renew Crew as a company.

Description of Work: Our 20 yo deck looks like new. Well worth the cost. Only surprise was they charge more if you want to pay by credit card, which I found out after the invoice arrived. Wouldn't have thought to check something like that but just know it going in. Still, worth every penny.

WOOD RENEW WAS THE BEST PRICED OF THREE ESTIMATES, AND WAYNE HOWE AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE OFF OF THE DECK, CLEANED IT, AND APPLIED A VERY ATTRACTIVE FINISH. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WORKED VERY HARD.
