Description of Work: They cleaned my porch and stained it. We bought the house a while back and the porch had never had the wood sealed or stained and was looking pretty bad. I was amazed at how nice it looked after cleaning. Both the crew that cleaned and later stained did a great job and were careful to keep the brick exterior of my house clean. They used ladders (the porch extends from the main floor of my house over the walk out basement so is quite high above ground) to enter and exit rather than walk through the house. The owner also went the extra mile to redo the screening when he couldn't find someone else to do it for me. We had little trouble with getting the job started and in the end I was very happy

Description of Work: A 4 month old elevated deck was stained and sealed for the first time. Service was promised to be completed by 11/15/14 but was completed two weeks ahead of schedule

Description of Work: Wood rot repair. Job was completed. They had to return to fix because one of the repair persons accidently tore through the plaster on the inside when removing the rotted wood from the outside. However, in the end the work was completed.

Description of Work: This gentleman, Wayne Howe, called us twice in about a 1 year period. The first time was 9/5/11. He came out and gave us quotes of how much our deck and front porch would cost. He then said he would have "one of his guys" come out and do a "test strip" on our deck which never happened. We did call to ask about this and he said that they would try to "work it in but they were extremely busy". It got too late in the season for them to do it and we never got a call back. He called again in late October and asked if he wanted our deck and front porch done. My wife said at this late date they could do the front porch now and the deck next Spring. He (Wayne) said no problelm that he would send a guy out the following week to do a "test strip" like Wayne had said before. The "guy" never showed up and we never heard from Wayne Howe again.. NO ONE CAME OUT AT EITHER TIME AND NO FURTHER COMMMUNICATION FROM WAYNE HOWE. We have become so disappointed with this man and his company. Wayne Howe CALLED US (AGAIN). We had NOT contacted him to proceed with any work on our home or deck. We have (twice) been disappointed with this company. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY UNRELIABLE!!! We had thought he and his company were a reliable company from the high ratings but were very disappointed. He does not deliver as promised.
