they had to replace the leather around the collar but you could not tell it by looking. Wonderful job of matching the leather. Whole process took a couple of weeks, which was expected.

Mona performed all the altercations necessary to the dress. Would fit perfectly my daughter. The placement of the beads were not that perfect but ok and the length was perfect.

The price for taking in the sides of the coat and shortening the sleeves was within a few dollars of each other. The price for taking in the sides seemed pretty reasonable, but I wouldn't think that sleeves fell into the same price range. However, the quality of the stitching was excellent so I can't complain too much.

Mona did a great job with the alterations of my bridesmaid's dress for my sister's wedding. I didn't have the dress until early April and Mona was still able to get the alterations done within just 3 weeks - even during the busy wedding/prom season. The dress needed to be taken in quite a bit on both sides, the straps and in the bust and hemmed about an inch or two, through 3 layers of fabric. Mona was very professional and did a great job.

The $40 included the rush fee and I did get my dress in one week. Straps were perfect.

They were excellent and I was quite pleased with their services. I loved their customer service. When they say something will be ready on a certain date, it's ready. In fact, when I took my shorts in, they were ready couple of days ahead of time. They hemmed up 4-5 pairs of shorts and charged $30 for that. They charged only $5 to sew the lining of the purse.

I took my pants elsewhere the next day and that provider had no issue getting the work done in the time allotted and quoted me a price less than I was original quoted at Mona's.

A true gem!! I lost a considerable amount of weight and most of my wardrobe needed replaced or altered. As I got fitted, she walked through all of the repairs that needed to be done and gave me an approximate cost per item. It let me know if I felt it was worth altering or replacing. I got options!! My timeframe was met. Their work is very professional. I will go back and tell everyone about Mona's!!

The owner was extremely helpful in informing me of the possibilities of replacing the zipper in my favorite winter coat. He located one which was an exact match and size. He did an excellent job of replacing it within 24 hours. I was very pleased and grateful as we were leaving the next day on our winter vacation to Colorado.

The service was very professional. It was a bit pricey for the services performed but I truly believe you get what you pay for.

I took the jeans in and was given the opportunity to choose what type button I wanted. I really didn't care as long as it would work. They said it would be a week before they would be ready for pick up but if they were ready sooner they would give me a call. I didn't hear from them and so I picked them up a week later as told. I thought $8.00 plus tax was pretty pricey for a simple button. I will shop around next time to see if I can find a more reasonably priced business.

This was a nice, lined dress which was too long, but otherwise fit. Mona discussed two options for shortening the dress, made challenging by having buttons down the side. We agreed upon an option and I told her when I needed the dress. I picked it up on the specified date. Mona had done a very nice job of matching the stitching, and even saved the cut off fabric, which I appreciated. Mona was very polite and willing to please me. I will definitely use Mona's services again if I need any alterations done.
