Description of Work: They sent out someone that took off hinges on cabinet doors in kitchen and replaced with ones that did not work. Went at least a month with doors not closing. Owner finally came and worked to find a way to fix. The bottom line they did take care of it. I spent additional $ to have them all match. Cabinet guy did a great job! After all is said and done. Owner stepped up and took care of it! Nice guy. Frustrating experience, but am completely happy now.

Description of Work: We asked if he could paint our garage doors. He did not seem interested in doing that but said he could send someone to give us an estimate. He said for the $99 deal he usually just sends two men for two hours. I had the doors painted by someone else, last week.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's list coupon for $99 for 4 hours of labor from Re-Build. Sam called and made an appointment. I not only have cracks in my drywall due to foundation problems (that is another issue) but my upstairs bathtub has been leaking into the kitchen ceiling. I have had a few individuals look at my tub and no one identified the problem. Sam took a look and within a few minutes found the problem. He called a plumber that he works with. The plumber came and fixed the problem in about 1/2 hr. Sam shared the labor cost with the plumber. I am so impressed and grateful!! I am definately going to use Re-Build to finish repairing the ceiling and the drywall cracks.

Description of Work: I purchased their Angie's list special and was able to schedule with them right away. They made a preliminary visit to check out the job (drywall) and while they were here provided me with a bid on some tile work around my fireplace. Their bid was reasonable so we scheduled that as well. The work they performed was beautiful. They didn't rush through the job but took their time, gave wonderful guidance on what materials were needed that resulted in a very elegant focal point for my front room. Both of the men who came to my home were very respectful and conscientious, and it was a pleasure working with them. The owner of the company went above and beyond when he took notice of how my front door wasn't closing easily, and he took the time to fix this at no extra cost. This company is top notch, and I will definitely call them again. Thanks so much for a job well done!

They always had a great attitude and I trust them and their contractors in-house. Overall really good guys and I call them for anything I need. They were working on the house from the end of March until the end of August on various jobs.

 + 6 moreI moved into a new house in the Fall of 2009 and the basement was not complete. I needed extra room for family members and it was important to me that I have a finished basement. The basement already had areas that the previous owner had tried to make into liveable space, but even those areas had to be removed. I heard about Re-build from one of their prior customers. When I called, Sean scheduled an appointment with me. He was able to give me a new vision for the space that I had available. In the end I came out with a fantastic finished basement. I was able to add two full baths and two large bedrooms. I also have a galley kitchen with lots of cabinets and a small dining area and living room. This has been the perfect set up for family and friends who want to come and stay. I really appreciate the promptness and the courtesy shown to me by Sean and his company. I was even able to get a sewing/craft space added under the steps and in a small area. His wife was very instrumental in helping him to see the vision for and quot;alland quot; space. There wasn't any space that was what one would consider and quot;wastedand quot;. By having my basement remodeled and the bedrooms coded as and quot;realand quot; rooms, this added another $75K to the value of my house. Thank you Re-Build for the excellent job. I would definitely use you again and refer your company to family and friends.
Description of Work: I had a full basement that needed to be made into a liveable space with added "qualifiable" bedrooms. I needed a kitchen, living room, dining area and two bathrooms. I also wanted storage space. I tried to save money by not having the windows cut out "professionally" and this cost me added money. Don't take short cuts when trying to make your space "professional" and "liveable". The biggest don'ts would be not to hire a "different" architect to draw the space of what they think would best suite the area. I paid money to an architect and by the time that Re-Build was tearing up the previous construction, they were able to get a new vision of where the particular bedrooms/bathrooms and kitchen would be placed. The flow of the space was a lot more user friendly than what the architect had billed me for. Have "ALL" your belongings out of the basement if you are doing a "FULL" remodel. This caused delay in the workers being able to get the job finished as planned. It was due to my "junk" being in their way that they had to "work around". I finally had to remove all my boxes and the job went a lot smoother. Make sure you have "ALL" your extra supplies ready for the job, cause this also adds delays. I did not have all the bathroom and kitchen items ready to be installed, so once again this was my delay in getting the job finished on time.
