Good experience, workmanship great, delivered on time

The dress fits me perfectly and I couldn't be happier with her services. Very professional, exceptionally punctual and very courteous.

It was a rush job because I had a wedding to go. She really helped me out because she got the job done in a day and did a great job on finishing my top.

Went in before noon and had them back at 6 pm. The pants fit perfectly and the work was top notch. It's great when a service provider makes your priorities THEIR priorities. Would go to them again for all my alteration needs as I believe when someone performs an outstanding service like Same Day Alterations that it is in MY best interest to make sure that company stays around and how you do that is by giving them all your business and letting others know about their excellent work.

After realizing I either needed to purchase a new suit or have alterations done on short notice, I found Mona's through Angies List. I contacted Mona, she assured she could make alterations, gave an estimate over the phone and promised she could meet my time requirement. I took the suit to her location, she took measurements and gave me a firm price and completion date. I returned to pick up my suit, and it fit perfectly. I was very pleased with the work quality, turn around time, and price.

I dropped the pants off, she gave me an estimate of what it would cost and when they would be ready, I went and picked them up, everything worked just as it's supposed to. She was friendly and professional.

Mona has been great. I initially took a few dress shirts to her and was so impressed I started going through my closet to see what else she could help me with. She is all about making sure you are happy.

I go there all the time. She gives me a discount because I go in there so often, but I don’t know what her normal prices are. Her prices are good. She is great and she does great work. She is a perfectionist. She knows what she is doing. My husband has torn his suits in places where you think that it can't be fixed and she fixes them. She hems all my jeans, pants, and slacks that I buy. She can repair my husband's suit and you can't even tell that it has been repaired. She has also done my girl's prom dresses and altered those. She does wonderful work. She is very friendly, very kind, and very gentle when she is doing the hemming and the marking. She has cleaning service too which I have used; I don’t normally use it and my husband takes his stuff someplace else. She is just great.

She told me the work would take about a week. That was fine, because I had to leave town for work. Both vests were ready on the da we agreed upon. Her work was impeccable and professional. The atmosphere of the store is professional, friendly and very clean. She did a great job and I plan on using her services again.

She will alter anything. She does an excellent work. If I purchase any new clothes, I take it to her for an alteration. She is efficient, and she is not pricey. She gets the work done when she says it is going to be done. She takes a great care to measure it. She makes sure that I am happy with it.
