Maid 2 Order

I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List and Amanda called me right away to schedule the service. The appointment was originally scheduled for Noon, but she called to see if they could come over early (which was still convenient for me). I showed them what rooms I wanted cleaned and those that they did not need to touch. I will be using Amanda's team again in the future for regularly scheduled cleanings. This was this first time I have had someone else clean my house so I was very unsure of how it would go; her team made me feel very comfortable and did a great job, which is why I will be using them again.

The first scheduled service was cancelled on short notice (24 housr) due to vehicle issues. The second scheduled service was a complete no show. There was no call, email or communication of any kind, and our calls were not returned either. I had taken some time off work for this service and am not happy with the poor service. I expected more from Angies List. Completely unacceptable! BUYER BE WARE

It turned out great. They were no nonsense. They did what they said they would do. They didn't get it all done but they got most of it done. They were very trustworthy, kind, nice and polite. The price was worth it.

I purchased a big deal with Maid 2 Order. I called the service provider and left multiple dates to schedule for my home. No one from the company responded to my message or tried to email me times and or dates.

I was reimbursed for this service that I purchased as I was outside their service area.

I have contacted them many, many times and they have never been in contact with me. I wanted to schedule it months in advance and I didn't get so much as a phone call acknowleging that I bought the deal. I would never use them.

they were difficult to get in touch with and then once we finally did they did not show up. They told me I had the date wrong, even though I know I did not. We made a new appointment and they did not show up to that one. No one ever called and now they are not returning my phone calls.

Used this provider for some cleaning as part of the big deals. I was really pleased with their service and ended up calling them back to do a whole house clean on my house to put on the market. They did an amazing job from top to bottom

They never called to say they were not coming.

They were excellent. Got much more done much more quickly than anticipated. Effective, pleasurable, and efficient... what more can you ask for?

We used Maid 2 Order once before and did a very nice on a very big job. We purchased another "Big Deal" from Maid 2 Order, but we were unable to schedule a mutually convenient date. We were sorry that they were not available on the dates we had available. Very nice people and very helpful the first and only time we used them.

UPDATE: As much as I liked these ladies and the company's owner I had to let them go. When Amanda (the owner) is there the work WILL get done and they WILL stay the entire time. I even trusted them enough to leave them there alone. I paid for 2 hours worth of work for 2 cleaners and receiver 1 hour and 15 minutes of work for 2 cleaners. That's almost half of the time they were supposed to be cleaning! It was because Amanda was not there with them. I was able to track the specific movements through my home alarm and provide complete documentation. When I told Amanda she was apologetic and offered a free cleaning and to make sure that she was there for every other cleaning. She also mentioned she would call but that didn't happen so we've moved on. Review from April: The girls were great, on time and really pleasant. I have invited them to come back on a regular basis. I definitely feel comfortable allowing them into my home.

They showed up on time, smelled of smoke but were pleasant. I left while they cleaned bathrooms, floors and vacuumed. No dusting was done, no trash removed and I wet jetted the floor after they left and it still came up w dirt...is it better than it was? Yes, would I recommend? No...

Crew of 3 showed up early - which is great. Was scheduled for 2 people for 3.5 hours (7 hours man time), but got 3 for 2.3 hours. Had a list of what I'd like done, and they got it done. Professional, courteous and details. Would recommend and hire again. thanks, Jackie

I am very punctual. The two ladies who came were an hour late, they did however have drinks from the local gas station in hand. So, there is that. I would say it went downhill from there. They spent 75% of their time in the basement "deep cleaning." I had to go downstairs just to tell them to move upstairs and clean. They cleaned well; however, they were not very fast. I recently found a wonderful lady who charges 80 dollars and did a better job in the same amount of time that it took this crew of two. If one is not the type of person to tell someone to hurry, or are too polite to say something. I would go elsewhere. I felt as if though I had to constantly be on them. Do not fall in love with the discounted price, one will pay the price later. The two ladies who came were nice, but being nice does not help clean my home. I would have been happier if they were able to cover more ground. The basement they cleaned is the size of a two car garage. They spent way too much time cleaning such a small space. There was two of them cleaning down there. I am not hard to please; I would not use this service again.

Everything went well. My wife is talking with them about setting up a monthly cleaning.

When I made the Big Deal purchase, I gave them a few dates of when I would like to have the service performed and they never responded to me. I finally had to reach out to them to try and schedule the work. I spoke with Janet who explained that they were extremely busy and she seemed to not even care that I had decided to take my business elsewhere. I have reached out to Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

I was very disappointed in the service - part of it might have been my expectations. I have had cleaners in my home regularly over the years and had assumed 7 hours of cleaning would be enough to do most of my house. I asked that the bathrooms (3 and 1/2) and the kitchen be first priority. What I received was the upper floor (2 baths/4 bedrooms) adequately cleaned and the kitchen appliances and counter cleaned. I'm sorry but 7 hours of cleaning and my house did not look much better than before they came in.

It did not go well. First date set was missed and was our fault and we apologized. Set a second date and they were there on time. That was about all that went well. The house is a small 3 bedroom ranch which 3 people for 1 hr. should be able to clean fairly well. They said they "deep cleaned", but only able to complete 3 rooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen, (all are small rooms). When I cld to complain, I tlkd w/the owner, Amanda, who was one of the "cleaning crew". She said they did all they could in the time given. 3 people for 1 hr is 3 hrs. of cleaning time, and that's all they could do????? I told Amanda I would be giving her company a very bad review. I not only WILL NOT recommend them, but will recommend NEVER to use "MAID 2 ORDER" Services, owner, Amanda Sosa.

I left my phone number and 3 different appointment times that I was available. Service never calked till 2 weeks after I set appointments only to argue with me that she was to busy to call me and let me know those times I had asked for were not available. I asked her then why didn't you call me then and let me know instead of waiting 2 weeks to call me. Very unprofessional on the phone and wanted to argue that she was just to busy to call people. This is an update. I have called them again to give them another chance to make this right and as of today, 2 weeks later, I have not received a callback to schedule an appointment. How many tries do you get to make a great first impression?

We were okay with it. They didn’t clean the bathroom floor and I thought it was odd that they didn’t offer to come back out or try to rectify the situation. We found another cleaning service and we will not use them again. They did call us right away to set up the appointment. They were punctual and professional.

Original time set to begin was 8 AM, I called the day before to confirm, she had to change it to 9 AM, she arrived at 9:15. She had 2 bedrooms,a hallway, 1 DR, 1 FM RM 2 baths & kitchen to clean. She said she steamed cleaned wood floors - I thought that was great. I had to leave due to other appts before she finished so was not able to check work at that time. Upon my return home, I discovered that there were still crumbs under the dishwasher (wood floors in kitchen) dusty areas in corner of kitchen floors, therefore it had not been thoroughly cleaned or thoroughly steamed because it would not have had untouched areas on the kitchen floor. One bathroom the light fixtures were left dusty, and then the staircase at the entry was not touched, the iron spindles were not dusted nor the hardwood floor cleaned or dusted between the spindles. I will need to go back to do myself. I did tell Amanda that I always expect a paid service to do a better cleaning than I do, in 4 hours those areas would not have been missed by me. And this was not a deep cleaning request just a basic cleaning of the main floor. Not a good first impression. I was hoping to find a regular cleaning service, unfortunately did not happen. This is one of the reasons I joined Angie's List, was because of the reputation of the people on the site. Disappointing all the way around. I feel I need to clean the house again.
